Episode XVIII
We open backstage at the Before the Bell set. Seated at the desk from left to right are Zack Fields, Zoey Mathews-Mitchell, her hands taped up, wearing elbow pads and a cut-off blink-182 t-shirt, and John Hendon. John Hendon: Welcome to Before the Bell! I'm John Hendon, joined by the very British Zack Fields... Zack Fields: 'Ello. John Hendon: ...And of course, former AXW Tag Team Champion and member of The Takeover, Zoey Mathews-Mitchell! As you can see, Zoey is competing tonight as she takes on Janet Hurricane in what's being called a Rage in a Cage Match. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: For those not familiar, a more standard term for that match would be Hell in a Cell. The difference with the cage we have tonight is that there's no door. One it touches down on the arena floor, there's no way in or out until the match is over. And I wanna make something very clear, we're not gonna be locked in with each other, she's gonna be locked in with me, and I will end her once and for all. Zack Fields: While you are cleared for this match, I have to ask, just how exactly are you physically? The last time you and Janet Hurricane were in a singles match together, you had to be cut free from barbed wire and fell about 10 feet crashing through a table that was on fire. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: I find that question irrelevant. It doesn't matter how I am physically, rather how I am mentally. Mentally, I am prepared to end Janet Hurricane, and ensure that she can't walk out of the arena, or for the rest of her life for that matter. John Hendon: A very heated rivalry to say the least, stemming back to Winterslam. That's not the only women's action you'll see tonight, as Olya Oglovska will defend the AXW Women's Championship in the final match of a Best of 5 Series against Hailey Harris. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Olya Oglovska has actually shattered two records during her reign: longest single reign which was previously held by her opponent Hailey Harris at 141 days, and most days held which was held by Sierra Starr at 157 days. Zack Fields: As of tonight, Olya is sitting at 161 days as AXW Women's Champion, and if anyone can dethrone her, it's Hailey Harris. John Hendon: Of course, all the AXW titles will be defended tonight, and tonight's Main Event will see Starla Gardevoir defend her AXW Championship against long time friend, David Slayton. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Starla Gardevoir made history at Breakdown by becoming the first woman in AXW to win a title that wasn't the Women's Championship, she won a Battle Royal to become the AXW Xperience Champion. Starla and I have had our battles in AXW as well as back in EWS, and at this point in time I consider her a good friend and am happy she has now won not one, but two titles in AXW that aren't women's championships. Zack Fields: She of course redeemed the Xperience Championship for an AXW Championship Match against her best friend David Slayton, and she was victorious. John Hendon: Starla went on to defend the title in an Elimination Chamber, and was successful there too. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: She can very well continue her legacy tonight, but it's going to be very difficult. I'm not saying or implying anything, but let's not forget David Slayton's past as David Blazenwing, a man who has a history of stabbing his friends in the back. Zack Fields: In that Elimination Chamber, a man made his AXW Debut, that man being Gabe Shelley. Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: In that match he eliminated Crash Jackson, and Crash has taken offense to that. John Hendon: A lot of people think that this is the end of the feud, but what if Crash Jackson wins? Just because he says he's gonna quit if he loses doesn't mean he's going to lose. Zack Fields: Gabe Shelley certainly isn't gonna take it easy on him. Moving on, the AXW Light Heavyweight Championship will be on the line as Trent Mathews defends against former champion Danny Hall. John Hendon: These two have been butting heads for months. Zoey, you're the closest of us here to Trent, what can you tell us about this relationship he has with Sam De Santa? Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: I'm honestly unsure as to how or when they met, but it's effective. Without Sam's help, Trent might not be the Light Heavyweight Champion. Sam De Santa is the sole reason why Acer Stone is no longer in the picture, as he's resting from injuries. My brother Benji said it best, Trent has that metaphorical Mathews blood in him, meaning he wasn't born a Mathews, but certainly fits the bill, and you could definitely see that when he was running this company. He's smart and realizes that maybe he can't do this alone, which is why he enlisted Sam De Santa to help his career. Zack Fields: And unfortunately for Sam, Danny Hall doesn't have a problem taking her out as well. Danny Hall is on a mission to get his championship back and will go through the both of them if he has to. John Hendon: Alright ladies and gentlemen, it's now time for the Before the Bell Exclusive Match, let's send it to ringside. The cameras fade to Jen Brunelli, standing in the ring. Jen Brunelli: This is the Before the Bell Exclusive Match, and it's set for one fall! "Marvelous Me" plays as Chaz Anix comes out flexing and shooing fans away Jen Brunelli: Introducing first, accompanied to the ring by Chester Andrews, from Miami, Florida, weighing in at 234 pounds, "Dr. Big Freaking Deal" CHAZ ANIX! as he gets into the ring to a spotlight just on him as he "flaunts his stuff" in the ring. "Rocketman" starts with all of the lights out with some smoke and one spotlight "She packed my bags last night pre flight Zero hour nine a.m. And I'm gonna be high, as a kite by then I miss the earth so much, I miss my wife It's lonely out in space On such a timeless flight And I think it's gonna be a long long time Till touch down brings me round again to find I'm not the man they think I am at home Oh no, no, no, I'm a rocket man Rocket man burning out his fuse up here alone" Then a hooded figure shows up and waits at the spotlight. "And I think it's gonna be a long long time Till touch down brings me round again to find I'm not the man they think I am at home Oh no, no, no, I'm a rocket man Rocket man burning out his fuse up here alone" Ben raises his arms simultaneously taking off his cape and walks to the ring. Jen Brunelli: And his opponent, from Mason City, Iowa, weighing in at 223 pounds, BEN "ROCKET MAN" EATR! "Mars ain't the kind of place to raise your kids In fact it's cold as Hell And there's no one there to raise them if you didn't And all this science, I don't understand It's just my job, five days a week A rocket man, a rocket man" On beat with the song Ben climbs the apron and jumps on the turnbuckle. "And I think it's gonna be a long long time Till touch down brings me round again to find I'm not the man they think I am at home Oh no, no, no, I'm a rocket man Rocket man burning out his fuse up here alone And I think it's gonna be a long long time Till touch down brings me round again to find I'm not the man they think I am at home Oh no, no, no, I'm a rocket man Rocket man burning out his fuse up here alone" Ben keeps his arms up then jumps into the ring. "Now, I think it's gonna be a long long time And I think it's gonna be a long long time And I think it's gonna be a long long time And I think it's gonna be a long long time" Ben and Chaz circle each other then go in for a test of strength. Chaz ends up kicking Ben in the gut and delivers a Snap Suplex. Ben gets up and gets taken back down with a Wheel kick. Chaz lifts Ben onto his shoulder and drops him on the turnbuckle with a Lawn Dart. Chaz then nails Ben with a Sexy Kick (Enziguri). Chaz gets a two count. Chaz whips Ben to the ropes where Ben fires back with a Rocket Shot (Running single leg dropkick). Ben gets a two count and then takes Chaz down with a Hurricanrana once they both get up. Ben runs the ropes and connects with a Sling blade. Ben gets Chaz in the ropes and then plants him with a Second rope DDT. Ben goes to the apron, and looks to springboard in but Chester Andrews grabs his leg and Ben hits the apron before falling to the floor. Referee Shane Gates doesn't see this as Chaz kept him occupied. Chaz goes out to get Ben into the ring and then takes him down to the mat with Too Sexy for This (Flat Liner). Chaz covers but again gets a two count. Chaz argues with Shane allowing Ben to roll Chaz up. Chaz barely kicks out before three. Chaz gets rocked by a Running knee from Ben, Ben following up with a Snapmare driver. Ben goes back to the apron and catches Chester with a surprise boot to the face, then springboards back in delivering a 450 to the standing Chaz. Ben sets up for Space Out (Future shock DDT) but Chaz spins out and counters with a Russian Leg Sweep. Chaz irish whips Ben to the corner and runs in for BOOM!(Helluva Kick), but Ben steps out of the way. Ben runs to the ropes and gets tripped by Chester. Shane again doesn't see this as he's making sure Chaz is okay after getting hung up on the turnbuckle. Chaz then seizes the opportunity and drops Ben with an Anix Cutter(Running Cutter) and covers. Jen Brunelli: Here is your winner, CHAZ ANIX!
Chester joins Chaz in the ring and gets a stomp on Ben for a bit of revenge. Chester raises his son's hand in the air as we cut back to the Before the Bell set.
-----
John Hendon: Ben Eatr continues to show he's capable of being a great star in AXW, but unfortunately for him Chester Andrews gives Chaz Anix the advantage.
Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Both men are about the same size, but display different styles to make an interesting dynamic when competing each other. And with Chester Andrews by his side, Chaz isn't gonna lose often.
Zack Fields: A slid match for the Before the Bell exclusive, let's continue on with the rundown for Horizon.
John Hendon: Tonight, Deimos and Damien Steele will meet in a match for the first time since August.
Zack Fields: Deimos made his AXW Debut at the expense of Damien Steele in August, and seems to have re-targeted him.
Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: I feel the only way Damien could pick up a win if he weasels his way to one, otherwise this is gonna be the Deimos show.
John Hendon: War Horse are also looking to make it their show as they defend the AXW Tag Team Championships against The Takeover.
Zack Fields: This is the last chance for The Takeover, can they become two-time AXW Tag Team Champions tonight?
Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Of course we can. Once again, I will not be at ringside for this encounter as I have my own match to focus on, but The Takeover is still alive and strong.
John Hendon: The Takeover isn't the only group around here looking for gold, there's also the Steve Corman Guys.
Zack Fields: Though only one has gold, the rest look to acquire some soon, but tonight is not that night.
Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Steve Corman himself will be competing against David Clash tonight.
John Hendon: Say what you will about either man, but when it comes down to it, both are legends.
Zack Fields: Steve Corman, sure, but I don't think I'd say that about Clash.
Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Well as Zack said, only one has gold, thought technically it's more of a silver, that one is Jack Adams and he's defending the AXW Xperience Championship against Justin Wyndham.
John Hendon: Justin Wyndham had a breakout year in 2014, and if he can win the Xperience Championship tonight it could launch him right back to the top.
