Des Moines, Iowa
Episode XXXII
Mike Vincent: Welcome to AXW! We are coming to you live from Des Moines, Iowa, and as always I am Mike Vincent joined by Cole Haywood.
Cole Haywood: In tonight's Main Event it will be do or die for Ethan Cutler, he has one last chance at securing the AXW Championship as he squares off against defending champion David Slayton.
Mike Vincent: And in that match, EVERYONE is banned from ringside! That's not til later tonight though, let's kick things off with some action!
"Second Sucks" by A Day to Remember plays and out walks Toa with the towel, drenched in blood, wrapped around his neck. He is staring down on the ground and listening to the boos and cheers coming from the fans.
"FIGHT"
Salvatore Pellegrino: This opening contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, from the Isle of Samoa, weighing in at 280 pounds, "Samoan Executioner" TO'A!
Once he hears the opening line, he starts walking down the ramp, still not showing his face. When he walks up the steel steps and enters the ring, he throws the towel on the ground and does a battle cry.
"Marvelous Me" plays as Chaz Anix comes out flexing and shooing fans away
Salvatore Pellegrino: And his opponent, accompanied to the ring by Chester Andrews, from Miami, Florida, weighing in at 234 pounds, "Dr. Big Freaking Deal" CHAZ ANIX!
as he gets into the ring to a spotlight just on him as he "flaunts his stuff" in the ring.
vs.
TO'A wastes no time as he floors Chaz. TO'A gets Chaz cornered and stuns him with a flurry of various strikes. TO'A runs the ropes before connecting with a forearm smash to the cornered Anix, followed by the Executioner (Jumping twisting enzuigiri while facing away from a cornered opponent). Chaz slumps down in the corner which allows TO'A to deliver a Samoan Wrecking Ball (Running hip attack to the head of an opponent seated in the corner with theatrics). TO'A lifts Chaz up for the Island Driver (Sitout side powerslam) but Chaz slips out of it. Chaz nails TO'A with a dropkick and kips back up, before locking in a headlock while flexing. TO'A responds by simply lifting Chaz up for a big back suplex. TO'A throws a punch at Chaz who ducks it and grabs TO'A's head, bringing him to the mat with a neckbreaker. Chaz follows up with a Snap Suplex. The fact that he stands 6'5" doesn't stop Chaz from connecting with a Standing Moonsault. Chaz plants TO'A to the mat with Too Sexy for This (Flat Liner) which gets a two count. TO'A goes to the corner to catch a breath, and Chaz looks to take advantage by running in for BOOM! (Helluva Kick), but TO'A steps out of the way as Chaz's leg gets hung up on the top rope, before he falls to the mat holding his knee. TO'A simply shakes his head as he had his foe's finisher scouted and lured him in. Chester reaches in and tries to grab the foot of TO'A, TO'A responds by kicking Chester through the ropes. Chaz looks to take advantage of a distracted TO'A but ends up being slammed hard to the mat with a Warrior Slam (One-armed side slam, as a counter to an oncoming opponent). TO'A exits the ring and grabs a steel chair. Referee Brian Sullivan tries to stop him but gets shoved to the mat, as this match now ends in a disqualification. TO'A doesn't care as he slams the chair down onto Chaz numerous times, until someone rips the chair out of TO'A's hands. It's Justin Wyndham, who throws the chair away. TO'A gets nose to nose with Justin, as Justin slowly backs off and exits the ring, as he is apparently not looking to fight.
Salvatore Pellegrino: The winner of this match as a result of a disqualification, CHAZ ANIX!
Mike Vincent: Justin Wyndham comes to the aid of Chaz Anix, but why?
Cole Haywood: I don't think that's necessarily the case Mike. There's something going on between him and TO'A.
TO'A glares on at a leaving Justin as we cut backstage.

