Austin, Texas
Episode XVII
We're backstage at the arena in Austin, Texas. Seated at the desk are Zack Fields and John Hendon, and at the middle seat is Zoey Mathews-Mitchell. Zoey isn't sitting though, she's standing up, wearing street clothes and holding a kendo stick, looking around in case any trouble comes her way. John Hendon: Welcome to the Collide edition of Before the Bell! I'm John Hendon, joined by Zack Fields and AXW Tag Team Champion, Zoey Mathews-Mitchell, who is a little on edge and rightfully so after being attacked on the show three weeks ago. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Tonight I am going to finally bash Janet's stupid brains in! She says that while slamming the kendo stick repeatedly on the desk, startling John and Zack. Zack Fields: We'll discuss that as well as the rest of the matches that will be taking place tonight, live in Austin, Texas! John Hendon: Tonight we'll see the first match in a Best of 5 Series between AXW Women's Champion Olya Oglovska and Number One Contender Hailey Harris. Zack Fields: Whoever wins the series, wins the AXW Women's Championship. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Hailey is one of the best in this game, as is Olya. This whole series is gonna be must see. John Hendon: The biggest match in AXW history, tonight the AXW Championship will be defended inside an Elimination Chamber. Zack Fields: Starla Gardevoir defends against David Slayton, Crash Jackson, Steve Corman, Duncan Aries, and an unknown sixth participant. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: I saw the chamber earlier, and I'm glad I'm not competing in it. Godspeed to those competing in it. John Hendon: The big question is, who's the final participant? Is it someone already on the roster or someone new all together? Zack Fields: The only person who can really give an answer is Luke Mathews. We don't have Luke here with us, but we do have the next best thing, his sister Zoey. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: And I'll find out when the rest of the world does. I may be one of the few closest to Luke, but that doesn't mean I get all the answers. John Hendon: The second big question, can Starla Gardevoir make it out as AXW Champion? Zack Fields: I think she'll need a miracle to. She's not only defending in the most intimidating and most brutal structures in wrestling history, but also against four men that we're aware of. Steve Corman, Duncan Aries, Crash Jackson, and David Slayton. The smallest of those four is Duncan Aries at 6'3" and 238 pounds, and Starla is 5'5" and 125 pounds. There's significant size and strength differences between Starla and her opponents, plus, there's the mystery participant that nobody knows about, and she can't prepare herself if she doesn't know who it is. Starla Gardevoir is losing the title tonight and will have the second shortest reign behind Luke Mathews' one week reign. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Starla Gardevoir has spent her whole career proving doubters wrong. She's proved that she can beat people twice, if not three times her size. Sure, her odds are slim here, but if anyone can overcome them, it's her. Plus, you don't even know when she'll enter the match. She could be the last out of the pod with one weak opponent left. For now it's only speculation, but I have faith in Starla's abilities to make it out as AXW Champion. John Hendon: You both raise some fair points, but let's move on to a different title match, as The Takeover defend the AXW Tag Team Championships against War Horse. Zack Fields: The Takeover will be consisting of Leland Alexander and Malcolm M. Mitchell tonight, with Velvet Valentine at ringside. John Hendon: Are you gonna be ringside as well, Z? Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: I currently do not intend on being at ringside for that match, because I have other matters to attend to. My match will be before that one, but I'm not sure what kind of shape I'll be in. I can guess that I'm going to be pretty banged up, but unlike Janet, I'll still have functioning legs, so, we'll see what happens. They don't need me at ringside though, there's no way in hell War Horse is walking out as the champs. John Hendon: Well you're not gonna be the only one in a gruesome battle, as Bruiser Lazzou and Deimos collide in an Inferno Match. Zack Fields: This will also be AXW's first ever Inferno Match, and for those not familiar, to win an Inferno Match you have to set your opponent on fire. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: These are two guys who are fighting to be the top monster in AXW, and each step just gets more and more violent. John Hendon: Tonight we'll see the in-ring debut of Mayhem, the formerly estranged brother of the Cross City Stallions. Zack Fields: And he does seem kind of out there. Perhaps there's some truth to what Marky and Max are saying about him. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Mrs. Morris says he's an angel, and I've been hearing the stories told by Marky and Max. I'm not quite sure what to believe, as I'm personally not close to Mason, or Mayhem as he's now referred to, since he's been away until recently. John Hendon: And we're gonna see his debut right now on Before the Bell, let's send it to Jen Brunelli at ringside! ----- Jen Brunelli: Ladies and gentlemen, this match is a Before the Bell exclusive, and it's set for one fall! The lights go dark as the ominous beginning of “Not to touch the Earth” rings out over the speakers. The lights begin to strobe slowly as if to make everything appear like it is in slow motion as the maniac himself MAYHEM enters the arena with a crazy look in his eyes! Jen Brunelli: Introducing first, making his AXW in-ring debut, from Cross City, Florida, weighing in at 210 pounds, "The Loose Cannon" MAYHEM! He stomps his way down to the ring with a devilish smile with his signature biker vest and jeans on as he makes his way to the ring, ready to maim anyone that happens to be in the ring with him. All the lights in the arena flick off except for a single gold light aimed on the entrance stage. 'Come To Life' by Alter Bridge starts blasting out of the speakers around the arena. Mercer Prime walks out from the back as the rest of the arena is lit up with gold light. Mercer stands on the stage and throws up both arms and lets out a roar before heading down to the ring. Jen Brunelli: And his opponent, from Dayton, Ohio, weighing in at 225 pounds, MERCER PRIME! SINGLES MATCH Mayhem would try a sneak attack flying knee to the back of Prime, but the indy icon would move out of the way as Mayhem collided with the corner buckle. Prime would open up with a flurry of elbow strikes followed by an overhead belly to belly suplex, Mayhem arching his back. Prime wouldn’t give the newcomer a chance to breathe, hitting a giant swing, as Mayhem would find himself right back in the original corner of the sneak attack. Mayhem, in his raspy voice, was pleading for a “time out” as Prime was fired up! Prime goes to return to his attack when he’s countered with a Fly Swatter (Double Handed Ear Clap) stunning him back as Mayhem then hits an arm wringer into a short arm clothesline, before raining down mounting punches as the psycho actually begins yelling out PRIME numbers! With a sinister smirk, Mayhem breaks out the really old school with a back rake, and even biting Prime on the arm! Mayhem hits a double arm DDT, going for the cover, but Prime kicks out. Mayhem brings Prime to his feet, pushing him into the ropes before connecting with a Cactus Clothesline that sends them both to the outside. Mayhem whips Prime into the steps chest first. As the count is on, this madman couldn't care less as he reaches under the apron for something. Finding a shovel of all things, he holds it up, yelling out “I’m gonna bury his indy ass!” before hitting Prime in the back of the head with the shovel, drawing the DQ from the ref! Jen Brunelli: Here is your winner as a result of a disqualification, MERCER PRIME! Mayhem slams the shovel’s handle onto the lower back of Prime, drawing the ire of the crowd, and then begins whistling, putting the shovel over his shoulder, like he’s heading to work, some of the crowd actually eating up this lunacy as officials attend to Prime. ----- Zack Fields: I think that's a bona fide lunatic. He bit Mercer, he attacked him with a shovel, it's very clear that he's not all there. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Maybe there's some truth to what Marky and Max are saying, but only time will tell what his intentions are. John Hendon: Moving on, we have a grudge match between former friends Justin Wyndham and TO'A. Zack Fields: In their previous encounter, Justin Wyndham didn't look like the one of old. All he wants it TO'A to convert back to their old International Anti-Xtremist ways, but TO'A is having none of it. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: I don't think TO'A's gonna change his ways any time soon, Justin is going to have to do a lot of convincing in my opinion. John Hendon: As you may have guessed, our co-host here, Zoey Mathews-Mitchell, will be competing in a Street Fight against Janet Hurricane. Zoey pulls out a wrestling dummy from underneath the desk and slams it on the desk. Zack Fields: How did we not see that under there? Also, why? Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Rather than talk about the match, how about I show you what's going to happen? Zoey climbs onto the desk. She mounts the dummy and starts wailing on it with the kendo stick. She talks while she does it. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: I'm gonna smash her stupid face in! She throws the now broken kendo stick away and opts for fists. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: She'll need reconstructive surgery, but I like the idea of her looking like Sloth better! She climbs down and walks off frame, where she pulls in a table. She sets it up in front of the desk, then climbs back onto the desk. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: And why stop at her face? How about I break her back? How about I Firebomb her through this table? Zoey lifts the dummy onto her shoulders, and jumps off the desk delivering a Firebomb (Fireman Carry Powerbomb) through the table. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: But maybe that just won't get the job done. Zoey now locks the dummy in the Vertabender (Haas of Pain). Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Maybe I'll keep her locked in the Vertabender until I hear her back snap! Zack Fields: Zoey, I don't mean to interrupt, but I for one am concerned, and also we don't have much time left. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Oh, sorry... Zoey goes back behind the desk, and pulls out another kendo stick, and looks around to ensure Janet won't try to jump her again. John Hendon: Alright, moving on from that... Ethan Cutler and Jonathan Fhenix will be competing for the vacated Xperience Championship, and I've just been told the remainder of the Steve Corman Guys and Alliance of Truth will be banned from ringside. Zack Fields: No matter how you feel about either man, this will be a great match. I'm looking forward to seeing which of these two will become the third Xperience Champion. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Both great competitors in the ring, personality wise, both kind of assholes. Jonathan more so than Ethan. John Hendon: The AXW Light Heavyweight Championship will be defended as either Acer Stone or Danny Hall will defend against Trent Mathews. Zack Fields: If Acer or Danny lose the title, they both do, so they have to pick wisely. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Let's not forget that Trent has a win over Acer, and is looking to get revenge on Danny Hall. Picking wisely is really an understatement. Regardless, this should be a fun match to watch. John Hendon: And last but not least, David Clash goes head to head against Jack Adams. Zack Fields: Jack Adams was looking to get into that Xperience Championship Match, but if he can defeat David Clash, that could potentially elevate him past the Xperience Title and right into the AXW Championship scene. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: But beating David Clash will not be an easy task. Clash is a 16 year veteran, whereas Adams has only been competing for a couple of years. Clash has the experience, but don't sleep on Jack Adams, even if you think he's one of the biggest douches in the world. John Hendon: That's all we have for Before the Bell, if you're watching on AXW.com, head on over to the BWF Network where you can watch Collide for free, and if you're watching on BWF Network, just hang tight!