Zack Fields: You also have to factor in Ethan Cutler and TO'A for both parties, this isn't gonna be a simple one-on-one encounter.
John Hendon: And finally, the Steve Corman Girl Caitlin Shay finds herself across the ring from Android 18.
Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: And Android 18 is no cake walk. She's not like the rest of the women here, she's has some crazy strength and resiliency. On the flip side, Caitlin Shay took this division by storm despite little experience. Then again, she was trained by some pretty good people.
Zoey winks and gives a thumbs up.
Zack Fields: Time's running out, let's get to some quick predictions. I'll start. Zoey has absolutely snapped, so she's gonna beat Janet. Olya Oglovska retains the Women's Championship against Hailey Harris, David Slayton wins the AXW Championship from Starla Gardevoir, Crash Jackson defeats Gabe Shelley, Trent Mathews retains the AXW Light Heavyweight Championship against Danny Hall, Damien Steele defeats Deimos, The Takeover wins the AXW Tag Team Championship from War Horse, Steve Corman defeats David Clash, Jack Adams retains the AXW Xperience Championship against Justin Wyndham, and Caitlin Shay defeats Android 18.
John Hendon: Zoey Mathews-Mitchell defeats Janet Hurricane, Hailey Harris wins the Women's Title from Olya Oglovska, David Slayton wins the AXW Title from Starla Gardevoir, Gabe Shelley defeats Crash Jackson, Danny Hall wins the Light Heavyweight Title from Trent Mathews, Deimos defeats Damien Steele, War Horse retain the Tag Team Titles against The Takeover, David Clash defeats Steve Corman, Justin Wyndham wins the Xperience Title from Jack Adams, and Android 18 defeats Caitlin Shay.
Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: Here's some real quick predictions: Me, Harris, Gardevoir, Shelley, Mathews, Deimos, Takeover, Corman, Wyndham, Shay.
John Hendon: There you have it, thanks for tuning in ladies and gentlemen. For those watching on AXW.com, head on over to the BWF Network where you can watch Horizon for FREE!
Zack Fields: And if you'd rather watch without ads, there are of course payment plans for the BWF Network.
Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: And to those already watching on BWF Network, just stay right where you are. Of course, hurry up and get your snacks, because Horizon is beginning shortly!

Saturday, May 7, 2016 Seattle, Washington Horizon IAfter the opening video package highlighting all the feuds and matches tonight, pyro explodes from the stage, tron, ramp, and ring posts. Mike Vincent: Rise is on the Horizon! Hello ladies and gentlemen, I'm Mike Vincent joined by Lily Luna and Cole Haywood. Lily Luna: If this is your first time watching AXW, you're in for a treat. Ten jam-packed matches, all of which could steal the show. Cole Haywood: We're not gonna waste any more time, we're gonna get right to the action! Salvatore Pellegrino: This opening contest is Match 5 in the Best of 5 Series, and is for the AXW Women's Championship! The tunes of "Unbreakable" by Fireflight pulse over the PA system as pink and purple strobelights flash and pulse. Hailey emerges, bouncing up and down, firing the crowd up before sprinting down the ramp, slapping hands with fans, both of her arms extended. She slides into the ring and scales a turnbuckle, one hand on her hip, the other raised high in the air. She jumps off the turnbuckle with a smile, prepared for her match. “Like A Prayer” by Madonna plays through the speakers providing a peppy ambiance. The entire arena goes dark momentarily as “Sister Inferior” Olya Latanya Oglovska enters from the ramp with a pair of opera binoculars in her right hand. Three spotlights highlight various audience members who have striking physical attributes. As Olya walks down to the ramp she fans herself with a bidder paddle. Upon reaching the arena floor and within clear eye line of her opponent, all three spotlights converge. Oglovska raises her bidder paddle to indicate she plans on procuring another priceless artifact for her exhibit. Salvatore Pellegrino: Introducing first, the challenger, from Baltimore, Maryland, "The Longshot" HAILEY HARRIS! Hailey throws her hands up, getting the crowd on her side as she look to capture her second AXW Women's Championship. Salvatore Pellegrino: And her opponent, from Saratov, Russia, she is the defending AXW Women's Champion, "Sister Inferior" OLYA OGLOVSKA! Olya raises her championship into the air, getting a pretty mixed reaction from the crowd. The two tie up and Olya is able to transfer into a headlock. Hailey shoves Olya off into the ropes and on the rebound, Olya goes for a clothesline, but instead Hailey ducks under for the schoolboy pin attempt! She gets a 2 count. Upon kickout, both women are back to their feet and trade blows. Hailey gains an advantage and backs Olya into a corner with her strikes. Then, in the corner, Hailey delivers a few shoulders to the gut before going for a tornado DDT and connecting! Pinfall. 2 count. Hailey goes right back to work, whipping Olya into the ropes and hitting her with a dropkick! Hailey, feeling the momentum clearly in her favor, screams with intensity. She pulls Olya to her feet, kicks her in the midsection, and goes for The Long Shot (Twist of Fate), but Olya shoves her off of her! Hailey quickly turns back around and Olya smacks her with a Knife-Edge Chop! Another, a third, and a fourth! She grabs onto Hailey and locks in a Bear Hug! The hold stays on for a while and just as it seems Hailey is fading, she finds a second wind, delivers a couple of elbows, and gets out, but the damage is done. Olya is still in control of the match and shoots in underneath Hailey’s arm and delivers a massive Sambo Suplex! The pin: 1… 2… but a shoulder is up at the last possible moment! Olya looks at the ref in disbelief. Olya goes back on the attack. She whips Hailey into the corner, following behind and delivers a hard elbow to the face, transitioning from that into a Hair Biel, sending Hailey flying across the ring! Again she’s right back on the attack, delivering a Snapmare with a Rolling Neck Snap and then locking in an arm bar! The hold is only in for about five seconds before Hailey is able to get her foot on the bottom rope. After the break, Olya waits for Harris to get up. When she does, she goes for the Soviet Sickle (Superkick), but Hailey ducks it and instead delivers a spinning heel kick on the counter! Both women are down and the race to their feet begins. Hailey wins it and takes Olya down! She gets right back up, another takedown! Slower this time, she’s up again, and Hailey promptly plants her skull-first with a snap DDT! Knowing that won’t be enough, Hailey ascends to the top rope and tries a Missile Dropkick when Olya gets up! Olya never sees it coming and takes it square to the chest! Hailey scrambles to grab Olya so that she can pin her, but the momentum sent Olya rolling out of the ring! Hailey tries to give chase but the ref steps in the way, much to the dismay of Hailey and the fans. She shakes her head and backs off as Olya slowly makes her way to her feet. Hailey looks back, runs the ropes, and launches herself over the top rope, attempting a corkscrew plancha on Olya, and connecting! The refs count begins as the two women are sprawled outside. His count gets up to a 12 before either woman gets to their feet. It’s Hailey and she grabs Olya by the hair and yanks her to her feet. She rolls her into the ring and follows. Olya gets to her feet and another kick to the midsection and attempt at The Long Shot! This time, however, she hits it, and goes straight to the top rope afterward. She tries for the Hailey’s Comet (450 Splash), but Olya gets out of the way at the last second! Olya then stalks Hailey, and goes for the Gnostic Orthodox (Crucifix Pin)! On the way down, Hailey is able to get an arm through, and actually rolls right out of the pin, clearly escaping the full brunt of the move! Olya scrambles to her feet and Hailey hits her with the Check This Out (Mic Check)! The pin comes in: 1-2-3! Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, and the NEW AXW WOMEN'S CHAMPION, HAILEY HARRIS! Mike Vincent: Olya Oglovska's record breaking 161 day reign comes to an end tonight as Hailey Harris wins her second AXW Women's Championship! Lily Luna: These two have solidified that they are the best competitors not only in the Women's Division, but AXW as a whole. Congratulations to Olya Oglovska who broke two records in her reign and to Hailey Harris for winning her second Women's Title. Cole Haywood: I'll give credit where credit is due, Hailey was the better woman tonight. However, Olya is entitled to a rematch, and if this series was indicative of anything, it's that she can take the title right back. Hailey is handed the AXW Women's Championship. She holds it close to her face then raises it into the air with a big smile. Referee Jessie McCormick holds her hand up in victory. Hailey walks to each side of the ring, holding the title up. Olya has gotten back to her feet and Hailey extends her hand. Olya accepts it and they shake hands. Olya gives Hailey the ring but not before informing her that she intends on taking the title back. Hailey continues to celebrate before we head backstage. ----- We're in the locker room of the Steve Corman Guys. Steve Corman: How are we all feeling tonight? I'll tell you how we're feeling, we're feeling good. Damien, you're about to slay the alleged monster known as Deimos. Damien is finishing taping his wrists up. He slams his head on a locker, amping himself up. Damien Steele: I'm going to END Deimos! Damien storms out of the room, slamming the door behind him. Steve Corman: He's got the right idea. Jack, you're defending your Xperience Championship tonight against Justin Wyndham. Jack Adams: Justin who? Justin has gotten soft. I'm not worried about him. What I'm worried about is TO'A sticking his nose where it doesn't belong. Ethan Cutler: Which is why I'm going to be ringside to ensure that he does not intervene. Ethan and Jack fist bump. Steve Corman: That's the camaraderie I like to see. Caitlin, you should have no problems with Android 18. You are the Greatest AXW Women's Champion Ever. Of All Time. And what's she ever done? Caitlin Shay: All she's done is be a nuisance. She's like rain. God, I hate the rain. Aside from all these Northwest hicks that live here, that's one of the biggest reasons why I wanna get out of this dump. But not before stopping at the first Starbucks. Steve Corman: And I face David Clash. Big whoop. Guy thinks he's a big deal when he's not. The only big deal around here is us. Everyone is below us which is why tonight, we're all gonna be on top. Put 'em in. Steve holds his hand out and the rest place their hands on top of one another. Steve Corman: Let's do this! ----- "Warrior" by