The scene opens with The Takeover standing backstage in catering. They each pick up a few items, deep in conversation, moving to a table. When all of a sudden a missioned Austin Graves marches up and slams both hands down on the table, capturing everyone’s attention.
Austin Graves: That was cute, real cute at Winterslam. Bravo. But if any of you four believe this is over, you have another thing coming. No more games, we want you two jokers for the titles!
Mitchell smirks and looks at Leland before Velvet speaks up to Graves.
Velvet Valentine: You guys had your chance.
Austin Graves: You guys gonna man up… or do your bitches do all the talking?
Mitchell and Leland stop smiling…
Malcolm M. Mitchell: You heard the lady porkchop, looks like it's back of the line for you two...
Graves smiles at Mitchell and suddenly up ends the table, flipping it over, spilling drinks and food all over the Takeover who jump to their feet in protest. Just then, Ryan Starr rushes in and pushes two hands on Graves chest, pushing him back.
Ryan Starr: Not now big cat...
Austin Graves: Oh no no no, I think right now's the PERFECT time.
Leland Alexander: Quit being sore losers, and go prove yourselves again, and maybe, in a couple months you can lose to us again!
Graves is seething with anger but Starr is the calming voice of reason.
Ryan Starr: Let it go big cat. We'll get'em.
Against his better and hot headed judgment, Graves backs off with Starr as the Takeover smirk and comment "That's what I though" and "Yeah, run away..." as the scene fades on the Takeover wiping food off of them.
-----
Failure by Breaking Benjamin fades into play in the arena. The lights dim as a spotlight centers up on the stage. 17 seconds into the song, pyros go off on either side of the stage and Clifford Bradley bursts onto the stage.
Salvatore Pellegrino: This next contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, from Miami, Florida, weighing in at 218 pounds, CLIFFORD BRADLEY!
Bradley makes his way down the ramp, high fiving fans on either side of the ramp before rolling under the bottom rope to enter the ring. In the ring, he goes to a corner and climbs to the middle rope and points to the crowd while nodding and smiling.
"Rocketman" starts with all of the lights out with some smoke and one spotlight
"She packed my bags last night pre flight
Zero hour nine a.m.
And I'm gonna be high, as a kite by then
I miss the earth so much, I miss my wife
It's lonely out in space
On such a timeless flight
And I think it's gonna be a long long time
Till touch down brings me round again to find
I'm not the man they think I am at home
Oh no, no, no, I'm a rocket man
Rocket man burning out his fuse up here alone"
Then a hooded figure shows up and waits at the spotlight.
"And I think it's gonna be a long long time
Till touch down brings me round again to find
I'm not the man they think I am at home
Oh no, no, no, I'm a rocket man
Rocket man burning out his fuse up here alone"
Ben raises his arms simultaneously taking off his cape and walks to the ring.
Salvatore Pellegrino: And his opponent, making his AXW Debut, from Mason City, Iowa, weighing in at 223 pounds, "Rocket Man" BEN EATR!
"Mars ain't the kind of place to raise your kids
In fact it's cold as Hell
And there's no one there to raise them if you didn't
And all this science, I don't understand
It's just my job, five days a week
A rocket man, a rocket man"
On beat with the song Ben climbs the apron and jumps on the turnbuckle.
"And I think it's gonna be a long long time
Till touch down brings me round again to find
I'm not the man they think I am at home
Oh no, no, no, I'm a rocket man
Rocket man burning out his fuse up here alone
And I think it's gonna be a long long time
Till touch down brings me round again to find
I'm not the man they think I am at home
Oh no, no, no, I'm a rocket man
Rocket man burning out his fuse up here alone"
Ben keeps his arms up then jumps into the ring.
"Now, I think it's gonna be a long long time
And I think it's gonna be a long long time
And I think it's gonna be a long long time
And I think it's gonna be a long long time"
vs.
Some of the fans get behind their Iowa native Ben Eatr as the newcomer locks up with Clifford Bradley. Clifford takes Ben to the mat with a Belly-to-belly suplex. Clifford hits Ben with forearm and elbow strikes to his head before bringing him back to the mat with a Suplex. Clifford looks for a Neckbreaker but Ben counters with a backslide pin, barely getting a two count. Clifford tries for a clothesline which Ben ducks and takes Clifford to the mat via Slingblade. Ben runs the ropes twice, once to hit a Running knee, and the second to hit his Rocket Shot (Running single leg dropkick). Clifford kicks out at two as Ben now plants Clifford with a Snapmare Driver. Ben goes out to the apron and motions for Clifford to get up, and when he does, Ben wows the crowd by executing a springboard 450 Splash to the STANDING Clifford Bradley! His efforts only get him a two count. Ben looks to drive Clifford to the mat with a DDT, but Clifford counters with a Northern Lights Suplex. Clifford throws Ben over his head with a T-Bone Suplex, and follows up by planting him to the mat with a beautiful spinebuster. Clifford sets Ben up on the top rope and climbs up with him. Clifford hits Ben with several punches, but suddenly Ben lifts him onto his shoulders before jumping into the ring with To the Moon (Top Rope Sitout-Powerbomb)! Ben lands in a pin as Jessie McCormick counts the three.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, BEN EATR!
Mike Vincent: We don't know a lot about this newcomer, it's clear that he likes space, and he seems to have won over his home state crowd with a hard earned impressive victory in his debut.
Cole Haywood: Poor choice in a theme song though, he should use the original Elton John version since Puddle of Mudd lead singer Wes Scantlin continues to make an ass of himself.
"Rocketman" replays as Jessie raises Ben's hand. He celebrates on the turnbuckles as we fade to commercial.