Austin, Texas
Collide IAfter a video package highlighting the feuds happening tonight, we cut to the arena to a pyrotechnics display. The cameras pan across the crowd as we're welcomed by Lily Luna. Lily Luna: Welcome everyone to Collide! We are coming to you live from Austin, Texas, and we have a big night in store for you tonight! I'm The Alternative's Lily Luna, joined by my usual partner Chris Pierce, and AXW's Cole Haywood! Chris Pierce: All but one AXW championship is up for grabs, we'll also see a Street Fight, Inferno Match, and Elimination Chamber, among more great matches. Also, a very Happy Birthday to you, Lily! Lily Luna: Thank you, Chris! Cole Haywood: Enough of this jibber jabber, let's get to some action! Salvatore Pellegrino: This opening contest is a Street Fight scheduled for one fall! When the full band plays after the guitar opening of "The Leaving Song, Pt. II", is when Zoey Mathews-Mitchell walks out onto the stage. Coming out to her first ever theme song, Zoey is dressed in street clothing - tight black jeans with her black boots and knee pads over them, and a cut off t-shirt of the band AFI, which you're listening to right now. She's holding a kendo stick in her right hand and one of the AXW Tag Team Championships with the other. She raises both into the air as pyro blasts behind her. Salvatore Pellegrino: Introducing first, representing the Takeover, from Riviera Beach Florida, she is one-fourth of the AXW Tag Team Champions, ZOEY MATHEWS-MITCHELL! Zoey walks down the ramp, and rolls in under the bottom rope. She raises her kendo stick and tag title once more. “S-P-I-R-I-T Spirit!! Let’s hear it!! S-P-I-R-I-T Spirit!! Let’s hear it!!” Blue strobe lights roams around the arena like a trance as the opening tune of "Happy Song” by Bring Me The Horizon blares out of the PA system. “LET’S GO!” Out comes Janet Hurricane, wearing a "Fuck Everyone" shirt, in partial reference to Luke Mathews' "No Fucks Given" mantra. She's pulling a shopping cart with guitars in it, in reference to he brother James Child. Salvatore Pellegrino: And her opponent, from Charlotte, North Carolina, "The Queen of the Ravenous Generation" JANET HURRICANE! She then starts walking her way to the ring, bopping her head to the music and in her own zone, not giving a damn about the fans’ reaction. She gets to ringside where Zoey is waiting in the ring with her kendo stick. Janet grabs an acoustic guitar from her cart and cautiously enters the ring, the two sharing a quick staredown with their weapons. STREET FIGHT Zoey ducks a guitar shot by hitting Janet in the gut with the kendo stick. Zoey slams the stick across the back of Janet. Zoey delivers a kendo stick-aided Side Russian Leg Sweep. Zoey cracks the kendo stick right on the head of Janet, then exits the ring. Zoey looks under the ring and starts carelessly throwing items into the ring, trashcans, trashcan lids, cookie sheets, chairs, more kendo sticks, street signs, and rolls back into the ring. Zoey sees Janet reaching for her guitar, and stomps on her hand. Zoey picks the guitar up, says, "You want this?" and slams it outside to the arena floor, causing it to shatter. Zoey hits Janet in the head with one of the street signs, and discards it as its bent after one hit. Zoey delivers an overhead Belly-to-Belly Suplex, sending Janet into the turnbuckles. Janet ends up propped against the bottom turnbuckle, where Zoey places a trashcan across her, grabs a chair, and then runs the ropes, before dropkicking the chair into the trashcan into Janet! Zoey lifts Janet to her feet and then into the air, before slamming her down on another trashcan with a Falcon Arrow! This sees the first pin attempt of the match, as Zoey gets a two. Zoey goes to a corner and removes the top turnbuckle padding before bringing her attention back to Janet. Janet suddenly strikes Zoey in the midsection with a chair, then hits her directly on top of the head with it! Zoey crumbles to the mat as Janet hatches up a plan. Janet exits the ring and lifts the ring skirt, looking for something. She pulls out a bed of barbed wire, and slides it into the ring. She props it up in the corner, and turns around to get a cookie sheet to the head by Zoey! Zoey tosses it away then hits Janet with a trashcan lid! Zoey grabs a kendo stick, then locks in a kendo stick assisted Crossface! Janet cries out in pain but manages to fight out of it. Zoey whips Janet to the exposed turnbuckle, but Janet stops herself just in time. That doesn't matter as Zoey dropkicks Janet in the back, causing her to still hit the turnbuckle. Zoey rolls Janet up but then transitions into a Vertabender (Haas of Pain)! Janet howls out in agony, but Janet sees the kendo stick within arms reach and uses it to hit Zoey and escape the hold. Janet then throws Zoey right into the bed of barbed wire! The match is momentarily paused so Zoey can be cut free from the barbed wire. Zoey loses her shirt in the process and continues the match in her sports bra. During the time it took to get Zoey free, Janet grabbed something from under the ring - a bag. We all know what comes next, as Janet dumps the bag, spilling thumbtacks on the mat. Janet looks to slam Zoey onto the tacks but Zoey fights it. Zoey hits Janet with a Roundhouse Kick, then brings her back to the exposed turnbuckle and slams her face first into it. Zoey sets Janet onto the top rope, and sends her flying into the thumbtacks with a super hurricanrana. Janet tenses in pain before being thrown out of the ring. Zoey waits for Janet to get up, then dives out of the ring with a Springboard Shooting Star Press, but Janet side steps and Zoey collides with the shopping cart of guitars, landing awkwardly and in lots of pain. Janet pulls out a ladder from underneath the ring, and leaves it on the floor. She goes over to Zoey and brings her to the ladder. Janet has her doubled over as if going for a powerbomb or piledriver, but Zoey counters with a back body drop, Janet crashing down onto the ladder. Zoey looks under the ring and pulls out a table, setting it up on the arena floor. Zoey motions that it's over as she lifts Janet onto her shoulders, looking to Firebomb (Fireman Carry Powerbomb) her through the table, but Janet elbows Zoey in the head and gets free. Janet nails Zoey with a Wrath of the Hurricane (Maryse’s Heel Kick), buying some time for Janet. Janet doesn't seem to care about getting Zoey in the ring and pinning her, instead she takes some time to try to recuperate the best she can, and then sets the ladder up. Janet then looks back under the ring, and pulls out two items: a grill lighter and lighter fluid. She pours the lighter fluid on the table, and you guessed it, sets the table ablaze. Janet sees Zoey getting to her feet, and climbs the ladder. Zoey slowly follows her up the ladder, and when she reaches the top with Janet, Janet spits in her face. Janet slams Zoey face first on the top of the ladder, then shoves her off, Zoey falling from the top of the ladder through the flaming table! Ringside technicians are quick to extinguish Zoey who's entire body is twitching from being on fire in addition to all the pain she's suffered throughout the match. Janet climbs down the ladder as the bell is being rung. Salvatore Pellegrino: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this match due to referee stoppage, JANET HURRICANE! Lily Luna: I can't believe what I just saw! Zoey falling from the top of the ladder through a flaming table! Chris Pierce: Zoey was right in saying this match won't be pretty, and I think it was the right call by referee Shane Gates to stop the match. Cole Haywood: Zoey talked a big game on Before the Bell, and couldn't execute it. The better woman walks out victorious tonight. Lily Luna: And unfortunately, this won't be the only instance of someone being set on fire tonight. Janet looks like she wants more of Zoey but is held back as Zoey is attended to by EMTs. The cameras follow Janet up the ramp as she's being booed, but she doesn't care as she just smiles. She looks down the ramp at Zoey and gives her the middle finger. Janet goes backstage as her music fades out. Zoey is helped to her feet, and is helped to the back as she receives an ovation from the fans for putting her body on the line. ----- We cut backstage to the locker room of the Steve Corman Guys. All of them are present as Steve Corman speaks. Steve Corman: Tonight is our night, lady and gentlemen. Ethan, you're about to go out there and win the Xperience Championship when you defeat that asshat Jon Fhenix. Jack, you're gonna send that half-wit David Clash back to CCW. And as for you, Damien Steele, you have nothing to worry about. You pinned the former AXW Champion, David Slayton, so surely you should be the final entrant in the Elimination Chamber. And come to think of it, if Starla Gardevoir can compete in it, then why can't Caitlin Shay - who was wrongfully robbed of having the longest reigning Women's Championship run. If that final chamber spot is filled by one of you, that just heightens our chances of bringing the AXW Championship to the Corman Guys, now doesn't it? Everyone keep your head up. Sooner or later, every single one of us will be wearing gold, and it starts tonight. Let's kick some ass. ----- Jen Brunelli: This next contest is set for one fall, and is to determine the AXW Xperience Champion! "The Instinct" hits and Ethan Cutler steps out from the back, gripping the elbow pad for his right arm in hand. He takes a good look at the crowd before raising his right arm high to show off his "Off With Their Head" tattoo on his outer forearm and high-arced pyro fountains ignite on either side of the ramp." He lowers his arm and slides the elbow pad on, then proceeds to walk drown the ramp under the archway of pyro. Jen Brunelli: Introducing first, representing the Steve Corman Guys, from Rapid City, South Dakota, weighing in at 232 pounds, "Mr. Clothesline" ETHAN CUTLER! Upon reach the ring he jumps from the ring floor onto the apron, then steps through the ropes. After bouncing off the ropes a few times, he settles down and waits at once side for the match to begin. As Daniel Licht’s “Hide Your Tears” opens with a sweet Spanish guitar lick, the lights dim into a golden hue, as elegant script spelling out “The Tragic Hero” flashes over the video wall. Fhenix emerges, his back to us, clad in a golden wrestling robe. He turns as the song gets a bit darker and heavier in tone, golden pyros raining down behind him as he poses, arms outstretched with a smirk. Jen Brunelli: And his opponent, representing the Alliance of Truth, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, weighing in at 240 pounds, "The Tragic Hero" JONATHAN FHENIX! He walks to the ring with smooth confidence, entering the ring and scaling a turnbuckle, actually cupping an ear and egging on the crowd for more hatred before leaping off with a sinister smirk, which slowly turns into an eerily focused, stern glance, a mastermind considering strategy before his match begins, his music fading out. AXW XPERIENCE CHAMPIONSHIP