disturbed plays as Deimos walks onto the stage. Jen Brunelli: This next contest is set for one fall! Introducing first, from Portland, Oregon, weighing in at 325 pounds, DEIMOS! Deimos enters the ring. The lights all go out and "Miseria Cantare" by AFI starts as a single spotlight shines on the entrance as Damien Steele is standing in the entrance hair in front of his face as at the 45 second mark of the song. Damien flips his hair back and starts to walk down to the ring, as the words of the song start. LOVE... YOUR HATE... Jen Brunelli: And his opponent, representing the Steve Corman Guys, from Chicago, Illinois, weighing in at 221 pounds, he is "The Vicious One" DAMIEN STEELE! Damien Steele makes no connection to any fans that might be throwing insults his way, almost as if he is only focused on the ring, and more specifically his opponent. YOUR... FAITH LOST... Steele reaches the ring as he walks around to the steps. YOU... ARE NOW... Damien waits at the bottom of the steps keeping his eyes on his opponent. ONE... OF US... A wicked smile comes across his face as the words of the song repeat again just a little bit faster this time. LOVE... YOUR HATE... YOUR... FAITH LOST... YOU... ARE NOW... ONE... OF US... Steele takes one step up the steps, still keeping his eyes locked on his opponent till he reaches the top step and wipes his feet before entering the ring never taking his eyes off his opponent. Damien Steele knew that he was giving up a distinct height and weight disadvantage to the monstrous Deimos, and did all he could in the early goings to keep himself one step ahead of the monster, seemingly wanting no part of him, but Deimos, growing frustrated, would finally corner Steele, delivering some stiff punches and clubs to rock the young superstar. Deimos would hit two big splashes in the corner, but a trifecta was avoided by Steele, who used the opening to give Deimos everything he had, chops, stiff kicks, and some back elbows. Deimos would push Steele back, only for Damien to hit a nice Pele kick! Staggered, Steele would grit his teeth and hit a solid superkick, further stunning the big man. Undeterred, Steele would hit the ropes and deliver a shining wizard to take Deimos down, but not for long, as Steele barely gets a two count on the big man. Steele would not let up, perhaps playing possum early, delivering stiff knees to the gut and skull of Deimos. Steele would try for an implant DDT, but Deimos would have none of it, lifting Steele up in a bearhug, before ramming him back first into the corner, then showing brute strength by turning it into a spinning spinebuster out of the corner. Deimos would go for a cover, getting a two count of his own on Steele. Deimos would dead lift Steele off the mat, hitting a gutwrench powerbomb that leaves Steele in a heap. Deimos looks down at Steele, shaking his head no. Playing with Steele like a cat would a dead mouse, Deimos continues inflicting punishment with a short arm lariat that sends Steele spinning into the air before crashing into the mat. This is followed by a sidewalk slam and a nonchalant cover by Deimos, only getting a two count. Deimos roars, signaling for the end, as he readies his fist for The Halberd, daring Steele to get to his feet. Steele manages to clear the cobwebs and hit a desperation drop toe hold on a rushing Deimos. Steele quickly hits the ropes, leaps, and manages to double foot stomp a rising Deimos back into the mat! Steele scrambles for the cover, and gets a long two count! Steele is in shock, but more aggravated than anything, whipping Deimos as hard as he can into the corner. Steele charges, but eats a big boot that takes him down. Deimos looks around, and actually begins climbing the turnbuckle! Steele, now on his knees, sees this and acts quickly, showing some agility but clocking Deimos with a high knee. Steele, with fire in his eyes, continues the assault with knees, fists, and chops. Steele yells out “Steele Dragon, baby!” as the crowd is half excited, half wondering just how Steele is going to pull the move off with such an opponent. Steele positions himself, feeling he’s done enough damage, and attempts the Steele Dragon…only to be played a fool by Deimos, who latches on and instead counters into a top rope, sit out poweromb! Steele is folded up like an accordion as Deimos, hurt from the move himself, manages to turn Steele over and hook a leg for the pin and the victory! Jen Brunelli: Here is your winner, DEIMOS! Mike Vincent: Damien Steele tried his hardest, but the much bigger Deimos was no match. Lily Luna: And just to show how destructive he really is, Deimos didn't even win with a finisher. Cole Haywood: A tough loss to start the Corman Guys' night. Steele is on the outside, as Deimos looks over his shoulder and begins slinking to the outside to inflict more damage, throwing off the top of the steel steps, only to be caught off guard by a steel chair shot to the skull! A second one finds the mark on Deimos back, and another, as Deimos is now sprawled over the steel steps. Pissed off, Steele runs across the apron and double foot stomps Deimos skull into the steel steps!
Damien Steele: “I told you, I’m done playing around!”
Deimos is down, as Steele begins hitting him with the steel chair again and again, before officials take the chair off Steele and back him off the monster, Steele yelling “You like that, monster? Huh? You’re not so tough, you’re not Damien Steele!” as the crowd gives Steele a mixed reaction to this outcome.

Salvatore Pellegrino: This next contest is scheduled for one fall, and is for the AXW Xperience Championship! The opening beat of "ultranumb" by Blue Stahli as the crowd goes in a frenzy, hyped to see the arrival of "The World Warrior" The cameras focused on the countdown clock shown in the titantron while we hear a voice say, "Ultranumb" "THREE. THREe, THRee, THree,Three "TWO, TWO., two two ONE" "YOU WANT IT ALL RIGHT NOW" The lights starts to flicker before coming back to normal as Justin Wyndham comes out with a smile on his face. He bends down on both knees and looks at his imaginary "watch" before getting up and does a cut throat sign. He then gets up before running down to the ring in full speed. Once he enters the ring, he bangs his head to the nearest turnbuckle, hyping himself up before looking back at the crowd with a sick smile. He then climbs at the turnbuckle and does the cuthroat sign before getting off and waiting for his match to start "Too Drunk to Fuck" by the Dead Kennedys kicks in as a smirking Jack Adams comes jogging out from the back. He looks at the crowd, laughing to himself as he walks to the ring, all the while Adams is goading the fans and prevoking them, daring them to punch him, before feigning punching them himself. Generally, just being a bully. Adams slides into the ring and being the dick he is, just yells to the hard camera "LAST REAL MAN ALIVE!" Salvatore Pellegrino: Introducing first, the challenger, accompanied to the ring by TO'A, from Cloverleaf, Texas, weighing in at 210 pounds, "The World Warrior" JUSTIN WYNDHAM! Justin does his cutthroat sign, and motions he will win the Xperience Championship. Salvatore Pellegrino: And his opponent, representing the Steve Corman Guys, accompanied by Ethan Cutler, from Fort Payne, Alabama, weighing in at 230 pounds, he is the defending AXW Xperience Champion and "The Last Real Man" JACK ADAMS! Jack raises his title and once again shouts "Last Real Man Alive!" The fans had no love for the Xperience Champion Jack Adams as he stood in the ring and shouted at Wyndham. Adams opened the match up with a hard chop to the chest of Wyndham but Wyndham quickly pulled him into a headlock. Wyndham is pushed into the ropes to break the hold and Adams ducked a clothesline. Wyndham kept running the ropes and Wyndham ran under a back elbow from Adams. Wyndham ran back once more but this time was caught with a throwdown spinebuster. Adams pounded his chest before pulling Wyndham up to his feet and drove his knee into his gut. Adams lifted Wyndham up into a vertical suplex and stalled him in the air. Wyndham started to struggle but Adams dropped him with the suplex. They climbed to their feet and Adams locked in a wristlock. Wyndham spun free and caught Adams with a hard elbow to the head and then dropped him with a Russian legsweep. Adams climbed to his feet but was hit with a series of left and right punches from Wyndham. Wyndham started to then hit left and right kicks. The fans started to cheer as Wyndham unloaded with punches and kicks in a wild fashion that staggered Adams. Wyndham hit the ropes and came back with the Bound for Glory (360° corkscrew back elbow smash). Cutler jumped onto the apron as Wyndham started to pull Adams up and the referee turned his attention his way. Adams raked the eyes Wyndham and hit a hard uppercut as Cutler jumped down. TO’A made his way around the ring and Cutler put his hands up and just walked away. Adams had Wyndham in a powerbomb position and connected with a running corner powerbomb. Wyndham staggered out of the corner and Adams hit the ropes, coming back with a Meat Hook lariat. Adams looked for a cover. One… Two and a kickout. Wyndham climbed to his feet and hit Adams with a forearm to the face before applying a sleeper hold. Adams started to get free and spun around. Wyndham jumped up and drove him to the mat with a DDT. Adams staggered up to his feet and Wyndham locked up with him before delivering the Global Phenomena (Swinging side slam backbreaker). Wyndham crawled into a cover. One… Two and Cutler pulls Wyndham off him from the outside as the fans boo. TO’A ran around the ring to chase after Cutler and Cutler ran into the ring. TO’A dropped Cutler with an exploder suplex and jumped to his feet before getting clubbed from behind by Adams’ Alabama Hamma (Running Polish Hammer) to the back of the head. The referee tossed the match out as things were getting out of control. Mike Vincent: Unfortunately this match gets tossed right out the window. Lily Luna: Too much going on for referee Brian Sullivan to call. Cole Haywood: I have no problem with this, Adams keeps his title and we're getting a brawl! This is great! "Still Counting" takes over the arena as AXW CEO Luke Mathews steps out onto the stage. Luke Mathews: I recommend the four of you to stop fighting because you're gonna want to save your energy. We're going to restore order here, and we're going to have an impromptu tag team match! Ethan Cutler and Jack Adams of the Corman Guys versus Justin Wyndham and TO'A! Sullivan, ring the bell. Luke goes to the back. Adams and TO’A were in the ring and were exchanging blows as the bell sounded to start the new tag team match. TO’A grabbed Adams and delivered a belly to belly slam. TO’A was fired up and Adams rolled away and tagged out to Cutler. Cutler