We return backstage to Gina Furlow.
Gina Furlow: Ladies and gentlemen, my guest at this time is Trent Mathews!
Trent Mathews steps next to Gina.
Gina Furlow: Trent, there's a few questions that are on people's minds. I'll start off with: who is this Sam De Santa you have aligned yourself with?
Trent doesn't answer as SDS herself steps up to answer the question.
Sam De Santa: I am Trent's advocate. Any and all questions go through me.
Gina Furlow: Okay, well, who exactly are you and why have the two of you aligned?
Sam De Santa: I'm an advocate. Mr. Mathews is my client. Look at Trent's history. He starts off in Eternity Wrestling, a company that did not go through with their promises to Trent. He's told the story before, how they would air the hype vignettes and then he would debut. What happened after they aired the hype vignettes, Gina?
Gina Furlow: He didn't debut.
Sam De Santa: That is correct. Then he goes on to Turbo Charged Wrestling. Before he can even think to do anything, he's out of a job again because apparently the people who are running these companies have an IQ of 30 and don't know how to keep their company afloat. Then Trent joins AXW. And what happens to AXW? The same thing that happened to the other companies. Then, he goes on to EWS where he actually accomplishes something, he wins his first championship... only to lose it because of his own father. And then what happened to Trent, Gina?
Gina Furlow: He became the owner of AXW.
Sam De Santa: You left out some details, but yes, he did what his father did to him, he took away something he cared about. And what happens to AXW with Trent at the helm? AXW skyrockets! He did what the previous companies that hired him couldn't do, and that's stay afloat. AXW wouldn't be where it was today without Trent. All this publicity AXW has with the BWF Network is because of Trent. A lot of people who work here, you included Gina, were employed by Trent. The man who was running this whole place and bringing it to new heights gets kicked back down the ladder. He goes on to form a stable with two men he considered brothers. What happened to Cletus Mathews was unfortunate, but there was no reason for Danny Hall to leave Trent high and dry and to get injured. Danny Hall had already received his AXW Light Heavyweight Championship, and that's how Danny repays Trent? No "thanks for the title opportunity!", he just kicks him to the curb? I am aligned with Trent to ensure that Trent has a stable future and doesn't repeatedly find himself out of a job. I am aligned with Trent to ensure that no one betrays him again.
Gina Furlow: Well, that's all the time we have, thanks for clearing some things up.
Suddenly, Sam gets pinned to the wall by Android 18, who is pinning her with just one arm with her hand on her throat.
Trent Mathews: Get off her!
Trent goes to save his advocate, when he gets floored by Jonathan Fhenix. Jonathan throws Trent into anything hard enough that will inflict pain. Trent is barely moving when Danny Hall crouches down next to him.
Danny Hall: Interesting... you seem to not being doing so well, buddy. All this talk about getting revenge on me, and you're just laying here on the floor.
Trent faintly throws a punch at Danny who is easily able to dodge it.
Danny Hall: Let's finish him.
Danny and Jonathan lift Trent to his feet and hoist him onto Duncan Aries' shoulders, as they lift him high into the air before triple powerbombing Trent through a table. At this point, Android throws Sam onto the floor, who clutches at her throat and coughs for air. Android joins the other three. Duncan holds his fist out, Jonathan places his on Duncan's, Android places hers on Jonathan's, and then finally Danny on Jonathan's.
Danny Hall: Welp, I'm gonna go beat some chump. I'll catch up with you guys later.

"Hate Me" by Blue October plays of the P.A. system as the camera pans over the arena stopping at the entrance way as Danny Hall, sporting a fur vest, strolls down to the ring stopping sometimes to yell at children
Salvatore Pellegrino: This next contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, now representing the Alliance of Truth, from Camden, Tennessee, weighing in at 220 pounds, he is the co-holder of the AXW Light Heavyweight Championship, "Mr. Most Hated" DANNY HALL!
then when he gets to the ring he rolls under the bottom rope to sit in the corner then he stands up.....in the corner.

Arena goes dark and alive from pod plays and clash walks out to a spotlight just on him. Blue rEd and white lights start blaring and he walks down to the ring in his tights and Legend Jacket. Fans start going crazy and clash starts high fiving the all the the fan.
Salvatore Pellegrino: And his opponent, making his AXW Debut, from Hollywood, California, weighing in at 250 pounds, DAVID CLASH!
Clash takes pictures with the fans and then gets in the ring via the stairs.Clash tosses his jacket over to the time keeper and paoses on the top turnbuckle.
vs.
David immediately kicks Danny in the knee and takes him down with a DDT. David delivers a body slam and then hoists Danny onto his shoulders for a Torture Rack. Danny fights out of it by clawing at David's face. Danny rocks David with an Enzuigiri, then hits a dropkick to David's back as David falls against the ropes. Danny uses the rope to choke David, breaking at Shane Gates' count of four. Danny Hall drives David to the mat with a Double Arm DDT, which he does not release as he flows him into a Release Powerbomb. Danny runs the ropes and hits David with the Clothesline From Hall (Clothesline from Hell). Danny tries to set up Halls Frozen Over(Canadian Destroyer), but David back body drops Danny. David takes Danny down with a Swinging neckbreaker. David delivers a Code Breaker then heads to the top rope. David looks for a diving elbow but Danny gets out of the way. Danny stuns David with the Shot Heard Round The World(Superkick)! Danny hoists David onto his shoulders for the Hallway to Hell (Roode Bomb), which David counters mid-move as he plants Danny with the Clash of thunder (Rko). Shane Gates counts the three.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, DAVID CLASH!
Mike Vincent: There's been speculation that David Clash was joining AXW, and this was a match that people were clamoring to see.
Cole Haywood: Those are the same people who are told to not huff and eat glue.
"Alive" plays, and David's celebration is cut short as he slides out of the ring when the rest of the Alliance of Truth come to Danny's aid.