SINGLES MATCH The two lock up, with Jonathan hitting Ethan in the gut with several knee strikes. Jonathan takes Ethan down with a Gutwrench suplex. Ethan gets to his feet and walks into a Tilt a whirl backbreaker. A quick one count for Jonathan as he now brings Ethan back to his feet. Ethan takes Jonathan down with a series of quick clotheslines, then slams him to the mat with a German Suplex. Ethan grabs Jonathan's arm and applies an arm wrench, before locking in a hammerlock. Ethan spins Jonathan out of the hammerlock and takes him down with another clothesline. Ethan lifts Jonathan up and drops him headfirst onto the canvas with a Slingshot Brainbuster. This sees a two count for Ethan, who gives a stern look to referee Gus Ramos. Jonathan is back to his feet but hits the mat back first courtesy of a double leg takedown, which Ethan uses as the setup for the Giant Swing. It gets transitioned into a single leg swing, before Ethan locks in a Single Leg Boston Crab. Jonathan manages to crawl his way to the bottom rope, with Ethan using the five count in his favor. Jonathan helps himself up in the corner and Ethan runs in at him, but Jonathan sidesteps causing Ethan to hit the ring post shoulder first. Jonathan quickly rolls Ethan up and places his feet on the ropes, Gus stopping the pin when he sees it. Jonathan stays on the attack as he lifts Ethan up for Try To Breathe (High flap jack hot shot into the ropes, followed by a stiff running kick aimed right at the throat), which sees a two count for him. Jonathan seems a bit frustrated at Gus, which allows Ethan to get back to his feet. Ethan runs at Jonathan but Jonathan's attention is turned back just in time to catch Ethan for the Stock Market Crash (D-Lo Brown's Sky High). Jonathan heads out to the apron and ascends the turnbuckles, but Ethan meets him up there. Ethan brings Jack down with an Avalanche Belly to Belly Suplex. Ethan slams Jonathan to the mat with a Jackhammer, then removes his elbow pad to reveal his "Off With Their Head" tattoo. He drops to a three point stance and waits for his time to strike. Ethan starts darting across the ring but Jonathan manages to avoid the Verdict Lariat by lifting Ethan up for The Tragic Hero (tilt a whirl sideslam but flowed through into an RKO). Gus Ramos counts the pin. Jen Brunelli: Here is your winner, and the NEW AXW Xperience Champion, JONATHAN FHENIX! Lily Luna: Jonathan Fhenix with a big win here tonight, picking up his first title in AXW. Chris Pierce: Which makes things interesting, because if Duncan Aries wins the AXW Championship tonight, and they both hold onto their titles for 90 days-- Cole Haywood: Hey, if Acer Stone and Danny Hall can both be AXW Light Heavyweight Champion, then why can't Duncan and Jonathan both hold the AXW Championship? Chris Pierce: Well, I can't argue that.
Gus Ramos hands Jonathan Fhenix his newly won title and tries to raise his hand, but Jonathan yanks it away and climbs the turnbuckles, raising his new gold in the air. He eventually leaves the ring where he's greeted by the rest of the Alliance of Truth, who hoist him into the air, carrying him up the ramp as they all celebrate this title victory.

Arena goes dark and alive from pod plays and clash walks out to a spotlight just on him. Blue rEd and white lights start blaring and he walks down to the ring in his tights and Legend Jacket. Fans start going crazy and clash starts high fiving the all the the fan. Salvatore Pellegrino: This next contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, from Hollywood, California, weighing in at 250 pounds, DAVID CLASH! Clash takes pictures with the fans and then gets in the ring via the stairs.Clash tosses his jacket over to the time keeper and paoses on the top turnbuckle. "Too Drunk to Fuck" by the Dead Kennedys kicks in as a smirking Jack Adams comes jogging out from the back. He looks at the crowd, laughing to himself as he walks to the ring, all the while Adams is goading the fans and prevoking them, daring them to punch him, before feigning punching them himself. Generally, just being a bully. Salvatore Pellegrino: And his opponent, representing the Steve Corman Guys, from Fort Payne, Alabama, weighing in at 230 pounds, he is "The Last Real Man Alive" JACK ADAMS! Adams slides into the ring and being the dick he is, just yells to the hard camera "LAST REAL MAN ALIVE!" SINGLES MATCH Before the match even began, Adams called for a mic, simply declaring that David Clash was an “even bigger idiot than he thought” if he believed he could make a comeback to this sport by signing on to face a man like Adams. Clash wasn’t deterred, as Adams tossed the mic down and egged Clash on as the two circled like lions to start this thing! A collar and elbow tie up leaves neither man with a clear advantage and is broken. Adams is still talking smack as they go to tie up again, but Adams hits some knees to the gut, followed by some LOUD chops that definitely find their mark, backing Clash into the corner, Adams turning to gloat to the crowd with a snort , “Some legend!” Adams chuckles, before Clash grabs a hold of him, turning him into the corner and firing off some stinging chops of his own, followed by a short arm lariat out of the corner! Clash is fired up as he begins putting on a bodyslam clinic. One slam. A second, followed by an irish whip to the ropes and a snap powerslam for a two count. Clash motions for Adams to get to his feet, as Jack stumbles up with a growl, swinging wildly, getting caught with a reverse DDT for another two count. Clash brings Adams up, spinning and hitting a discus lariat. Clash is on fire, pointing to the corner as he begins his climb up. He peers down at Adams and leaps off with a flying elbow, but Adams rolls to the side as Clash crashes and burns! Adams gets to his feet, pissed off, as Clash, clutching his elbow, stumbles to his feet, turning, and nearly getting decapitated by a HUGE Meat Hook Lariat from Adams! The referee actually tries to check on Clash, but Adams wants none of it, giving the Alabama Stompdown to Clash, just stomping the holy hell out of him! Adams goes to bring Clash to his feet, smacking him around, talking shit, “YOU’RE NO LEGEND!” Adams yells before bringing Clash up for an Alabama Slam, but Clash connects with a knee to the face of Adams, giving him just enough time to counter into a Code Breaker! Both men are down, but Clash goes for the cover, but Adams kicks out. Clash is looking around, then seeing Adams, contemplates punting the man in the head! Clash backs up to the corner as he sees his opening and goes for it, but Adams, perhaps out of instinct, slides his kneepad down and clocks Clash with a STIFF knee trembler before the legendary competitor can even think of punting Adams! Clash hits the mat hard, as Adams goes for the cover, the ref counting to three, awarding the match to Jack Adams! Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, JACK ADAMS! Lily Luna: This is a big win for Jack Adams, especially considering none of his cohorts were out here to help him. Cole Haywood: A big win? Nah, this is merely just a win for Jack Adams. He was the only legend in this match, and plus, anyone can beat David Clash. I'm sure I could beat David Clash. Chris Pierce: Well, why don't you try to then? Cole Haywood: Because I'm not medically cleared. I have a serious, uh, tooth ache. Adams shakes his head with a smirk, telling the camera "Legend my ass!" before exiting the ring. ----- We're at an undisclosed location in the arena. The AXW Tag Team Championships are on display as three out of four members of the Takeover are present, in their usual garb. Leland Alexander: As you can tell, we stand here one member short. Unfortunately, Zoey has been taken to the hospital after her brutal match earlier. Malcolm M. Mitchell: We got to talk to her before she left, and she told us not to worry about her. She told us that the only thing that matters tonight is the Takeover holding onto our AXW Tag Team Championships. Velvet Valentine: And that's exactly what we're going to do. We may not be the full unit we've been, but make no mistake about it, we're as strong as ever. Leland Alexander: And we will continue our mission. War Horse, you're going down. You're gonna pay for what you did to Vel, and we will still be holding onto these. Malcolm and Leland lift their titles and hold them in front of the camera, making them the only things you can see, before we go back to ringside. ----- Jen Brunelli: This next contest is set for one fall, and is for the AXW Light Heavyweight Championship! "Dammit" takes over the arena as out walks Trent Mathews and Sam De Santa. Trent drops down to his knees with his arms outspread, with Sam standing behind him with her hand on her hip. Pyro blasts on the side of them and Trent hops up to his feet and walks down the ramp. Trent slides into the ring and steps up onto the closest turnbuckle, throwing his arms out to his side, then raising them into the air. He jumps down as his music fades out. "Hate Me" by Blue October plays of the P.A. system as the camera pans over the arena stopping at the entrance way as Danny Hall, sporting a fur vest, strolls down to the ring stopping sometimes to yell at children, then when he gets to the ring he rolls under the bottom rope to sit in the corner then he stands up.....in the corner. Jen Brunelli: Introducing first, the challenger, accompanied to the ring by Sam De Santa, from Owasco, New York, weighing in at 217 pounds, TRENT MATHEWS! Trent stares intently at Danny as he looks to get some revenge, as well as capture the Light Heavyweight Title. Jen Brunelli: And his opponent, from Camden, Tennessee, weighing in at 220 pounds, he is the co-holder and defending AXW Light Heavyweight Champion, "Mr. Most Hated" DANNY HALL! Danny raises his championship in the air before handing it to referee Jessie McCormick. AXW LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
SINGLES MATCH Trent immediately runs at Danny, who exits the ring. Trent follows him and chases him. Danny stops when Sam De Santa is blocking his way. Trent looks to attack him but Danny gets out of the way and back into the ring, causing Trent to nearly hit Sam. Trent catches himself but that was enough for Danny to dive out of the ring, taking down both Trent and SDS! Danny slides back into the ring as Jessie McCormick begins the 20 count. Danny insists that Jessie count faster, as Trent and Sam get back to their feet. Sam actually enters the ring first, as she actually looks to inflict damage on Danny, but Jessie holds her back. Jessie is instructing SDS that she must go to the back, and SDS is not happy. De Santa has to oblige, and reluctantly walks to the back. Danny is caught up in all of this that he doesn't realize Trent is standing right behind him. Danny turns around and is met with a European Uppercut, which is quickly followed with a Rolling Elbow. Trent takes Danny down with a Frankensteiner, getting a two count on the subsequent pin. Danny is slammed hard to the mat by an STO from Trent, who looks to lock in an Anaconda Vice but Danny squirms away. Danny rocks Trent with a Running Knee, then drops him with a Double-Arm DDT. Danny runs the ropes and nails Trent with a Clothesline From Hall(Clotheline from Hell). Trent looks to set Trent up with a Halls Frozen Over(Canadian Destroyer), but Trent counters via back body drop. Trent runs at Danny who throws a clothesline, Trent ducks it and springboards off the second rope, hitting the standing Danny with a Trent's Twist (corkscrew senton). Trent grabs Danny's head and runs up the turnbuckles for Trent the Ninja (Shiranui). Trent whips Danny into the corner and sprints right after, hitting Danny with the Swinging Corner Clothesline. Danny slumps down in the corner, and Trent swings his legs back into the ring and runs the ropes, nailing Danny with a Running Face Wash. Trent pulls Danny out of the corner, and begins climbing the turnbuckles, facing the crowd. Jessie is checking on Danny so does not see what happens next, which is Acer Stone coming from out of nowhere, yanking Trent's leg so he gets caught up on the top rope. Acer holds his hands on his head at ringside as he looks like he immediately regrets his decision. Danny quickly takes advantage, picking Trent off the turnbuckle and dropping him with a Hallmark Gift (Powerbomb Lungblower)! Danny covers with his fists in the air, the crowd booing as Jessie makes the count. Jen Brunelli: Here is your winner, and STILL the co-holder of the AXW Light Heavyweight Championship, DANNY HALL! Lily Luna: Trent was on the verge of leaving as champion, but Acer Stone ruined it for him. Chris Pierce: Acer looks like he didn't want to do that, but he knows that if Danny loses the title, he does too. I guess he didn't feel confident that Danny was gonna win. Cole Haywood: That's the way Acer needs to be if he wants to be AXW Light Heavyweight Champion. Throw your dumb goody two shoes morals aside and hold onto what is half yours.