jumped into the ring and hit TO’A with a sidekick and a forearm to the head. Cutler lifted TO’A up and delivered a fallaway slam. Cutler started to pull TO’A up but was driven into the corner. TO’A landed hard knees to the gut and then tagged out to Wyndham. TO’A and Wyndham sent Cutler into the ropes and hit him with a double flapjack. Wyndham rolled right into a Texas cloverleaf and TO’A dropped an elbow onto Cutler’s back before leaving the ring. Cutler powered himself slowly to the ropes and was able to get to the ropes and break the hold. Cutler used the ropes to get to his feet and hit Wyndham with an elbow as he approached. Cutler ducked behind Wyndham and delivered a German suplex. Wyndham staggered back to his feet and was hit with a belly to belly overhead suplex. Cutler tagged out to Adams and the two hit a double spinebuster. Adams went for a cover on Wyndham. One… Two.. kickout! Wyndham climbed to his feet and ducked the Meat Hook lariat from Adams and delivered the Doomsday Driver (Daivari’s WMD Driver) as Adams turned around. Both men were down and slow to move. TO’A reached out for a tag as Wyndham slowly crawled to the corner as Adams was doing the same. Both men made tags and Cutler and TO’A jumped into the ring. TO’A hit a running knee to the gut before hitting a suplex. They both rolled to their feet and Cutler charged right into TO’A’s Warrior Slam (One-armed side slam, as a counter to an oncoming opponent). Cutler staggered up and fell into his corner where Adams tagged himself in. TO’A charged and hit Cutler with a forearm smash. Adams climbed into the ring and hit TO’A with the Alabama Hamma (Running Polish Hammer). TO’A climbed to his feet and was hit with a German suplex. Adams pulled his kneepad off and was fired up. He looked for his knee trembler but TO’A rolled out of the way and delivered a sleeper slam. TO’A lifted Adams up to his shoulders for a death valley driver but the cracking sound of a chair to his back echoed throughout the arena as Cutler entered and attacked with a chair, the referee calling for the bell. Salvatore Pellegrino: Here are your winners as a result of a disqualification, Justin Wyndham and TO'A! TO’A dropped Adams and Cutler leveled TO’A with a chair to the head. Cutler had dropped a chair by Adams and Adams leveled Wyndham as he entered the ring and the fans began to boo. Adams dropped his chair and sent Wyndham into the ropes and connected with a spinebuster right onto the chair. TO’A started to get to his feet and took a conchairto from Adams and Cutler, causing him to fall in a dead heap in the ring. Cutler and Adams tossed down their chairs and rolled out of the ring. Adams grabbed his championship and made they made their exit. Mike Vincent: A sickening attack by the Corman Guys. Cole Haywood: No, this was a statement. Don't mess with the Steve Corman Guys, or this will be your fate. Lily Luna: While we get some medical personnel to check on Justin and TO'A, let's send it backstage. ----- We're backstage with Renee Peltier. Renee Peltier: My guest at this time is Crash Jackson! The camera pans to see Crash. Renee Peltier: Crash, I'd just like to get your thoughts heading into your match against Gabe Shelley. Crash Jackson: What is there for me to say that I haven't said? Next question. Renee Peltier: Alright, well, what happens should you lose the match? Do you have plans in mind in case you do lose? Crash Jackson: I'm not going to lose, Renee. That's why I made that stipulation. Gabe Shelley simply isn't gonna beat me. I'm not gonna further waste my time here, so I'll see you later. Crash walks off. Renee Peltier: As confident as always is Crash Jackson. We'll get to that match in just a moment. ----- We fade to a video package. Since AXW's inception in 2013, many have stepped into an AXW ring. Those who left their mark will stand the test of time, and will forever be immortalized.
Coming soon.----- Jen Brunelli: This next contest is set for one fall! Should Crash Jackson lose, he will quit AXW! "Remedy" by Seether blasts out throughout the arena as ‘The Titan’ Crash Jackson walks out to the top of the ramp. He bounces from foot to foot psyching himself up for his match. He tenses his body up and then throws his arms out to either side and lets out a mighty roar while a small pyrotechnics display goes on right behind him. He starts making his way down to the ring. Jen Brunelli: Introducing first, from Miami, Florida, weighing in at 258 pounds, "The Titan" CRASH JACKSON! Crash slides in under the bottom ropes to enter the ring. He goes over to a turnbuckle and climbs to the second rope. He beats on his chest with a clenched fist and then throws the same fist up into the air, oozing with pure intensity as he yells out to the crowd. Crash jumps down from there and readies himself in his corner to start the match. The opening chords of "The Right Direction" by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus rolls throughout the arena. There’s a fountain of pyro at the three second mark as the song hits. Three spotlights shine and revolve around as if searching for someone, and the fans are on their feet, cheering in anticipation for the hero they know is coming. At the seven second mark, the hooded figure steps from behind the curtain and through the pyro looking down. The song builds to the fourteen second mark as he throws his hood back and arms out, fired up, as there’s a loud pop of orange and white pyro from the stage. Gabe Shelley responds to the cheers of the fans by pounding his chest and pointing out to them. The fans are positively crazy about Gabe. He begins to make his way to the ring and is sure to tap hands of fans on the ramp. Jen Brunelli: And his opponent, from Columbus, Ohio, weighing in at 220 pounds, here is "the reVolution" GABE SHELLEY! I will never understand the path you chose Chemical parasitic waste inside your bowels So wrap it up while you still can While you got the offer in I just can't believe That you'd throw it all away Now you falsely return today As you're falling on your face Shelley makes his way up the steel steps and jumps to the second turnbuckle and looks around the arena with a smile on his face. He jumps into the ring as his hood comes back up, landing on his feet. He goes to the middle of the ropes ropes facing camera side and jumps to the second one. He flips the hood back once again and makes finger guns at the camera and fires with a wink. The two lock up with the bigger Crash Jackson slamming Gabe hard to the mat. Crash tells Gabe to bring it on, and Gabe walks right into a Thrust Spinebuster. Crash brings Gabe back to his feet and delivers a Pendulum Backbreaker. Gabe fights back with a variety of kicks, then runs to the ropes where he finds himself inside out from a Discus Clothesline from Crash. Crash lifts Gabe up for two unreleased Belly to Belly Suplexes and finishes off with an Overhead Belly to Belly Suplex. Gabe uses the corner to help himself up, and Crash comes barreling in but Gabe gets a knee up. Gabe pulls himself up to the second turnbuckle then dives off for a Tornado DDT. Gabe connects with a STO Backbreaker into Neckbreaker, which sees a two count for him. Gabe sets Crash in a Tree of Woe, then hits him with a Hesitation Dropkick. Gabe lifts Crash up for a Scoop Slam, then jumps over the top rope, landing on the apron, before flying back into the ring with I'm a Bird, Mother F**ker! (Springboard Leg Drop From Apron). Gabe gets a two count for his efforts and lifts Crash back to his feet. Crash fights back with some Elbow Smashes, then slams Gabe down with a Swinging fisherman Neckbreaker. Crash lifts Gabe into the air, and connects with a Slingshot Brainbuster. Crash chucks Gabe out of the ring and exits the ring himself. Crash throws Gabe hard into the barricade. Crash lifts Gabe for a suplex, and drops him gut first on the barricade. Gabe falls to the floor and Crash brings him back to his feet, and throws him to the ring steps. Gabe manages to stop himself, and goes back to attack Crash but Crash nails him with Blind Rage (High Impact Spear)! Crash leaves Gabe on the outside and re-enters the ring. Crash had been celebrating a count out victory, and at the count of 19 Crash turns towards where Gabe was, where Gabe is now springboarding back into the ring but Crash catches him with a Smash Mouthed (Bullhammer) in mid-air! Crash hooks Gabe before nearly breaking his back with a Wrath Of The Titan (Cobra Clutch Backbreaker). Crash decides he doesn't wanna play around any longer, and whips Gabe to the ropes. Crash runs the adjacent ropes looking for The Pulverizer (The Pounce), but Gabe hits him with a dropkick when they meet. Gabe delivers a Cannon Ball (Similar to the Codebreaker, but Gabe's knees are in his opponents chest), then brings Crash right back up before connecting with a Junkyard Jam (Pedigree). Gabe pins Crash but Gus Ramos only counts two. Gabe runs his hands through his hair but has other plans as he brings Crash back up. Gabe looks for a Jersey Cutter (Twist of Fate), but Crash pushes him off to the ropes. Crash then scoops Gabe up for a Sidewalk Slam. Crash lifts Gabe up for The Dominator (Bobby Lashley-style Dominator), but Gabe slips out and drives his knees into Crash's back, executing Condeo ut Revolutio (Bank Statement)! Crash pulls himself and Gabe towards the bottom rope, and Gabe breaks the hold before he gets there. Gabe drags Crash back to the center of the ring and tries to re-apply the hold, but Crash prevents it, throwing punches and kicks to Gabe to get some separation. Crash then tries to set up The Demolisher (Dangerous Uranagi Slam) but Gabe elbows himself free. Crash is then lifted onto Gabe's shoulders as he delivers The reVolt (Cradle Shock)! One! Two! Three! Jen Brunelli: Here is your winner, GABE SHELLEY! Mike Vincent: And just like that, Crash Jackson is no longer a member of AXW. Cole Haywood: That was a fast count! Crash Jackson clearly kicked out! Gabe probably paid off Gus Ramos! Lily Luna: Would you stop. Gabe Shelley didn't pay the referee and it wasn't a fast count. The only person Crash Jackson has to blame is himself for putting his career on the line. Gabe's hand is raised in victory. He climbs some turnbuckles to pose for the fans. He looks down at Crash, shrugs, as if to say sorry about your luck, then waves at him before exiting the ring. Gabe high fives the fans on his way out of the arena. Crash starts to get up, and he is pissed. He stands in the middle of the ring, sneering, as he's being berated by the fans. He exits the ring and kicks the stairs, before ripping the top half off and throwing them as far as he can. He starts making his way up the ramp, where he spots a Gabe Shelley sign, snatches it, and rips it to pieces. He shoves the camera out of his face as he finally makes his way to the back.