We cut to Luke Mathews' office. Luke is seated at his desk. Seated on the other side are Hailey Harris and AXW Women's Champion Olya Oglovska.
Luke Mathews: Thank you for joining me ladies. Hailey, your win over Janet Hurricane at Winterslam elevated you into contention for the AXW Women's Championship. Your win over Caitlin Shay recently cemented your status as the Number One Contender. Olya, your two wins over Caitlin Shay have certainly established yourself as one of the best competitors here. Clearly, the two of you will be competing against each other for the Women's Championship... but I want to go about this a little differently. Instead of one match for the title followed by the probable rematch, you'll be competing in a Best of Five Series. Whoever gets three wins in the series will be the Women's Champion. Do you agree to this?
Hailey Harris: So long as I'm competing for the title, I really don't care what the stipulation is. I'm just glad that I can finally move on with my career now that I've beaten Janet once and for all.
Olya Oglovska: I also agree. Dis will be a good steppink stone for my career and further provink that me winnink this title was not a fluke. I look forward to our matches.
Luke Mathews: So it's official. Best of Five Series for the AXW Women's Championship. And let's start off big. As they say, everything's bigger in Texas, so Match One of the Series will be taking place in Austin, Texas on March 12 at the next pay-per-view, Collide. Good luck.

"Invincible" by Amaranthe hits, the fast pounding drums blaring loudly from the speakers as the lights dim completely. They come back to Android 18 standing at the entrance ramp, head down, the words 'The code awakens me' flash along the jumbotron behind her as she opens her eyes and brings her head up slowly. She walks stoically down the ramp, a smirk spreading over her face as she goes.
Salvatore Pellegrino: This next contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, representing the Alliance of Truth, from Cork, Ireland, ANDROID 18!
She stops in the middle of the ramp, raising her hands to actually sign the words 'I am Invincible.' Before continuing on and leaping straight up onto the ring post, she signs ''I am Invincible' one more time, entering the ring and awaiting the match to start.
A shrill scream echoes throughout the arena causing some people to have to cover their ears. The lights dim down and then the scream stops an a cackle replaces it followed by ‘Monster‘ by Disturbed.
White smoke fills the entrance ramp and then a tall figure slowly walks through the smoke. Tatau makes her way down the ramp looking intense and ready to fight. She gets into the ring and lets out an almighty roar then she tries to intimidate the referee by grabbing him by the throat and telling him that “I will win this match, you got that?” Tatau finally goes to her corner and waits for the match to start.
vs.
Another hard hitting contest between the two. Tatau is on offense for probably 65% of the match, hitting some of her big moves such as Thunder Fire Bomb, Fireman’s Carry Stunner, and Fisherman Powerbomb. Some of Android's offense consists of a Tiger feint kick, Super Electric Strike (Striking spear), and Graceful Orbit (Lionsalt). Tatau looked like she was going to end the match with Seismic Splash (Superfly Splash), but Jonathan Fhenix climbed on the apron to distract the referee while Duncan Aries shoved Tatau off the top rope, allowing Android to pick up the victory via Buster Swing (Inverted stomp facebreaker).

Bruiser Lazzou offers a rebuttal to Deimos' promo last week, saying that the fire inside him still burns strong, and it's going to take every fire force in America to put it out. Bruiser states that beating Deimos was easy, and doing it again would be even easier.

vs.
AXW Championship
This is Ethan's last chance with everyone on the roster banned from ringside. The match is about as back and forth as you can get. Some of Ethan's big moves hit were Delayed Vertical Suplex, Straightjacket Backbreaker, Corkscrew Plancha, Gutwrench Piledriver, Giant Swing. Some of David's big moves were Double Underhook Backbreaker, Sit-Out Facebuster, Death Valley Driver, Triple Suplex. The match goes for about fifteen minutes, with Ethan tapping out to the Firehawk Lock. David holds onto his championship and exits before anyone can try to jump him, as he is targeted by a lot of people.