Acer still looks full of regret, meanwhile Danny is elated as he lifts the Light Heavyweight Title high into the air in celebration. Danny exits the ring and walks up to Acer, patting him on the back for a job well done. Danny takes the title with him to the back, leaving Acer behind. Acer decides to enter the ring, where he helps Trent get to his feet. Trent doesn't realize who's helping him up, and when the two lock eyes, Acer looks like he's trying to explain his actions or perhaps give an apology, but Trent has none of it as he kicks Acer in the gut and tosses him out to the floor. Trent leaves the ring and makes his walk to the back, and he is not happy.

The opening beat of "ultranumb" by Blue Stahli as the crowd goes in a frenzy, hyped to see the arrival of "The World Warrior" The cameras focused on the countdown clock shown in the titantron while we hear a voice say, "Ultranumb" "THREE. THREe, THRee, THree,Three "TWO, TWO., two two ONE" "YOU WANT IT ALL RIGHT NOW" The lights starts to flicker before coming back to normal as Justin Wyndham comes out with a smile on his face. He bends down on both knees and looks at his imaginary "watch" before getting up and does a cut throat sign. Salvatore Pellegrino: This next contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, from Cloverleaf, Texas, weighing in at 210 pounds, "The World Warrior" JUSTIN WYNDHAM! He then gets up before running down to the ring in full speed. Once he enters the ring, he bangs his head to the nearest turnbuckle, hyping himself up before looking back at the crowd with a sick smile. He then climbs at the turnbuckle and does the cuthroat sign before getting off and waiting for his match to start "Second Sucks" by A Day to Remember plays and out walks Toa with the towel, drenched in blood, wrapped around his neck. He is staring down on the ground and listening to the boos and cheers coming from the fans. "FIGHT" Once he hears the opening line, he starts walking down the ramp, still not showing his face. Salvatore Pellegrino: And his opponent, from the Isle of Samoa, weighing in at 280 pounds, "Samoan Executioner" TO'A! When he walks up the steel steps and enters the ring, he throws the towel on the ground and does a battle cry. SINGLES MATCH Here we go, round 2 of the TO’A versus Justin Wyndham saga as the two circled around the ring. This time Justin was aggressive in this match and surprisingly the one bringing the fight to his former friend TO’A. Right off the bat Justin hits TO’A with a stunning forearm smash before executing his Muay Thai combos. Justin then ran to the ropes and hit a Harley Race inspired knee drop, right to the bridge of TO’A’s nose. Justin does a quick pin, knowing full well that TO’A will kick out in which he does. Justin then quickly transitions into a grounded headlock before kneeing the Big Samoan a couple of times. Yup, this is not the same Justin Wyndham that we saw a month ago as Justin gets TO’A to his feet. TO’A responded by kneeing his former stablemate in the gut before hitting the T-bone suplex. TO’A then picks up Justin by his hair and goes for a powerbomb but Justin slips out of it before hitting him with the Pele kick, TO’A stumbling. Justin then steps out of the ring and waits for TO’A to get his footing in before jumping off the ropes and going for his patented springboard tornado DDT, however TO’A simply walks away like no f*cks were given. Justin lands on his feet, but TO'A hits him with a Running Arched Boot to the jaw. Now its TO’A’s turn to attack as he hits a series of his signature moves to wear down the World Warrior. First it was the Toa-Plex(German suplex followed into a dragon suplex and finished with an X-Plex) which Justin barely kicked out after 2. When Justin was on all fours, TO’A hit him with a football kick to the chest which got Justin gasping for air and TO’A dishes out more punishment with the Samoan Elbow (Feint leg drop transitioned into an elbow drop to the opponent's chest). Once again TO’A goes for the pin and once again Justin barely kicks out. TO’A gives the ref the death glare before picking up Justin by the hair once again. He goes for the powerbomb that he was looking for earlier in the match and this time he got all of it as he doesn’t let go of the hold. The ref counts, in which Justin kicks out, but that doesn’t deter TO’A as he transitions it to a Boston Crab! All the weight on Justin’s back as TO’A yells at his former friend to tap. The fans beg Justin to not tap out and fortunately for them Justin was already close to the ropes. Justin musters up the strength he still has to pull himself up and crawls his way to the ropes. Once Justin gets to the ropes, the referee forces TO’A to break the hold and does the traditional five count, in which TO’A releases the hold when he hears 4. TO’A uncharacteristically argues with the referee, which gives Justin time to roll underneath the ropes. Once TO’A gets back to focusing on the task in hand, he sees the flying Justin soaring to the sky and hitting him with a springboard forearm smash, AJ Styles style! Both men are down for a few seconds but Justin is the first to get on his feet. He notices TO’A is getting to his feet, so he runs to the ropes and hits him with the Suicide Blonde (Daniel Bryan’s Inazuma Leg Lariat.). Justin runs to the ropes again to execute the Lionsault. Justin covers, but gets a two count. Justin gets TO’A to his feet and attempts to Irish whip him to the corner, but TO’A sends him to the corner instead. TO’A doesn’t waste any time and immediately runs at Justin, but Justin hits him with a back elbow. However for Justin, TO’A responded by a jumping enziguri kick! Justin drops at the corner and is at no man's land as TO’A does a battle cry before backing up and then charging at Wyndham looking for the Samoan Wrecking Ball(Running hip attack to the head of an opponent seated in the corner), but Justin moves out of the way just in time. TO’A recollects himself, only to be met by a springboard tornado DDT by Justin! Justin then quickly climbs to the turnbuckles and hits the Olympic Splash (double moonsault). TO’A barely kicks out after 2 to the dismay of the fans. Justin then does the cutthroat sign as the crowd is electric, glad to see the old Justin Wyndham back. Justin stomps his feet, signalling for the World Most Wanted (Superkick) as TO’A gets to his feet. Justin lunges for it and connects…to the jaw of the referee!!! Justin is shocked at what just happened as he checks up on the referee, Brian Sullivan. The distraction gives TO’A enough time to recuperate and quickly turns Justin around to hit him with the FOR SAMOA (Samoan Spike). TO’A pins Justin as the fans count along. TO’A realizes that the referee is still down and frustration reaches an all time high for the big man. TO’A gives Justin a vicious stomp to the throat before rolling out of the ring as the crowd jeers him while Justin is gasping for more air. TO’A snatches a steel chair from poor Jen Brunelli and snares at her before rolling back in the ring. Justin is still gasping for air while holding on to his neck as TO'A stalks his prey. Justin notices the chair in TO'A hand and Justin pleads to his old International Xtremist mate that this is not the answer. We hear Justin telling TO'A that he's better than this and this side that we're seeing from TO'A is not him as TO'A shakes his head, ready to use the weapon. Then suddenly Justin said something that struck TO'A like a bullet. Justin Wyndham: What would Kia think about this?? For the first time ever, TO'A begins to doubt himself. What would Kia Tamura, his girlfriend and someone who he plans to marry one day once his wrestling career is over, think about this destructive path he has taken lately. The oath that Kia and him once made to each other about no matter what happens, never turn against the traditional ways of wrestling and use foreign objects in a match. TO'A stares at the steel chair and drops it as if it was some kind of abomination as the crowd cheers. Justin immediately takes advantage though and hits the distracted TO'A with the World Most Wanted!!! Justin looks down at his former friend before rolling down the ring. He asks to borrow a water bottle from Jen Brunelli, who gladly does so. Justin pours the water on the referee to wake him up. Once TO'A groggily gets back to his feet, Justin looks a bit remorse for taking advantage of TO'A before blasting him one more time with the World Most Wanted! TO'A is out cold as Justin drops down and hooks the tree trunk legs of TO'A. 1....2....3 it's over! Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, JUSTIN WYNDHAM! Lily Luna: Justin Wyndham picks up the win in his home state of Texas, and seems to have convinced his former friend to return to his old ways. Cole Haywood: Are we not gonna talk about Justin talking about TO'A's girlfriend to do so? And Justin took advantage of him right after! Chris Pierce: Justin was simply trying to get TO'A to go back to his old ways, and finally has done so. TO'A doesn't need weapons to be dangerous. Brian Sullivan gets to his feet, holding his jaw, and raises the arm of Justin. Justin climbs a few turnbuckles to pose and celebrate for his home-state crowd, and upon climbing down the last one, he sees TO'A on his feet. The music dies out and the crowd is in anticipation to see what happens next. Justin holds his hand out, and TO'A looks down at it. After a few seconds, TO'A shakes the hand of Justin and exits the ring. ----- Max Kilburne is standing backstage with Starla Gardevoir. Max Kilburne: Ladies and gentlemen, my guest at this time is the AXW Champion, Starla Gardevoir! Starla, how are you feeling as you head into your match tonight? Starla Gardevoir: A little bit of everything, to be honest with you. I get to make history as being AXW's first ever female World Champion, defending the title in AXW's first ever Elimination Chamber, so I'm feeling a lot of different stuff right now. Excited, nervous, anxious, eager, the list goes on. But most importantly, I'm feeling confident. I didn't win this title just to lose it right after, I am prepared to go to hell and back to hang onto this championship. Max Kilburne: And it won't be an easy task as you defend against David Slayton, Duncan Aries, Steve Corman, Crash Jackson, and another to be announced challenger, inside of an Elimination Chamber. Do you have any idea who could be the final entrant? Starla Gardevoir: I'm gonna find out when everyone else does, but I'm not gonna worry on who it is or who it isn't, I'm gonna worry on how exactly I'm going to walk out as AXW Champion, and rest assured, I will walk out as AXW Champion. Max Kilburne: Thank you for the time, Starla. Let's head back to ringside. ----- Jen Brunelli: This next tag team contest is set for one fall, and is for the AXW Tag Team Championships! ‘War Machine’ begins to play, as the crowd rises to their feet. The song plays out with the white spots lights zooming around the arena until the 33 second mark when the drums kick in and Austin Graves steps out from the back, checking the black hockey tape on his wrists. Graves pays no attention to the crowd whether they boo or cheer him, and he’s focused like a laser beam on the task at hand. Rolling into the ring under the bottom rope, he rolls to his feet and walks over to the hard (tv) camera side of the ropes, placing both hands on the top ropes, pressing down on them slightly, staring coldly into the camera at first, then giving way to a cold, almost sick half smile as if to say, “I’m going to enjoy this…” As Footsteps by Pop Evil begins to blare through the speakers of the arena, Ryan comes out from behind the curtain. He stands and looks out into the crowd. He then runs down the ramp, hitting hands with the fans and slides into the ring. Then he goes up onto the ropes and bounces on them, trying to get the fans all hyped up for the match. He then jumps in the ring a little to get warped up to face his opponent. "The Takeover" takes over the sound system and out walks Leland Alexander and Malcolm M. Mitchell, clad in neoprene masks over their mouths that read "TAKEOVER". They stop right before the ramp and Leland drops into a squat, pointing both hands towards the ring in the shape of guns. Malcolm stands behind him, runs his hands through his hair, before stretching out his arms, flicking the water off his fingers. At the same time, Leland pulls the triggers and the two make their way down the ramp, high fiving fans on each side of the ramp. Malcolm slides into the ring while Leland somersaults through the bottom and middle ropes. Leland steps onto a turnbuckle, pointing at his hand, in the gesture for Detroit and then pounding his fist against his chest while pointing at the camera, while Malcolm stands on the turnbuckle next to Leland's, with his arms spread. They come down from their turnbuckles and remove their neoprene masks as their music fades out. Jen Brunelli: Introducing first, the challengers, at a combined weight of 440 pounds, the team of "War Machine" Austin Graves and the "World Class Workhorse" Ryan Starr, WAR HORSE! Ryan raises his hands into the air as Austin looks on with malicious intent. Jen Brunelli: And their opponents, accompanied to the ring by Velvet Valentine, at a combined weight of 419 pounds, they are the defending AXW Tag Team Champions, "The Next Generation" Leland Alexander and Malcolm M. Mitchell, THE TAKEOVER! Malcolm and Leland raise their titles as they look to go to war. AXW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS
TAG TEAM Alexander was going to begin for the champions as Graves was set to begin for War Horse. Graves locked up with Alexander and quickly attacked the left knee with a hard kick. Graves tripped up Alexander and began to stomp on the same left knee viciously. He jumped up and stomped hard on the left knee of Alexander before trying to lock in a leg lock. Alexander was able to roll away and make a tag to Mitchell. Mitchell jumped into the ring and caught Graves with a snap kick to the gut as he charged. Alexander wrenched the arm of Graves and Mitchell caught him with a superkick to the jaw. Mitchell pulled Graves up but was speared into the corner. Graves speared his shoulder into the gut of Mitchell a few times and caused him to fall into a seated position. Graves made a tag to Starr before charging the corner and hit Mitchell with a cannonball corner senton and rolled out of the way as Starr came running over with a basement dropkick to the face of Mitchell. Starr pulled Mitchell to the center of the ring and looked for a cover. One! Two and broken up by Alexander. Starr pulled Mitchell to his feet and sent him into the War Horse corner and made a tag. Starr connected with a swinging neckbreaker in the middle of the ring as Graves came off the ropes and hit a running senton on Mitchell. Mitchell was pulled up to his feet and hit with a European uppercut that was immediately followed with a forearm to the head. Graves looked for a suplex but Mitchell twisted himself and landed behind Graves before jumping up and hitting a zigzag and both men were down. Mitchell desperately needed a tag and both men were crawling to their corners. Graves made a tag and Mitchell dove the last few feet and made a tag to Alexander. Alexander hit the ring and clotheslined Starr. Starr rolled right to his feet and was rocked with the Uraken (Spinning backfist) that staggered him. Alexander jumped up and took him down with a headscissor takedown. As Starr rolled to his knees he was hit with the Glimmering Warlock (Step Up Shining Enziguri). Alexander looked for a cover as he hooked a leg. One! Two! Graves dives and breaks up the cover. The referee gets things under control quickly and Starr was back to his feet. Alexander looked for the Snapshot (Superkick) but Starr caught his foot and tripped him. Starr started to set up for the Starr to Remember (Sharpshooter) but Velvet jumped to the apron. Starr became distracted and it allowed Alexander to roll away and look for a school boy pin. One! Two! Kickout! Alexander made the tag to Mitchell and jumped into the ring. Starr staggered to his feet and walked right into the Takedown (3D)! Graves jumped into the ring and blindsided Alexander with a hard running kick to the back of the left leg. Alexander dropped and rolled out of the ring as the referee tried to get Graves out of the ring. Velvet jumped back onto the apron and was upset, yelling across the ring at Graves and the referee. Starr went to push her off the apron but she jumped off and he turned right into a kick to the gut by Mitchell. Mitchell looked for the Faceplant (Face Asser) but Starr moved out of the way and hit a lungblower. Starr quickly made a tag to Graves and Graves entered, hit the Cradle 2 Grave (Package Piledriver). Alexander was still holding his knee but tried to make his way back to the ring from the floor. Starr was outside the ring and held off Velvet from getting involved as Graves covered. One! Two! Three! Jen Brunelli: Here are your winners, and the NEEEWWW AXW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS, RYAN STARR AND AUSTIN GRAVES, WAAAR HOOOOORSE! Lily Luna: War Horse have done it! We have new Tag Team Champions! Chris Pierce: The Takeover's reign ends at 112 days, the second longest reign behind Hand of Blood's 229 day reign. Cole Haywood: I think it's safe to say that the takeover is over, I don't see War Horse losing these titles anytime soon.
War Horse are handed their newly won AXW Tag Team Championships, as they both raise them high into the air. Malcolm is rolling out of the ring and Austin gives him a good shove out with his foot. Austin looks right into the camera and shouts, "These are ours now, and nobody is gonna take these away from us!"