Salvatore Pellegrino: This next tag team contest is scheduled for one fall, and is for the AXW Tag Team Championship! "The Takeover" takes over the sound system and out walks Leland Alexander and Malcolm M. Mitchell, clad in neoprene masks over their mouths that read "TAKEOVER". They stop right before the ramp and Leland drops into a squat, pointing both hands towards the ring in the shape of guns. Malcolm stands behind him, runs his hands through his hair, before stretching out his arms, flicking the water off his fingers. At the same time, Leland pulls the triggers and the two make their way down the ramp, high fiving fans on each side of the ramp. Malcolm slides into the ring while Leland somersaults through the bottom and middle ropes. Leland steps onto a turnbuckle, pointing at his hand, in the gesture for Detroit and then pounding his fist against his chest while pointing at the camera, while Malcolm stands on the turnbuckle next to Leland's, with his arms spread. They come down from their turnbuckles and remove their neoprene masks as their music fades out. ‘War Machine’ begins to play, as the crowd rises to their feet. The song plays out with the white spots lights zooming around the arena until the 33 second mark when the drums kick in and Austin Graves steps out from the back, checking the black hockey tape on his wrists. Graves pays no attention to the crowd whether they boo or cheer him, and he’s focused like a laser beam on the task at hand. Rolling into the ring under the bottom rope, he rolls to his feet and walks over to the hard (tv) camera side of the ropes, placing both hands on the top ropes, pressing down on them slightly, staring coldly into the camera at first, then giving way to a cold, almost sick half smile as if to say, “I’m going to enjoy this…” As Footsteps by Pop Evil begins to blare through the speakers of the arena, Ryan comes out from behind the curtain. He stands and looks out into the crowd. He then runs down the ramp, hitting hands with the fans and slides into the ring. Then he goes up onto the ropes and bounces on them, trying to get the fans all hyped up for the match. He then jumps in the ring a little to get warped up to face his opponent. Salvatore Pellegrino: Introducing first, the challengers, accompanied to the ring by Velvet Valentine, at a combined weight of 419 pounds, "The Next Generation" Leland Alexander and Malcolm M. Mitchell, they are THE TAKEOVER! Leland and Malcolm high five as they are prepared to take back the AXW Tag Team Championships. Salvatore Pellegrino: And their opponents, at a combined weight of 445 pounds, they are the defending AXW Tag Team Champions, "War Machine" Austin Graves and "The World Class Workhorse" Ryan Starr, they are WAR HORSE! War Horse raise their titles as they intend to go to war. It’s Ryan Starr and Leland Alexander squaring off to start the matchup. It’s back and forth. Alexander is put into a headlock, Starr is shoved off into the ropes, and taken down, but he gets right to his feet and the two trade blows. Leland gets the upperhand, but when he lifts Starr up for a suplex, Starr is able to contort and land on his feet behind him. He drives a knee into Leland’s lower back and goes to work there. Forearm to the same spot, then a backdrop, and finally a single-legged high angle Boston Crab! Leland gets to the rope, but the damage is done, clearly favoring his lower back. Starr tags in Graves, who immediately begins kicking and stomping on Alexander’s back! Leland starts to sit up and Graves promptly hits him with a Sliding Lariat, then pins for a 2 count. He wrenches Leland’s head in a headlock and tags in Starr, who springboards in and delivers an elbow to Leland’s back. Starr delivers a stiff double knee backbreaker, a vertical suplex, and then a senton to Leland’s back before another tag. Graves hits a Sidewinder, goes for the pin, and Leland kicks out. Graves shakes his head and has words with the ref, giving Leland enough time to make his way to the ropes. He pulls himself up and Graves goes to clothesline him out of the ring, but his aggression gets the best of him, as Leland drops and pulls the rope down with him, sending Graves tumbling to the floor outside! The race begins. Starr tends to Graves outside, ushering him back into the ring, and Graves, clearly rattled, stumbles as he goes to stop Leland, giving him the opening he needs to make the tag to Mitchell! Dropkick to Graves, clothesline to Starr, clothesline to Graves, enziguri to Starr, and finally a sit-out spinebuster to Graves firmly shifts the momentum in the match! Mitchell delivers a double knee drop to Graves and then begins to stalk his opponent. Graves uses the ropes to get to his feet, turns towards Mitchell, and Mitchell takes off, looking for Sleep Tight (Busaiku Knee Kick), but just at the last second Starr grabs his partner’s legs and yanks him out of the ring! Mitchell stops his momentum and runs the ropes before he goes for the Plancha to the duo outside and hits it! Mitchell is feeling it and lets the crowd know. But after the chaos outside of the ring, Mitchell rolls Starr back into the ring. Starr, hunched over, tries to make his way to his feet and Mitchell sees his opening, nailing him with the Faceplant, and pins! The ref won’t count, though, and Mitchell is dumbfounded. He gets up and into the ref’s face, only to be told Starr is not the legal man. He turns around only to receive a Belfast Kiss (Sharp headbutt to the bridge of the nose)! Graves then hits him with the Five Finger Death Punch, signalling that the end is nigh. But suddenly, from behind, Leland Alexander ducks in and nails Graves with a monster Next Generation Version 3 (Lightning Spiral)! Alexander grabs Mitchell and drags him on top of Graves. 1… 2… No! Graves gets his foot on the rope, and Leland is dumbfounded! He can’t believe he overlooked this, and as he goes to pull Graves away from the ropes, Starr springboards off the ropes and nails him with a flying forearm smash! With Leland down, Starr pulls Graves to their corner and tags himself in. Mitchell has already started to stir, so Starr ascends the ropes. He goes for his finisher, the Burning Flames, and connects! The pin comes in, and Leland dives to try and break the count, but he can’t! The three count comes in and War Horse retains! Salvatore Pellegrino: Here are your winners, and STILL the AXW Tag Team Champions, WAR HORSE! Mike Vincent: A big win for War Horse tonight, as they continue to look unstoppable. Lily Luna: This was The Takeover's last chance at the titles, where do they go from here? Cole Haywood: They need to take some time to regroup and bounce back, then maybe they'll be The Takeover they once were. Ryan and Austin are given their AXW Tag Team Championships. Malcolm and Leland meet up with Velvet and head to the back. War Horse celebrate their win before we fade to the back. ----- Backstage, Cross City Stallions have just finished watching the match. Max Maximus: THAT SHOULD BE US FIGHTING FOR THE TAG TITLES, MARKY. WE'RE THE RESIDENT HORSE TEAM HERE, NOT THEM. Marky Mustang: We should be indeed, but there's something blocking our path, and we need to take care of that first. Max quiets down as he knows what Marky is referring to. Marky Mustang: I have an idea though. We'll play his games. Max Maximus: We.. we will? Marky Mustang: Yes. As long as you follow my lead, we'll be fine. The plan will start next week. You'll be alright, you just got to put the fear behind you and do it. Max Maximus: I'll try. Marky Mustang: Come on, let's get out of here before he finds us. The duo leave as cameras switch back to ringside. ----- "Snake Charmer" hits as a strobe light show begins. A little bit of smoke pours over the stage. A little after 30 seconds, when the snare roll comes in, is when Caitlin Shay emerges from the back. She stops on the stage, and looks around the crowd, sneering, unhappy about having to be in Seattle. Jen Brunelli: This next contest is set for one fall! Introducing first, representing the Steve Corman Guys, from Pinecrest, Florida, weighing in at 126 pounds, CAITLIN SHAY! She makes her way down to the ring, where she climbs onto the apron. She takes a moment to talk down to the crowd before entering the ring. She walks to the opposite ropes, with her arms spread, and a smile on her face as if to say, "I'm better than you." The music fades out as we await for the match to start. "Invincible" by Amaranthe hits, the fast pounding drums blaring loudly from the speakers as the lights dim completely. They come back to Android 18 standing at the entrance ramp, head down, the words 'The code awakens me' flash along the jumbotron behind her as she opens her eyes and brings her head up slowly. She walks stoically down the ramp, a smirk spreading over her face as she goes. Jen Brunelli: And her opponent, from Cork, Ireland, weighing in at 135 pounds, ANDROID 18! She stops in the middle of the ramp, raising her hands to actually sign the words 'I am Invincible.' Before continuing on and leaping straight up onto the ring post, she signs ''I am Invincible' one more time, entering the ring and awaiting the match to start. The two lock up. Android pushes Caitlin to the corner, and throws some strikes. Matt Baker gets some separation, with Caitlin ducking through the ropes demanding that Android be kept back. Caitlin brings her body back in the ring and is met with a devastating corner clothesline by Android. Caitlin slumps down in the corner as Android runs the ropes and nails Caitlin with a vicious knee strike. Baker has to keep Android back to check on Caitlin who appears to have been injured by the knee. Caitlin gets back to her feet, holding her eye, and deems she can continue. Android continues her onslaught by delivering shoulder thrusts to the cornered Caitlin. Baker threatens disqualification if she continues attacking in the corner. Android pulls Caitlin out of the corner and delivers Non-stop Violence (Spinning headlock elbow drop). Caitlin kicks out at two and we can see Caitlin is developing a black eye from the knee. Android irish whips Caitlin to the ropes and takes her down with a Hip Toss, then tries to lock in an Arm Bar but Caitlin responds with a schoolboy, getting a mere one count. The two are right back up and Caitlin is right back down courtesy of a Leaping Clothesline. Android picks Caitlin up for a Sitout Powerbomb, landing in a pin and getting a two count. Android bounces off the ropes for some momentum but is caught with a Snap Powerslam by Caitlin. Caitlin tries to shake the cobwebs loose, and picks Android up for a Electric Chair Drop, which Android reverses into an Inverted Hurricanrana, spiking Caitlin on her head. Android wants to do more harm and lifts Caitlin to her feet, hitting her with several knife edge chops. Caitlin winds up catching a kick that Android threw, only for Android to respond right back with a Mule Kick. Android climbs onto Caitlin and connects with some Mounted punches, aiming mostly at the bad eye. Android tries sending Caitlin to the ropes but Caitlin reverses the momentum. On the return, Android nearly rips Caitlin in half with a Super Electric Strike (Striking spear). Android follows up with a Graceful Orbit (Lionsalt), and gets a close two count. Android plants Caitlin to the mat with a Lifting Double Underhook Facebuster, and gets frustrated after getting another two count. Android looks to end Caitlin with the Power Blitz (Bionic elbow), but Caitlin finds the wherewithal to duck it. Caitlin gets some offense in with a Shayplex (Half Dragon Half Tiger Suplex). Android is back to her feet and tries clotheslining Caitlin, Caitlin ducking and manages to catch Android with a Pele Kick. Both are down, and it ends up being Android to her feet first, as she's less spent than Caitlin. Android wrenches Caitlin's arm as she begins to set up the Buster Swing (Inverted stomp facebreaker), but Caitlin gets out of it by wrenching Android's arm, hen gets behind Android and drives her to the mat with Broken Ending (Wheelbarrow Driver)! Caitlin lands in the pin as Baker makes the count. One! Two! Three! Jen Brunelli: Here is your winner, CAITLIN SHAY! Mike Vincent: I have no idea how Caitlin managed to walk out of this match as the winner. Lily Luna: Android 18 straight up dominated this match, but Caitlin sneaks away with a win. Cole Haywood: Come on guys, Caitlin is the Greatest... well, you know how it goes. Of course she's gonna walk away with a win. Caitlin immediately exits the ring, and can barely stay on feet as she stumbles into the stairs and barricade a few times. Matt Baker meets her on the ramp and raises her arm, Caitlin using her other hand to cover her bad eye. Android runs her hands through her hair, not happy that she was defeated after the onslaught she gave.