Salvatore Pellegrino: This next contest is an Inferno Match! The competitor who sets his opponent on fire first will be the winner! I am now an instrument of violence I am a vessel of invincibility As the sounds of “Warrior” by Disturbed came playing across the PA system an inferno erupted from the ramp way and entrance in unison. Great balls of a fire being shot skyward as the entrance shook as if the earth itself was ripping apart at the arrival of something unearthly. Surrender now or be counted With the endless masses that I will defeat Salvatore Pellegrino: Introducing first, from Portland, Oregon, weighing in at 310 pounds, DEIMOS! Despite the massive negative reaction from the fans, it was all drowned out at the scene unfolding before them. Even as a 'crack' appeared within the entrance way, a single hand holding that formidable two by four with barbwire and nails sticking out of it to pulling Deimos from the very earth itself. As an evil laughter echoed throughout the arena, a single ball of flame erupted from the very hole which Deimos was rising from as if the very core of the earth was spitting the monster out, unleashing him upon allwhom stood before him. I’m one with the warrior inside My dominance can’t be denied Your entire world will turn Into a battlefield tonight As I look upon you through The warrior’s eyes now I can see the fear that will Ensure my victory this time Deimos made his way down to the ring, even pulling out a sack from under the ring and tossing it into the ring amongst various other instruments although he would be interrupted just as he had a trashcan full of weapons when a seemingly agitated Bruiser Lazzou had come rushing down to the ring to clohteslining Deimos across the back that sent him driving face first into the ring post as he was laughing while showing the fans the weapons within a trashcan. INFERNO MATCH The weapons falling upon the ground and it was then that people would have noticed the music had changed in mid tone to that of “Code Red” by Nonpoint. Bruiser not wasting a moment of getting his hands on Deimos began clubbing away at a rising Deimos who was stubbornly throwing a punch here and there to the stomach of Lazzou. The cameras zooming in to showing blood oozing from the forehead of Deimos through the veil of his hair even as the war resumed seemingly from where it had left off. Bruiser came forward suddenly with a running knee that caught Deimos by surprise to driving the newer monster spine first into the barricade. Bruiser picking up the trashcan to immediately smashing it multiple times across the head and body of Deimos. Lazzou pulled Deimos to his feet to lifting him up in a bear hug, squeezing the life from Deimos even as the referee and other officials were trying to get the two big men into the ring. Deimos seemed to be reeling still from the attack even as he lifted his arms to boxing the ears of Bruiser once, twice, and a third time to force the bear hug to be broken. As Bruiser staggered back a couple of steps, Deimos while trying to recover came forward to driving his massive forearm into the face of Bruiser then grabbing him by the head to tossing him into the ringpost, perhaps pay back for driving his own face into it moments ago. The ring apron tossed up as Deimos pulled something from underneath with Bruiser turning around to being smacked by something that would splatter everywhere, the camera zooming in on a piece of what the object was to reveal it is a.... cactus. The yelling from Bruiser ringing through the arena as pieces of the cactus could be seen embedded in the face of the veteran. Deimos laughing even as he would toss Lazzou into the ring with him sliding under the ring rope and smearing his blood across the canvas. As Deimos rose back to his feet, Bruiser was already upon his feet trying to peel some of the remnants of the cactus off his face with Deimos grasping a kendo stick and the ring finally being surrounded by the fire. Deimos came forward to swinging that kendo stick, but caught only air as Lazzou ducked from underneath it to bull rushing Deimos with a shoulder tackle to the gut forcing Deimos to stagger backwards a few steps. Bruiser capitalizing on the moment to hitting Deimos with a DDT that saw Deimos holding his head. Bruiser lifting himself back up to his feet would grab a cheese grater from the sack and walk over to begin grating the busted open forehead of Deimos. Instead of screaming coming from the big man, instead there was laughter of pleasure coming from Deimos making even Bruiser only step back with the bloodied cheese grater. As Deimos began to sit up, Bruiser rushed forward to driving his knee into the skull of Deimos. Lazzou dropped the grater as he returned to pulling Deimos to his feet and whipping him into the corner. Lazzour rushed forward to jump up, but Deimos would surprisingly catch the big man and take a few steps forward before dropping Bruiser across a steel chair with a spinebuster! Bruiser grasping his back as Deimos took a moment upon hands and knees to catch himself then it was the new monster rising to his feet. His hand wiping blood from his eyes even as he watched Lazzou rise back to his feet to turning into a boot to the stomach. Deimos would grasp a doubled over Bruiser to tossing him between the turnbuckles to driving him shoulder first into the ring post and more importantly close to the flames that were inches away from Bruiser's face. Lazzou instinctively pulled backwards away from the danger zone even as he gripped his shoulder while Deimos had retrieved the steel chair and set it up in the sitting position for Lazzou to walk right into Deimos' grasp. Deimos lifted Lazzou up into a backdrop to dropping the back of Bruiser's head across the seat of the chair. The chair and skull impact echoing about the two of them as the chair bent with the impact of the backdrop driver. Deimos slow to his feet from the war that the two men had waged upon each other moved to removing the turnbuckle pad even as Bruiser was holding his head. Lazzou was pulled to his feet by Deimos to Deimos lifting the big man up and dropping him face first across the exposed steel with Deimos dropping into a sitting position. Blood splattering everywhere as Bruiser's face was busted upon, some of the earlier cactus being driven further into the face of the ring veteran. Deimos taking a moment to make sure he didn't catch on fire from dropping to a sitting position then he was taunting Lazzou, slapping him across the face while yelling at the man lying before him. The fans booing heavily at Deimos even as he looked to the corner then would begin climbing them facing away from Bruiser. As Deimos got to the top of the ropes it was unclear if the ring was going to be able to hold the impending weight, but suddenly Lazzou wasn't on his feet, but also on the second turnbuckle to clubbing Deimos across the back. Lazzou not taking a second for granted or wasting time would lift Deimos to dropping him off the top ropes in a backdrop, but not back into the ring. Rather that backdrop was over the flames and the two men spilling to the outside as both men had lost their balance with the ring veteran managing to shifting the moment of misfortune in his favor! Both men were down upon the floor of the arena not moving as officials and medics came to check upon both men. Deimos bent in an unnatural position above Bruiser Lazzou. A combination of their life force pooling about them from the war waged upon each other. Bruiser somehow not only pushed the officials and medics away, but shoved the motionless body of Deimos off of him to using the barricade to help get back to his feet. His eyes wide as he took in what happened with him signaling for the end and a slight limp leading him to pulling Deimos back to his feet. As he went to tossing Deimos towards the fire, the monster instinctively would turn the tide to throwing Bruiser into the barricade. Glazed eyes of Deimos showing he wasn't clearly fully there, but regardless he rushed forward to spearing Bruiser right through the barricade and into the first row of the fans.... or chairs of the fans who barely just got out of the path of the two behemoths. Chairs went each direction with Deimos very slowly pulling himself to his feet and pulling a Bruiser to his feet as well. Deimos lifting Bruiser back up to barely managing to sidewalk slam him across a couple steel chairs. Deimos taking a moment to catch himself as he looked around with his glazed, bloody look then he was back on his feet to lumbering over to the ring where carefully he retrieved something from under the ring. That item being a fire extinguisher which first he used to smack a slowly rising Bruiser across the forehead then to put the fire out on the side of the ring to giving him a means back into the ring. Deimos would help Lazzou back into the ring before sliding under the bottom rope or more accurately dragging himself back in. As Deimos was rising to his feet, Bruiser was up on hands and knees then just as Deimos grabbed him by the head to lifting up, Bruiser would low blow Deimos. As the camera zoomed in it would show Bruiser with a set of brass knuckles on his fingers. Deimos would topple while clutching his groin and giving Bruiser a chance to recover as well. Bruiser would pull Deimos to his feet and pulling the man over to the corner to pushing him up for what appeared to be the Bruised and Battered, shades of the last conflict coming into play. As if snapping out of it, Deimos would drive his fingers into the eyes of Bruiser and narrowly slip off the back. Lazzou gripping the top rope to keep himself from also falling into the fire or worse into arena floor. Deimos let out a yell of fury and would see a recovering Lazzou attempting to turn around where he would slam his forearm into the knee of Bruiser causing the man to crotch himself on the exposed steel. Grasping the head, the angered Deimos would shove Bruiser Lazzou off the ropes and back down upon the canvas. Deimos made his way over to helping Bruiser back to his feet and tossing the ring veteran through the ropes along with the fire surrounding the ring! Deimos taking sadistic pleasure in watching a writhing, flaming Bruiser upon the ring apron! Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, DEIMOS! Lily Luna: What a war that was. A well fought battle by both men, and we all knew the outcome wasn't gonna be pretty. Cole Haywood: And Deimos established his dominance as THE monster of AXW. Officials are quick on the scene to kill the fire and extinguish Lazzou. Deimos exits the ring, and some of the officials try to keep him back. Deimos just laughs at the misfortune of Lazzou as he walks up the ramp. ----- We're now in the locker room of the Alliance of Truth. Duncan Aries: Let's give it up for the new AXW Xperience Champion, Jonathan Fhenix! They give a round of applause to the new champ, who takes a bow. Duncan Aries: And how about another round of applause for Danny Hall, who successfully retained HIS AXW Light Heavyweight Championship! Danny holds the title up soaking in the applause from the rest of the group. Duncan Aries: Let's hear it for Duncan Aries, who is about to become a four time AXW Champion! The group claps as Duncan takes several bows. Duncan Aries: Oh stop it, you guys are too kind! Unfortunately, that will leave one of us without a title. Android 18, a bona fide ass kicker, will soon stand before us as the AXW Women's Champion, and trump all who have reigned before her. Jonathan Fhenix: Alternatively, I could redeem this championship for a tag team title match, and Android and I could bring the AXW Tag Team Championships to the group. Duncan Aries: Regardless, we're already two steps ahead of the Steve Corman Guys, and embarrassing them is just as rewarding as being a champion. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go bring back the AXW Championship to where it belongs. They all tower their fists on one another before Duncan exits. ----- Jen Brunelli: This next contest is Match One in the Best of Five Series for the AXW Women's Championship, and it is set for one fall! The tunes of "Unbreakable" by Fireflight pulse over the PA system as pink and purple strobelights flash and pulse. Hailey emerges, bouncing up and down, firing the crowd up before sprinting down the ramp, slapping hands with fans, both of her arms extended. Jen Brunelli: Introducing first, from Baltimore, Maryland, "The Longshot" HAILEY HARRIS! She slides into the ring and scales a turnbuckle, one hand on her hip, the other raised high in the air. She jumps off the turnbuckle with a smile, prepared for her match. “Like A Prayer” by Madonna plays through the speakers providing a peppy ambiance. The entire arena goes dark momentarily as “Sister Inferior” Olya Latanya Oglovska enters from the ramp with a pair of opera binoculars in her right hand. Three spotlights highlight various audience members who have striking physical attributes. As Olya walks down to the ramp she fans herself with a bidder paddle. Jen Brunelli: And her opponent, from Saratov, Russia, she is the AXW Women's Champion, "Sister Inferior" OLYA OGLOVSKA! Upon reaching the arena floor and within clear eye line of her opponent, all three spotlights converge. Oglovska raises her bidder paddle to indicate she plans on procuring another priceless artifact for her exhibit. BEST OF 5 SERIES
MATCH 1
(NON-TITLE) Harris and Oglovska were more than ready to get things started as the bell sounded to start the match. The two locked up and struggled for position early on. Oglovska attempted to pull Harris into a suplex but Harris dropped to the mat and tried to shock with a small package. One! Two! Kickout! Oglovska popped up to her feet and hip tossed Harris as she stood. Harris climbed to her feet and charged into a back elbow that was followed by a Russian leg sweep. Oglovska pulled Harris up to her feet and sent her into the corner. Oglovska charged and ran right into a boot to the face. Harris jumped to the second rope and launched herself with a missile dropkick. Harris got herself into position near the feet of Oglovska and locked legs before pulling her arms back for a surfboard stretch. Oglovska slowly powered her arm free and was able to break the hold without submitting. Harris pulled Oglovska back to her feet quickly and drove a knee into Oglovska’s side. Harris connected with a spiking DDT and climbed to her feet. She looked at the ropes and charged and flowed into a lionsault and covered. One! Two! Kickout yet again by Oglovska. Oglovska staggered to her feet and landed a hard forearm to the face of Harris. She followed it up with an open palm strike that staggered Harris. Oglovska stepped up and connected with the Soviet Sickle (Superkick) that echoed throughout the arena. Harris fell into the ropes and bounced right back at Oglovska who then connected with a northern lights suplex with a bridging pin. One! Two! Kickout by Harris! Harris and Oglovska both slowly climbed up to their feet. Harris pulled Oglovska into position for a DDT but Oglovska spun away. Oglovska grabbed Harris from behind and delivered a devastating dragon suplex. Oglovska pulled Harris into the middle of the ring and locked in a figure-four headlock. Harris struggled and slowly pulled herself to the ropes and was finally able to make it. Oglovska stood and awaited for Harris to get to her feet. Oglovska pulled Harris into position and looked for a sambo suplex but Harris blocked it with elbows to the head of Oglovska. Harris drove a boot into the gut of Oglovska and connected with the Long Shot (Twist of Fate). Harris scurried up the corner and to the top turnbuckle before diving and connecting with her Hailey’s Comet (450 Splash) and covered! One! Two! Three! Jen Brunelli: Here is your winner, HAILEY HARRIS! Lily Luna: Hailey Harris picks up the first win in the series, momentum currently on her side as she pins the Women's Champ tonight. Chris Pierce: Olya needs to re-watch this match and correct her mistakes before they meet again. Cole Haywood: Olya has some leeway here. She can afford a loss and have it not be too damaging. Lily Luna: She needs to be careful though, because three losses means Hailey wins the AXW Women's Championship.