begins to play. The crowd reacts with overall boos and jeers, but there is the small population of fans, for either nostalgia or just plain assholes, that cheer and do the hero worship wave, wearing Icon Merch. Salvatore Pellegrino: This next contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, weighing in at 275 pounds, "The Icon" STEVE CORMAN! Big Stevie Cool walks out dressed in his classic BSC ring attire, black shiny side lace up pants and a black wrestling tank with "BSC" on the front. As well as a black elbow pad on his right elbow with "ICON" written in gold across it. He stops to look around the arena and the boos being thrown in his direction. Corman makes it very clear to the fans that “all of this” is because of Him. He smiles his cocky smile, then double thumb points to himself, taps his right index finger on his temple and slowly pans his left hand, index finger extended, around the arena; indicating that he’s smarter than each and every one of them, then Corman slowly raises his arms over his head, making the trademark Highrollers hand gesture (basically the wolfpack, while moving his thumbs around in the international sign for MONEY). He makes his way to the ring, as the A-Hole High Rollers fans cheer and do the "Icon" worship wave as Corman nods, points, and smiles at the camera. He climbs the stairs, planting each foot, and walks across the apron. He stops and the referee holds open the ropes as Corman enters the ring. Corman smirks and again repeats the High Rollers hand gesture by the ropes. Arena goes dark and alive from pod plays and clash walks out to a spotlight just on him. Blue rEd and white lights start blaring and he walks down to the ring in his tights and Legend Jacket. Fans start going crazy and clash starts high fiving the all the the fan. Salvatore Pellegrino: And his opponent, from Hollywood, California, weighing in at 250 pounds, DAVID CLASH! Clash takes pictures with the fans and then gets in the ring via the stairs.Clash tosses his jacket over to the time keeper and paoses on the top turnbuckle. The two lock up, with Steve kneeing David in the gut and taking David to the mat with a Snapmare Driver. Steve tries for a quick pin which gets a one count. Steve looks to whip David but David instead whips Steve to the ropes. David ducks down for a back body drop but Steve takes him down with a Float over DDT. David gets back to his feet and walks into a Spinning Sidewalk Slam. Steve sends David to the corner and follows through with a Body Avalanche. Steve keeps David cornered and hits David with Back Elbows. Steve walks to the middle of the ring, doing the High Rollers hand gesture to the ire of the crowd. Steve is suddenly taken down by an Inverted ddt from David. Steve gets back up and David takes him back down with a Swinging neckbreaker. David looks for a Code Breaker but Steve catches his legs and slams him on the mat. Steve flows into a Flip over leg breaker, and as David sits up holding his leg, Steve delivers a Seated flip necksnap. David kicks out of another pin attempt by Steve. Steve ends up catching a kick thrown by David and plants him with a Leg Hook Chokeslam. Steve keeps hold of the leg and locks in the Canadian Conspiracy (Sharpshooter)! David scratches and crawls and gets to the bottom rope. Steve waits for David to get back up and then approaches him, but David lifts him up for a Body Slam. David hoists Steve up for a Suplex, then floats into a cover for a two count. David tries to put Steve away with the Legend Maker (f5), but Steve slips off David's shoulders. David then tries the Clash of thunder (Rko), but Steve shoves him away. David then goes for just a clothesline but Steve ducks and hooks the arm and takes David down with a Half Nelson/Half Waistlock leaping mat slam, then promptly locks David in The Famouser (Crippler Cross Face)! David tries to fight it but ultimately taps out. Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner as a result of a submission, STEVE CORMAN! Mike Vincent: David Clash couldn't get a lot going in this match. Cole Haywood: That's what happens when you get on Steve Corman's bad side. Lily Luna: All he did was try to win a Number One Contender's Match. Cole Haywood: Which Steve would have won if it wasn't for David messing everything up. Steve throws David out of the ring, exclaiming that this is his ring. Steve raises his fist in the air before we fade backstage. ----- Gina Furlow is standing by with Sam De Santa. Gina Furlow: We're moments away from the AXW Light Heavyweight Championship Match, and I'm here with Sam De Santa. Sam, what exactly is your relationship with Trent Mathews? Are you simply his manager? Or is it more than that? Perhaps on the romantic side? Sam De Santa: Really? My client is about to defend his championship and these are the questions that you felt you needed to pull me aside and ask right before I'm about to head to the ring? Gina Furlow: Okay, w-- Sam De Santa: No, you had your chance. Your questions are irrelevant, whereas my client retaining his AXW Light Heavyweight Championship is extremely relevant in this point of time, so therefore this interview is over and I'm going to ringside. SDS walks off as the camera fade back to the arena. ----- Jen Brunelli: This next contest is set for one fall, and is for the AXW Light Heavyweight Championship! "Hate Me" by Blue October plays of the P.A. system as the camera pans over the arena stopping at the entrance way as Danny Hall, sporting a fur vest, strolls down to the ring stopping sometimes to yell at children, then when he gets to the ring he rolls under the bottom rope to sit in the corner then he stands up.....in the corner. "Dammit" plays and out walks Trent Mathews and Sam De Santa. Trent drops to his knees, removes the AXW Light Heavyweight Championship from his waist, and hands it to Sam De Santa. Sam stands behind him, holding the championship up, while Trent has his arms outspread with pyro going off behind them. Trent gets up and the two make their way down the ramp. Trent slides in the ring and climbs a turnbuckle, raising his title into the air. Jen Brunelli: Introducing first, the challenger, from Camden, Tennessee, weighing in at 220 pounds, he is the BWF Chaos Theory Champion, "Mr. Most Hated" DANNY HALL! Danny raises his newly won BWF Chaos Theory Championship into the air, and points across the ring to Trent, ans ghost-belts with his free hand, looking to duel-wield championships after tonight. Jen Brunelli: And his opponent, accompanied to the ring by Sam De Santa, from Owasco, New York, weighing in at 217 pounds, he is the defending AXW Light Heavyweight Champion, TRENT MATHEWS! The two look to lock up but Trent gets behind Danny and takes him down with a Back Suplex. The two get up and Trent takes Danny back down with a Leg Lariat. Trent kicks Danny hard in the gut then runs the ropes connecting with a Scissor Kick. After an unsuccessful pin attempt, Trent sends Danny to the corner. Trent looks for the Swinging Corner Clothesline, but Danny moves out of the way and Trent is hung up in the ropes. Danny pulls Trent out and takes him to the mat with a neckbreaker. Danny nails Trent with an Enzuigiri, then runs the ropes for momentum and clocks Trent with a Running Knee. Danny follows up with a Double-Arm DDT which sees a two count. Danny looks for a Clothesline From Hall(Clotheline from Hell), but Trent ducks it and lifts Danny up for a Uranage Backbreaker. Trent sends Danny out to the apron and then goes there with him. Trent grabs Danny's head and Delivers a Trent the Ninja (Shiranui) from the apron to the floor! Trent climbs up the turnbuckles and follows up with a Moonsault to Danny! Trent leaves Danny on the outside, willing to take a count out victory. Danny gets back in at the count of 14, only to be clotheslined right back out. Trent gets some momentum and dives out of the ring with a Tope Con Hilo, but Danny side steps and Trent crashes hard on the floor. Danny gets Trent back in the ring and delivers a Dominator. Danny follows up with a Release Powerbomb. These see a two count for Danny, who allows Trent to get up on his own power. Danny hits a Dropkick to the back of Trent, who stumbles forward into the corner. Danny runs in and clotheslines the back of Trent's head. Trent falls to the mat and Danny pulls himself up to the second turnbuckle. Sam De Santa climbs onto the apron, which causes Danny to be distracted. Trent gets back to his feet and approaches Danny, but Danny sees him just in time to jump over him. Upon Trent turning around, he is met with a Shot Heard Round The World (Superkick)! Danny goes to knock SDS off the apron but she gets down before he can touch her. Danny sets Trent up, then drives him to the mat head first with the Halls Frozen Over(Canadian Destroyer)! Danny pins Trent, but referee Brian Sullivan sees Danny's foot on the rope. What Brian didn't see was Sam De Santa putting it there. Danny again argues with Sam, which allows Trent to roll Danny up, Brian out of position to see Trent's feet on the ropes and Sam holding them for even more leverage as he counts to three. Jen Brunelli: Here is your winner, and STILL the AXW Light Heavyweight Champion, TRENT MATHEWS! Mike Vincent: Trent Mathews steals another win thanks to Sam De Santa. Cole Haywood: Well he didn't align with her for nothing. He knew he needed a coach to further his career, and he found the right one. Lily Luna: Except coaches typically don't get involved and help their players cheat to win. Trent exits the ring, as he and Sam back up the ramp. Brian meets up with them to hand Trent his title. Danny Hall is pissed off in the ring, and then exits the ring, causing Trent and SDS to get to the back quicker. Danny collects his BWF Chaos Theory Championship and makes his way to the back.

We return to ringside, where the cell structure begins to lower. It stops about 10 feet above the ring. Jen Brunelli: This next contest is a Rage in the Cage Match set for one fall! Once the cage is lowered there will be no way in our out until the match is over. The only way to win is by pin or submission! "Nothing Left to Lose" hits as Zoey Mathews-Mitchell emerges from behind the curtain, holding a kendo stick in her right hand. She stands on the stage, back facing the ring, her arms outspread. She turns around, now facing the ring, and quickly throws her arms into the air, as pyro blasts on the stage. She lowers her arms and begins walking down the ramp. Jen Brunelli: Introducing first, representing The Takeover, from Riviera Beach, Florida, weighing in at 134 pounds, ZOEY MATHEWS-MITCHELL! She high fives some of the fans at ringside, before climbing onto the apron. She scans the crowd, and raises her kendo stick in the air, before entering the ring. She climbs onto a turnbuckle and raises her kendo stick once more. “S-P-I-R-I-T Spirit!! Let’s hear it!! S-P-I-R-I-T Spirit!! Let’s hear it!!” Blue strobe lights roams around the arena like a trance as the opening tune of "Happy Song” by Bring Me The Horizon blares out of the PA system. “LET’S GO!” Out comes Janet Hurricane, her hoodie veil blinding her face. As the tempo gets faster and faster, we see her jumping up and down, still cannot see her face. Once we hear the lyrics, Janet reveals her face to the crowd and starts shadowing punching and kicking, feeling the energy of her theme song. She then starts walking her way to the ring, bopping her head to the music and in her own zone, not giving a damn about the fans’ reaction. Jen Brunelli: And her opponent, from Charlotte, North Carolina, weighing in at 120 pounds, she is "The Queen of the Ravenous Generation" JANET HURRICANE! Once she enters the ring, she takes off her hoodie and does a couple of shadow boxing, again feeling the energy of the music before it fades. Jessie McCormick has the unenviable task of keeping the two apart as the cage lowers to the arena floor. After it does, she calls for the bell. Zoey slams the mat with her kendo stick and dares Janet to approach her. Janet instead backs out of the ring, and grabs a kendo stick of her own from under the ring. Janet climbs back onto the apron where she is then blasted off and flies into the cage wall by Zoey. Zoey goes out and grabs the kendo stick that Janet dropped upon hitting the cage, and goes to town on Janet with a kendo stick in each hand! Janet tries to get away and manages to get around the stairs. Zoey doesn't give Janet the separation as she steps onto the stairs and dives off, but Janet catches her and slams her into the cage wall! Janet grabs Zoey and grinds her face into the chain link, then turns and slams her face first on the apron before rolling her into the ring. Janet looks under the ring, and pulls out a chair and throws it into the ring. She climbs the apron again but Zoey charges in with a dropkick that sends Janet flying back into the cage once again. Zoey, who is bleeding a little from the chain link, runs the ropes full sprint then suicide dives between the bottom and middle ropes, again forcing Janet into the wall. Zoey then drives Janet into the steps as hard as she can. Zoey sets Janet on the apron and climbs up with her. Zoey lifts Janet up then drops her on the apron with a DDT! Zoey removes the top portion of the ring steps and slides it into ring. She grabs Janet and rolls her into the ring. Zoey slides in after and Janet throws her into the air with a back body drop, Zoey crashing down onto the chair. Zoey gets to her feet clutching at her back when she is nailed with a Beautiful Disaster. Janet looks to whip Zoey to the corner but Zoey counters and sends Janet to the corner instead. Zoey runs in at Janet, Janet gets her legs up and traps Zoey in a DIE MOTHER F*CKER DIE(Rope hung Boston crab). With no rope breaks, Janet can keep this locked in as long as her heart desires. After a solid minute, Janet breaks the hold and re-enters the ring. Zoey has rolled out to the apron, where Janet now sets her up and plants her with Cry of Terror(Rope-hung DDT). Janet goes for the first pin attempt of the match and gets only a two count. Janet slams Zoey down with a Snap Suplex. Janet goes to the corner and removes the top turnbuckle padding. Upon going back to Zoey, she is met with a sudden chair to the gut. Zoey slams the chair across the back of Janet. Zoey runs the ropes with the chair, she throws the chair at Janet who catches it, then Shotgun Kicks the chair into Janet's face! Zoey follows up with a Dragon Suplex, then ascends to the top rope where she connects with a Diving Front Dropkick. Janet stumbles back before landing on the top stair half. Zoey sees this and quickly gets out to the apron. Zoey then looks for the Springboard Shooting Star Press, but Janet gets out of the way and Zoey crashes on the stairs hard. Zoey then finds herself locked in a Full Nelson, as Janet delivers the 15 seconds of Fame (Masterlock turned into backcracker)! Janet tries to go for a pin, but Zoey falls out of the ring either from impact or instinct. Janet goes out after and repeatedly slams Zoey into the cage wall. Janet hatches an idea and climbs onto the apron and up the turnbuckles, but Zoey finds some life and climbs the apron, and pulls Janet's legs out from under her, Janet hitting the exposed turnbuckle face first as she falls to the ring. Zoey signals this is the end as she grabs Janet for a Z4 (C4/Flip Bottom), but Janet elbows herself free. Janet looks to get back on offense but is hoisted onto Zoey's shoulders as she tries to set up the Firebomb (Fireman Carry Powerbomb), but Janet again elbows herself free. Janet then hooks the leg of Zoey as she tries to lift her for Storm of the Century(Fisherman Suplex, without letting go of her opponent. Then she gets up, still having her opponent on a fisherman position before hitting the Fisherman Brainbuster), but Zoey counters with a small package. Instead of actually going for the pin, Zoey tries to transition into the Vertabender (Haas of Pain), but Janet does all she can to prevent it and rolls Zoey up for a two count. The two get up before Janet quickly drops Zoey with a Tropical Storm (Forward Russian Legsweep). Janet goes to the apron and starts the climb up the turnbuckles, perhaps looking to deliver a Last Breath of Air (Diving elbow drop), but whatever she was going for is irrelevant as Zoey somehow gets to the top rope as quick as she can, and taking Janet down with a Z4 from the top rope! Zoey used all the energy she had to get to the top rope and deliver the move, so it takes a while for her to drape her arm across Janet. One! Two! Three! NO! Janet's shoulder pops up at the last possible second. Zoey can't believe it, but she has to stay focused. When she gets to her feet, she makes sure the top half of the ring stairs are in the position she wants them, then lifts Janet back onto her shoulders. Zoey pushes Janet up as she looks to Firebomb her on the stairs, but Janet finds a way to avoid it by delivering a headscissors, sending Zoey face first down onto the step. Before Zoey could even take in what happened, she gets nailed by a Wrath of the Hurricane (Maryse’s Heel Kick)! Janet just lets her body fall onto Zoey's for the cover. One! Two! Three! Jen Brunelli: Here is your winner, JANET HURRICANE! Mike Vincent: What a brutal match these ladies just put each other through. Janet Hurricane is once again victorious against her enemy. Cole Haywood: Janet Hurricane has nothing left to prove. She's defeated Zoey Mathews twice now, via referee stoppage and now this clear and decisive pin fall. Lily Luna: Janet Hurricane is no doubt a threat to the Women's Division now, but where does Zoey Mathews-Mitchell go from here? Jessie raises Janet's hand as the cage begins to rise. It appears for a moment that Janet might do a post-match beatdown, but she instead wipes her feet next to the fallen Zoey. She wipes her hands as she then exits the ring. Despite all the pain she's in, she has a smile on her face, as there's nothing left for her to prove. Janet walks up the ramp, talking down to a fan or two, before making her way to the back. In the ring, referee Jessie McCormick is checking on Zoey. Zoey seems to tell Jessie something, which prompts Jessie to go to the ropes and ask for a microphone. She hands it to Zoey who is beginning to sit up.
Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: I'm fine, Jess, you can leave.... Yes, I'm sure.
Jessie exits, leaving the ring to Zoey.
Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: If you all don't mind, I'd like to have a few minutes of your time. I didn't come into this match at 100%, and I don't need to tell you that I'm leaving this match worse than I was. With that said, I need to take some time off. I need to properly rest my injuries. There are also other things I want to accomplish, that I can't do while wrestling. Malcolm, if you're listening, you'll know what I mean by that.
She smiles and gives a wink to the camera.
Zoey Mathews-Mitchell: I'm not gonna be gone for just a few months, I'm gonna be gone for quite a while. Have no fear, because I will be back, and I'll be back in AXW. Out of everywhere I've been, AXW has truly felt like home, and there's no other place I'd rather be. I'll wrap this up, I wanna thank each and everyone of you, and I will see you soon.