Hailey celebrates her win, then exits the ring to celebrate with some of the ringside fans as she makes her way to the back.

We return to ringside, where the Elimination Chamber now surrounds the ring. Salvatore Pellegrino: Ladies and gentlemen, this is your Main Event! It will be contested in an Elimination Chamber, and is for the AXW Championship! The first four entrants will be locked inside a pod, and will enter the match in a random order at five minute intervals. The last two entrants will start the match. The match will continue until one person is left remaining, and they will be the AXW Champion! The lights in the arena go out, one by one, until the entire arena is blanketed in complete darkness. A few seconds pass of this, the crowd cheering loudly, eagerly awaiting whatever is going to come next. The JumboTron comes to life with a neon pink butterfly, slowly flapping its wings against darkness. With every flap of its wings, the arena lights pulse. The flapping gets faster and faster, until finally, the butterfly explodes into glitter. When it does, a stage-wide blast of pink and purple pyro explodes across the stage and as the screen fills with the words "Stutterfly" Starla Gardevoir, "Endless Possibility" by Jaret Reddick begins playing over the sound system! This is my escape I'm running through this world And I'm not looking back The crowd explodes in a flurry of cheers as Starla Gardevoir struts onto the stage and points to the crowd, grinning. She moves to each side of the stage, posing for the fans, then comes back to the center of the stage before dropping to one knee and posing as a shower of pink pyro begins falling behind her! Salvatore Pellegrino: Introducing first, from Panama City, Florida, she is the defending AXW Champion, "Stutterfly" STARLA GARDEVOIR! 'Cause I know I can go Where no one's ever gone And I'm not looking back Starla stands up, still grinning from ear to ear, and then quickly bounds down the ramp, slapping fan's hands along the way. She takes a look at the imposing structure in front of her, and walks up the steps entering the chamber. She takes a good look at her title before handing it off to Senior Official Matt Baker, and enters her pod. begins to play. The crowd reacts with overall boos and jeers, but there is the small population of fans, for either nostalgia or just plain assholes, that cheer and do the hero worship wave, wearing Icon Merch. Salvatore Pellegrino: Introducing the challengers, first, from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, weighing in at 275 pounds, "The Icon" STEVE CORMAN! Big Stevie Cool walks out dressed in his classic BSC ring attire, black shiny side lace up pants and a black wrestling tank with "BSC" on the front. As well as a black elbow pad on his right elbow with "ICON" written in gold across it. He stops to look around the arena and the boos being thrown in his direction. Corman makes it very clear to the fans that “all of this” is because of Him. He smiles his cocky smile, then double thumb points to himself, taps his right index finger on his temple and slowly pans his left hand, index finger extended, around the arena; indicating that he’s smarter than each and every one of them, then Corman slowly raises his arms over his head, making the trademark Highrollers hand gesture (basically the wolfpack, while moving his thumbs around in the international sign for MONEY). He makes his way to the ring, as the A-Hole High Rollers fans cheer and do the "Icon" worship wave as Corman nods, points, and smiles at the camera. He climbs the stairs, planting each foot, and takes a look at Starla in her pod. He motions that he is going to be the next AXW Champion, before entering his pod. PUT ON YOUR WAR PAINT! The lights in the arena all cut to black and the Tron comes to life, pulsating with a green light as a quiet beat gets louder with every flash. It gets faster and faster, and louder with each pulse, until the pulsating light explodes into the words "Blazenwing Rises" and “The Phoenix” by Fall Out Boy blares across the arena sound system. You are a brick tied to me that's dragging me down Strike a match and I'll burn you to the ground We are the jack-o-lanterns in July Setting fire to the sky He-here comes this rising tide So come on PUT ON YOUR WAR PAINT! The stage fills with smoke and the crowd rises to their feet, cheering loudly, as the smoke clears on the stage and a man in a dark green trenchcoat stands, head down, facing the Tron. He raises his hands and snaps his fingers, causing four loud bursts of pyro to ignite, two on each side of him, before spinning around Y2J style to reveal David Slayton! Salvatore Pellegrino: From Milwaukee, Wisconsin, weighing in at 245 pounds, "The New Hotness" DAVID SLAYTON! Cross walks and crossed hearts and hope-to-dies Silver clouds with grey linings So we can take the world back from the heart-attacked One maniac at a time we will take it back You know time crawls on when you're waiting for the song to start So dance alone to the beat of your heart His sunglasses shining with the glare from the arena lights, David looks to the left, then to the right, nodding towards the crowd before walking down the ramp. After stopping to slap hands with a few fans, David moves towards the ring steps, and removes his sunglasses and coat, and hops in front of them before running up them. He stands in the ring and looks around at the structure, before going out to his pod. An ice blue hue descends on the stage, “Playing The Saint” by Digital Summer blaring as a spade of the same color is shown on the ramp, Aries emerging with his back to us, clad in a denim jacket with the same spade on fire printed on the back, his arms crossed. Pyros explode on either side as Aries then spins around, his arms still crossed, head cocked in a smug grin. Salvatore Pellegrino: Representing the Alliance of Truth, from San Diego, California, weighing in at 238 pounds, "The Wild Card" DUNCAN ARIES! Aries then takes a confident stride towards the ring, eyes not off the ring from under his ice blue tinted Aviator shades. He removes his glasses and jacket before entering the chamber. He steps into the ring and walks to each pod, giving each opponent so far a nice stare down, before entering his pod. "Remedy" by Seether blasts out throughout the arena as ‘The Titan’ Crash Jackson walks out to the top of the ramp. He bounces from foot to foot psyching himself up for his match. He tenses his body up and then throws his arms out to either side and lets out a mighty roar while a small pyrotechnics display goes on right behind him. Salvatore Pellegrino: From Miami, Florida, weighing in at 258 pounds, "The Titan" CRASH JACKSON! He starts making his way down to the ring slapping hands with some of the fans on his way. Crash steps into the ring and looks at each person in their pod. He stands in the ring as he awaits the person he's going to start the match against. Lily Luna: And now the moment we've all been waiting for, who's the final entrant? The lights in the arena dim, as the following text appears on the jumbotron: The text fades away. The opening chords of "The Right Direction" by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus rolls throughout the arena. There’s a fountain of pyro at the three second mark as the song hits. Three spotlights shine and revolve around as if searching for someone, and the fans are on their feet, cheering in anticipation for the hero they know is coming. At the seven second mark, the hooded figure steps from behind the curtain and through the pyro looking down. The song builds to the fourteen second mark as he throws his hood back and arms out, fired up, as there’s a loud pop of orange and white pyro from the stage. Salvatore Pellegrino: Introducing the final entrant, making his AXW Debut, from Columbus, Ohio, weighing in at 220 pounds, here is "the reVolution" GABE SHELLEY! Lily Luna: Gabe Shelley is competing in his first ever AXW match, and he finds himself in an Elimination Chamber for the AXW Championship! I can't believe this! Chris Pierce: Also in the match is his best friend and wife. I also want to inform everyone that this isn't a one time thing, Gabe Shelley has signed a full-time wrestling contract to AXW! Cole Haywood: So we have not one, not two, but THREE BWF Hall of Famers in this match? Give me a break, when does it end? Gabe Shelley responds to the cheers of the fans by pounding his chest and pointing out to them. The fans are positively crazy about Gabe. He begins to make his way to the ring and is sure to tap hands of fans on the ramp. I will never understand the path you chose Chemical parasitic waste inside your bowels So wrap it up while you still can While you got the offer in I just can't believe That you'd throw it all away Now you falsely return today As you're falling on your face Shelley makes his way up the steel steps and jumps over the top rope. He removes his jacket as he prepares to square off with Crash Jackson. AXW CHAMPIONSHIP