The crowd gives Zoey a warm ovation as she exits the ring. She takes the time to high five the fans on her way up the ramp. Malcolm M. Mitchell makes his way from the back and meets his wife on the ramp. The two embrace in a hug and a kiss, before Malcolm escorts his spouse to the back. ----- Was Kurt Hullum able to walk away with his Money in the Bank briefcase? Was Sabrina Scott able to dethrone Happenstance Monarch Fenryr Wulfsson to retain her BWF World Championship inside a steel cage? All this and much more available on demand! thebwf.proboards.com/thread/1920/danger-zone-2-2016----- PUT ON YOUR WAR PAINT! The lights in the arena all cut to black and the Tron comes to life, pulsating with a green light as a quiet beat gets louder with every flash. It gets faster and faster, and louder with each pulse, until the pulsating light explodes into the words "Blazenwing Rises" and “The Phoenix” by Fall Out Boy blares across the arena sound system. You are a brick tied to me that's dragging me down Strike a match and I'll burn you to the ground We are the jack-o-lanterns in July Setting fire to the sky He-here comes this rising tide So come on PUT ON YOUR WAR PAINT! The stage fills with smoke and the crowd rises to their feet, cheering loudly, as the smoke clears on the stage and a man in a dark green trenchcoat stands, head down, facing the Tron. He raises his hands and snaps his fingers, causing four loud bursts of pyro to ignite, two on each side of him, before spinning around Y2J style to reveal David Slayton! Cross walks and crossed hearts and hope-to-dies Silver clouds with grey linings So we can take the world back from the heart-attacked One maniac at a time we will take it back You know time crawls on when you're waiting for the song to start So dance alone to the beat of your heart His sunglasses shining with the glare from the arena lights, David looks to the left, then to the right, nodding towards the crowd before walking down the ramp. After stopping to slap hands with a few fans, David moves towards the ring steps and hops up and down a few times in front of them before quickly racing up the steps to the apron side facing the stage. He stops and pulls his sunglasses off, then tosses them behind his head into the crowd before leaning down and stepping through the ropes to enter the ring. Hey young blood Doesn't it feel like our time is running out? I'm gonna change you like a remix Then I'll raise you like a phoenix You're wearing our vintage misery No, I think it looked a little better on me I'm gonna change you like a remix Then I'll raise you like a phoenix David walks across the ring and leaps up onto the second rope in the corner nearest the timekeeper, then pulls off his green trenchcoat and tosses it towards the timekeeper. David smirks and points to the fans, then slaps his chest a few times and points up towards the sky, closing his eyes and saying a short prayer. David leaps down from the corner and immediately turns to sit down in the same corner, ala Raven. David then rests his head on the second turnbuckle pad as his theme fades and the crowd continues cheering. The lights in the arena go out, one by one, until the entire arena is blanketed in complete darkness. A few seconds pass of this, the crowd cheering loudly, eagerly awaiting whatever is going to come next. The JumboTron comes to life with a neon pink butterfly, slowly flapping its wings against darkness. With every flap of its wings, the arena lights pulse. The flapping gets faster and faster, until finally, the butterfly explodes into glitter. When it does, a stage-wide blast of pink and purple pyro explodes across the stage and as the screen fills with the words "Stutterfly" Starla Gardevoir, "Endless Possibility" by Jaret Reddick begins playing over the sound system! This is my escape I'm running through this world And I'm not looking back The crowd explodes in a flurry of cheers as Starla Gardevoir struts onto the stage and points to the crowd, grinning. She moves to each side of the stage, posing for the fans, then comes back to the center of the stage before dropping to one knee and posing as a shower of pink pyro begins falling behind her! 'Cause I know I can go Where no one's ever gone And I'm not looking back Starla stands up, still grinning from ear to ear, and then quickly bounds down the ramp, slapping fan's hands along the way. Towards the bottom of the ramp, she stops and turns back to the stage, then poses with her back to the ring. Starla turns back and laughs, then makes her way around ringside, high-fiving fans as she goes. But how will I know when I get there? And how will I know when to leave? We've all got to start from somewhere It's like that for me The possibilities are never ending After a quick trip around the ring, Starla runs towards the ring apron facing the stage and leaps up, turning in midair and sliding from one side of the apron to the other on one knee. Starla stands up and steps over the second rope, then leans in slowly, showcasing her butt for the cheering male fans before entering the ring completely. I see it, I see it And now it's all within my reach Endless possibility I see it, I see it now It's always been inside of me And now I feel so free Endless possibility Starla then heads up to the top of the nearest turnbuckle and poses once more. With the fans still cheering, Starla does a backflip off the top rope and lands on her feet, then walks over to the corner across the ring and leans against it, rolling her head back and forth as the music fades. Salvatore Pellegrino: Ladies and gentlemen, it is time for the Main Event! This contest is scheduled for one fall, and is for the AXW Championship! Introducing first, the challenger, from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, weighing in at 245 pounds, here is "The New Hotness" DAVID SLAYTON! David remains seated in the corner, looking focused on becoming a two-time AXW Champion. Salvatore Pellegrino: And his opponent, from Panama City, Florida, weighing in at 125 pounds, she is the defending AXW Champion, "Stutterfly" STARLA GARDEVOIR! Starla raises her title into the air, and walks over to David's corner. She looks down at him with a smile, David now pulls himself up, now towering Starla, and looks down at her with a smirk. Senior Official Matt Baker separates the two before calling for the bell. Starla wastes no time and delivers a hard to kick right to David's knee. Starla quickly follows up with an enzuigiri. David drops to his knees and Starla runs the ropes, but David pops back up and nearly decapitates Starla with a clothesline. David lifts Starla up for Triple Vertical Suplexes, then with no wasted motion follows that up with Triple German Suplexes. Starla manages to kick out at two, and David grabs the arm Starla shot up and tries to lock in a Fujiwara Armbar, but Starla manages to squirm to the ropes before David can apply it. David runs at Starla, but she pulls the rope down and David goes over and to the floor. Starla runs the ropes for momentum and leaps out of the ring with a Suicide Dive, but David catches her and drives her back-first into the ring post. David rolls Starla back into the ring, and slides in after. David takes Starla down with a Lou Thesz Press, followed by some Mounted Punches. David then tries for the Jumping Elbowdrop, but Starla gets out of the way. As David gets to his feet he's taken right back down with a Corkscrew Neckbreaker from Starla. David starts to get back up, but is taken back down with a DDT. Starla runs the ropes and hits David with a front dropkick, Dave staggering backwards before falling to the mat. David uses the ropes to help himself up, Starla grabs his head before running up the ropes for a Sliced Bread #2. Starla ascends to the top turnbuckle, where she dives off with a Moonsault into a Double Foot Stomp right to the chest of David! Starla goes for a cover which David kicks out of. Starla heads out to the apron where she looks for a Slingshot Dragonrana, however, David counters by slamming Starla to the mat with a powerbomb. David lifts Starla to her feet, and Starla fights back hitting several strikes to the gut of David. Starla runs to the ropes and on the rebound David hoists Starla up for a big Samoan Drop. Starla kicks out at two, and David stays on the attack by taking Starla down with a series of Short Arm Clotheslines. David plants Starla to the mat with a Sit-Out Facebuster. David lifts Starla onto his shoulders, and looks to drive her to the canvas with a Death Valley Driver, but Starla flips out and lands on her feet. Starla hits a side kick to the gut then runs the ropes. She slides through the legs of David, tripping him in the process. Starla rolls back as she now applies a Boston Crab! David manages to crawl to the bottom rope. Starla again goes for a running attack but is caught by a surprise forearm. David doubles Starla over and hooks her arms, before delivering a gruesome looking Double Underhook Backbreaker. David pins Starla but she finds a way to get the shoulder up. David now looks for a neckbreaker but Starla gets free of David's grasp. Starla looks for a punch or perhaps clothesline, but David catches her arm and swiftly brings her to the mat, locking in the Firehawk Lock (Crippler Crossface)! Starla is in pure agony, but finally manages to get her foot on the bottom rope. David whips Starla into the corner, and comes in with a big splash. David then sets Starla up on the top turnbuckle, and Starla finds the energy to boot David right in the face! Starla comes off the turnbuckles as she plants David with the 343 Guilty Spark (Tornado DDT)! Starla immediately heads back to the top, and dives off with the R.R.O.D. [Red Ring of Death] (Swanton Bomb)! One! Two! Thre-OOH! David kicks out! Starla holds up three fingers to Matt Baker who responds with two fingers. David starts to get to his feet and Starla keeps him doubled over, repeatedly and viciously striking David in the face with her knee, telling him to "Stay down!" After a dozen plus knee strikes, David falls to his knees, looking woozy as blood drips from his nose. Starla runs to the ropes and falls to the mat like a sack of bricks after David hits The Full Effect (Sweet Chin Music) from out of nowhere! David drops to a knee, still feeling the effects from the knee strikes, before collapsing onto Starla. One! Two! Three! Matt Baker's hand hit the mat three times, however he immediately waves it off, ensuring everyone it was a two count as Starla got a shoulder up just a hair before the three count. David slaps his hands three times, he is convinced it was a three count, but Baker reiterates it was two. Baker tries to clean some of the blood from David's likely broken nose, but David shrugs him off as he goes to the apron and begins his climb to the top turnbuckle. Starla has come to and meets him up there, unloading punches on David who tries to keep his balance and prevent falling to the arena floor. David manages to block a punch and throws a hard fist of his own, then shoves Starla to the mat below. David comes off the top rope as he connects with From the Ashes (Frog Splash)! One! Two! Three! Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, and the NEW AXW CHAMPION, DAVID SLAYTON! Mike Vincent: What an intense battle that these two friends put each other through, and unfortunately for Starla Gardevoir, her history making AXW Championship reign comes to an end. Cole Haywood: And this was not an easy victory for David Slayton, as he had to bust out From the Ashes, which he doesn't do unless nothing else works. Lily Luna: Starla Gardevoir made history when she got the better of David Slayton to become the first ever female AXW Champion, and tonight the tables were turned. Starla might not have the longest reign, but it certainly was the most impressive in my books. However, it's now once again about David Slayton as he wins his second AXW Championship. Matt Baker hands David Slayton the AXW Championship, and raises his arm into the air. David climbs turnbuckles and raises his newly won championship into the air. David stops his celebration and places his title on the mat, when he notices Starla propped against a bottom turnbuckle, with her hands covering her face. He kneels down next to Starla and gets her attention. Starla lowers her hands, she is visibly saddened with her title loss. "The Phoenix" fades out as David speaks to her, though what he is saying is inaudible. David helps Starla to her feet, and raises her hand, before pulling her in for a hug. David and Starla both end up laid out on the mat.
Lily Luna: What's Steve Corman doing here?!
Steve Corman has floored them both, and carelessly throws Starla out of the ring. Steve lifts David up before running across the ring and dropping him with the Icon Bomb! Steve picks up the AXW Championship, takes a good look at it, then slowly raises it into the air, making his intentions known.
Mike Vincent: Unfortunately, this is how Horizon is going to come to a close.
Cole Haywood: The only unfortunate thing is that Steve Corman didn't do this sooner. Steve Corman is going to make the AXW Championship iconic.
Lily Luna: Thank you ladies and gentlemen for tuning into Horizon, catch The Alternative and AXW next week to see further developments on tonight's happenings!