ELIMINATION CHAMBER Crash and Gabe lock up with the stronger Crash backing Gabe to the corner. Crash throws a punch which Gabe ducks and exits the corner. Gabe now has Crash cornered and hits him with a flurry of strikes. Crash manages to shove him away and looks for a clothesline, which Gabe ducks and drops Crash to the mat with a Russian Legsweep. Gabe lifts Crash up for an Exploder Suplex, then looks to plant Crash with the Jersey Cutter (Twist of Fate), but Crash shoves him off to the ropes. Gabe barely comes off the ropes when Crash delivers a Blind Rage (High Impact Spear). Crash drives Gabe to the mat with a Swinging fisherman Neckbreaker which sees a two count. Crash hooks the arms of Gabe and drops him on his knee with a Full nelson Backbreaker. Crash induces more pain on Gabe by lifting him onto his shoulders and locking in an Accordion Rack! Gabe howls out in pain but refuses to submit. Crash then slams Gabe to the mat with a modified Death Valley Driver. This only gets a two count for Crash as he then slams Gabe to the mat with an Inverted Powerslam. Crash allows Gabe to get to his feet as he nails him with Smash Mouthed (Bullhammer). Crash looks to eliminate Gabe sooner rather than later as he whips him to the ropes, and looks to deliver The Obliterator (Black Hole Slam), but Gabe somehow finds a way to counter into a crucifix pin! Crash kicks out and upon both getting up, Gabe delivers a Cannon Ball (Similar to the Codebreaker, but Gabe's knees are in his opponents chest). Gabe then goes to the apron and flies into the air with I'm a Bird, Mother F**ker! (Springboard Leg Drop From Apron). Gabe continues to attack Crash as the fans count down with the timer and anticipate who the next entrant will be. In comes David Slayton. Gabe momentarily stops his onslaught on Crash to engage in a stare down with his friend. The fans are excited to see what comes from this, which is Crash Jackson laying them both out. Crash takes Gabe out of the situation as he lifts him in the air, and dumps him over the rope with The Demolisher (Dangerous Uranagi Slam), Gabe landing hard on the steel. David now takes Crash to the mat with several Forearm Strikes. David tries to get Crash in a Sleeper Hold, but Crash fights out of it with a sort of snapmare. David immediately gets back to his feet and throws out his leg for The Full Effect (Sweet Chin Music), but Crash catches it. Crash throws his foot away but David swings all the way around and connects with a Dragon Whip. David drives Crash to the mat with the Triple German Suplexes. David leaps into the air and connects with a Jumping Elbowdrop. This sees a two count for David. David double legs Crash back to the mat, then delivers a foot DDT, before locking in an Ankle Lock on the surgically repaired ankle of Crash! Crash is in tremendous amounts of pain, as he crawls towards the ropes. David knows there are no rope breaks, so he doesn't bother trying to stop him. Crash actually outsmarts the veteran here as he rolls out of the move, sending David face first into the middle turnbuckle. Gabe tries to springboard back into ring at this point, but Crash hits him with another Smash Mouthed, causing Gabe to again hit the steel hard. Crash goes to stomp away on David when the fans count down with the timer. Duncan Aries enters the match and doesn't bother entering the ring as in front of him on the steel is Gabe Shelley. Duncan stomps and kicks at Gabe, before picking him up and ramming him into the chain link wall. Duncan whips Gabe to the ropes and pops him up into the air with the intention that Gabe will collide with the wall and then fall on the steel floor, but Gabe grabs a hold of the wall, and comes off with a moonsault to Aries! Gabe plants Duncan face first onto the steel with the Junkyard Jam (Pedigree)! Gabe then heads back into the ring where Crash and David have been trading blows. Crash has sent David to the ropes while running to the adjacent ropes, the set up for The Pulverizer (The Pounce), but David hooks the ropes to stop himself. Crash ends up running into a Pop Up Flapjack/Shining Wizard Combo from Gabe! David then begins stomping his foot, hyping up the crowd as Crash gets back to his feet and is stunned with The Full Effect! Gabe then brings the groggy Crash down a Backstabber, then flows into a Crossface, the maneuver known as Condeo ut Revolutio (Bank Statement)! Senior Official Matt Baker is right there as Crash Jackson faintly taps the mat. Salvatore Pellegrino: Crash Jackson has been eliminated! Lily Luna: This is a disadvantage for starting the match, Crash Jackson suffers to the double team of David Slayton and Gabe Shelley. Cole Haywood: I'm not the biggest fan of Crash Jackson, but he fell victim to some bullshit right here. Soon we'll have 6 BWF Hall of Famers competing for the AXW title. Chris Pierce: Quite frankly, there's nothing wrong with that. The fans all love Starla, David, and Gabe, and if they aren't your cup of tea, there are plenty of other great talent on the AXW roster that can easily stand toe to toe with them. AXW is home to some of the best in the world. Lily Luna: And now we're seconds away from either Steve Corman or Starla Gardevoir entering the match! The fans count down and cheer when it's defending champion Starla Gardevoir entering the match. She stands in the ring as she, Gabe, and David all look back and forth at one another. They all close in on each other, and just when you think something's gonna happen, Duncan Aries comes off the top rope, executing a Missile Dropkick that takes all three down. Duncan then hops off the middle rope as he hits David with an Enter Gideon (Beautiful Disaster Kick). He hooks the arms of Starla before planting her to the mat with a San Diego Driver (Full Nelson pickup released into a wheelbarrow facebuster)! Duncan then targets Gabe as Duncan ducks a clothesline from him, then picks him up and drives him to the mat with The Culmination (Front slam pickup swung into a Rock Bottom)! The fans boo as Matt Baker counts the three. Salvatore Pellegrino: Gabe Shelley has been eliminated! Lily Luna: Gabe Shelley came into this match with nothing to lose, and what a way to make your AXW debut. Cole Haywood: Hopefully he goes back to BWF, or better yet, rot in free agency like he did the past few months. Chris Pierce: As I said during his entrance, Gabe Shelley is here to stay, he is a full-time AXW wrestler. Duncan Aries holds up three fingers, then lowers one, signalling there are two ex-BWF members to rid the match of. He tries pinning David off the Enter Gideon, but gets a two count, then Starla, another two count. He watches as the two start to come to, and hits David with a European Uppercut, stunning him for the time being. He then hits Starla with a Roundhouse Kick, causing her to fall to the mat. David approaches Duncan and is met with a snap powerslam, then Duncan goes back to Starla where he connects with an Orton style backbreaker. The fans are counting down as Steve Corman now steps foot in the ring. He and Aries get into a slugfest. Duncan throws a kick which Steve catches and powers Duncan to the mat with a Leg Hook Chokeslam. Steve follows up with The Iconic Slam (Rock Bottom). Steve sends Starla out onto the steel floor with The Icon-Plex (Exploder Suplex). Steve then gets lifted onto David's shoulders as he drops him with a Samoan Drop. He then delivers a Double Underhook Backbreaker to Duncan. David sees both Duncan and Steve laid out on the mat, and decides to climb to the top turnbuckle. He then pulls himself on top of a pod. He holds his hands in a prayer for a short second before leaping off, aiming for Aries with From the Ashes (Frog Splash)! Unfortunately, Aries rolls out of the way and David hits nothing but mat. Steve Corman is the one to take advantage of the incredibly winded David Slayton by lifting him onto his shoulders, then runs across the ring for Icon Bomb (Running Powerbomb)! The fans continue to boo as another favorite gets pinned. Salvatore Pellegrino: David Slayton has been eliminated! Lily Luna: We are now down to three, can Starla hold onto her championship, or will it be going to the Alliance of Truth or Corman Guys? Cole Haywood: At this rate, we will see a new AXW Champion, I guarantee it. Chris Pierce: I'm not gonna count Starla out just yet. If anyone can overcome this, it's Starla. Steve and Duncan again come to blows, Duncan Aries managing to take control as he throws hooks from each hand, and shows off his strength by slamming Steve to the mat with a Double Powerbomb! Duncan tries to lift Steve for a suplex but Steve counters with his own suplex. Steve nails Duncan with a Running High Knee, then drives him to the mat with a Tiger Bomb '91. It only sees a two count for Steve as he runs the ropes and turns Duncan inside out with a Clothesline from Canada (Hell)! Steve delivers his own set of Triple German Suplexes, then climbs to the top rope. He removes his elbow pad and throws it aside as he dives off with the Superstar Elbow (Test-esk flying elbow). After getting another two count, Steve gets more frustrated. He plants Duncan to the mat with a Half Nelson/Half Waistlock, leaping mat slam. Steve runs his thumb across his throat, and locks in The Famouser (Corman Crippler Crossface)! Duncan is trapped momentarily and refuses to tap, as he then manages to turn it into a pin, Steve having to break and kick out. Steve now throws Aries out onto the steel before going out after him. Steve drops Duncan head-first onto the steel with a DDT! It took a decent amount out of Steve as well, but he manages to bring Duncan back into the ring. Steve has Duncan doubled over, as he prepares for another Icon Bomb, but out of nowhere Aries hits Steve with a low blow! Aries somehow finds the strength to slam Steve to the mat with a Culmination, Matt Baker counting the pin. Salvatore Pellegrino: Steve Corman has been eliminated! Lily Luna: Steve Corman was on the verge of eliminating Duncan Aries, but Aries dug down deep to use some dirty tactics. Cole Haywood: Duncan Aries has now eliminated two people from this match, and only has to eliminate one more to leave as AXW Champion. Chris Pierce: Yeah, but Aries just had a lot taken out of him courtesy of Steve Corman, meanwhile no one has focused on Starla since she was Icon-Plexed out of the ring. Duncan slowly gets to his feet as he looks around for Starla, and finds her atop one of the pods. Duncan doesn't hesitate to start climbing the turnbuckles. He pulls himself up onto the pod, and doesn't manages to get any further as Starla hits him with a superkick! Duncan falls from the top of the pod down onto the canvas, as Starla dives off the top of the pod with the R.R.O.D. [Red Ring of Death] (Swanton Bomb)! The fans count along with Matt Baker. One! Two! Three! Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, and STILL the AXW Champion, STARLA GARDEVOIR! Cole Haywood: You've gotta be kidding me! Starla literally only hit two moves this whole match! Lily Luna: That's the fault of the other competitors. Once Steve suplexed her out of the ring, no one bothered to try to eliminate her. Steve and Duncan just tried to outdo each other. Chris Pierce: The animosity between Steve and Duncan allowed Starla to walk out still champion. Sometimes it's not physical power, but brain power that wins matches. Once Starla was thrown out of the ring, she bided her time while Duncan and Steve weakened each other.
Starla is handed her AXW Championship, with Matt Baker raising her arm into the air. Starla exits the chamber and high-fives some of the fans as she walks up the ramp. When she reaches the stage, she is greeted by her best friend David Slayton, and her husband Gabe Shelley. The two raise each of Starla's arms, as she holds up the AXW Championship.
Cole Haywood: This sight makes me sick to my stomach.
Lily Luna: Thanks everyone for tuning into Collide, for Cole Haywood and Chris Pierce, I'm Lily Luna. Make sure to catch the fallout on AXW next week!
