Sacramento, California
Episode XXXVII
Pyro blasts from the stage and Alternatron before cameras pan across the crowd.
Lily Luna: This is The Alternative! I'm Lily Luna joined by Chris Pierce.
Chris Pierce: We're live in Sacramento, Rise and AXW vs. BWF: Domination are around the corner, both of which you can watch on the BWF Network.
Lily Luna: But before then, we got some great matches in store for you, let's get to them.
Failure by Breaking Benjamin fades into play in the arena. The lights dim as a spotlight centers up on the stage. 17 seconds into the song, pyros go off on either side of the stage and Clifford Bradley bursts onto the stage.
Jen Brunelli: This opening contest is set for one fall! Introducing first, accompanied to the ring by Alyssa Liles, from Miami, Florida, weighing in at 217 pounds, CLIFFORD BRADLEY!
Bradley walks down the ramp, a smirk on his faces, completely ignoring the fans to either side of him. He uses the stairs to climb to the apron, demanding the ref to come and open up the ropes for him when entering the ring, and then goes directly to his corner to await the beginning of the match.
"Last Resort" starts playing throughout the arena, as Braydon Easton makes his way out onto the stage. He runs down the ramp, and stops to hold his head against the head of children who might be wearing his mask.
Jen Brunelli: And his opponent, from Cameron, North Carolina, weighing 195 pounds, BRAYDON "PAYNE" EASTON!
He slides into the ring, where he climbs the middle turnbuckle. He holds his arms in the shape of an O, then back flips off.
The two appear to be going for a test of strength, when Clifford just kicks Braydon in the gut. Clifford then takes Braydon to the mat with a Neckbreaker. When Braydon gets back up, he's caught in a T-Bone Suplex. Clifford sends Braydon to the ropes and drops him with a Spinebuster, and follows up with some grounded elbow and forearm strikes to the face. Clifford gets Braydon cornered and tries to rip his mask off, and backs off at Jessie McCormick's count of 4. Braydon walks out of the corned but is nailed by a Spinning Wheel Kick. Clifford lifts Braydon to his feet, only to plant him with Cash Out (The Miz’s Skull Crushing Finale). Clifford doesn't even bother hooking a leg on the pin attempt.
Jen Brunelli: Here is your winner, CLIFFORD BRADLEY!
Lily Luna: Clifford Bradley is not paid by the hour, making quick work of Braydon Easton tonight.
Chris Pierce: I'm not sure what Alyssa Liles is doing or saying to help Clifford, but it certainly is effective.
Clifford has his hand raised by Jessie McCormick. Alyssa Liles enters the ring, clapping in approval, and also raises Clifford's hand.

MONDAYS!

The energetic opening to “I Can't Drive 55” hits the speakers as out stomps Max Maximus. Max Maximus strikes a pose throwing his arms out and unleashing an animalistic growl.
Jen Brunelli: This next contest is set for one fall! Introducing first, representing Cross City Stallions, from Cross City, Florida, weighing in at 278 pounds, "Mammoth" MAX MAXIMUS!
He walks down to the ring chewing gum and not really giving a damn how the crowd is reaction either way as Max steps over the ropes into the ring and gets ready for the match.
"Falling Away from me" starts as "The Chicago Cyclone" walks out with an angry look on his face,
Jen Brunelli: And his opponent, from Chicago, Illinois, weighing in at 229 pounds, "The Chicago Cyclone" CARL BENGLY!
he struts down to the ring then he walks to the turnbuckle, and slaps it and slides into the ring.
Both men stand at 6'8". They lock up, with Max throwing Carl down with a biel throw. Max follows up with a Two Handed Choke Toss. This makes Carl angry who gets back and charges at Max with a Big Boot. Carl shows off his strength by picking Max up for a Sit-Down Powerbomb. Carl then displays how versatile he is, running towards the rope and executing a Handspring Cutter. This gets a two count for Carl who goes back off the ropes and nails Max with a Running Forearm. Carl then locks Max in a Full Nelson, but Max gets an arm free and elbows Carl in the head. Max sends Carl to the corner and runs right after him, hitting a big corner clothesline. Carl slumps down in the corner and Max delivers a face wash, followed by some mudhole stomping. Max sends Carl to the ropes and catches him with a Blackhole Slam. After a two count, Max lifts Carl back to his feet where Carl throws a hard punch before slamming Max to the mat Chicago Style (Chokeslam). Carl heads to the top rope, but Max is there to stop him from jumping off. Max takes Carl back to the mat with Max Out! (Falling Powerslam from the top turnubuckle). Max then hoists Carl onto his shoulder before executing Maximum Impact! (Trainwreck).
Jen Brunelli: Here is your winner, MAX MAXIMUS!
Lily Luna: This is the Mammoth Max I like to see, hopefully he can put his lifelong fear of his brother Mayhem aside and show this aggressiveness at Rise.
Chris Pierce: If he can, then it'll be all over for Mayhem in the Buried Alive Match. Despite his best efforts, I think Marky Mustang knows Max probably won't overcome his fear which is why it's a Handicap Match, even though there won't be a Handicap if Max cant keep his act together.
Shane Gates raises the hand of Max. Suddenly,
The lights go dark as the ominous beginning of “Not to touch the Earth” rings out over the speakers. The lights begin to strobe slowly as if to make everything appear like it is in slow motion as the maniac himself MAYHEM enters the arena with a crazy look in his eyes! He stomps his way down to the ring with a devilish smile with his signature biker vest and jeans on as he makes his way to the ring, ready to maim anyone that happens to be in the ring with him.
Max quickly gets out of the ring, wanting no part of this, putting his hands up, still fearsome of his brother and the event that traumatized his life.
Jen Brunelli: This is your Alternative Main Event set for one fall! Already in the ring, from Cross City, Florida, weighing in at 210 pounds, "The Loose Cannon" MAYHEM!
The energetic opening to “I Can't Drive 55” hits the speakers as out stomps Marky Mustang. Marky Mustang strikes a one knee kneeling pose while he throws his arms out for a pose.
Jen Brunelli: And his opponent, representing Cross City Stallions, from Cross City, Florida, weighing in at 225 pounds, MARKY MUSTANG!
He then walks down to the ring chewing gum and not really giving a damn how the crowd is reaction either way as Marky slides into the ring and ready for the match.
Max Maximus has left ringside and the match starts with a poke to the eye from Mayhem to Marky. Mayhem takes advantage with an Arm Wringer into Short Arm Clothesline, immediately followed by a Knee Drop. Mayhem grabs Marky by the hair and brings him to the ropes, where he uses the rope to choke Marky. Marky uses the ropes to help him up and Mayhem comes in for a Monkey Flip, the agile Marky lands on his feet. Marky takes Mayhem down with a Northern Lights Suplex. After a two count both are up and Marky delivers a Facebreaker Knee Smash. Marky lifts Mayhem up for a big Olympic Slam. Marky continues his offense with a Double Underhook Backbreaker. Marky climbs to the top rope and leaps off, but Mayhem catches him with a kick to the gut and plants him with a Double Underhook DDT. This gets a two count for Mayhem and he follows up with a Fly Swatter (Double Handed Ear Clap). Mayhem sends Marky to the ropes and delivers a Tilt-a-whirl Backbreaker. Marky gets up holding his back and Mayhem comes at him with a Flying knee strike (think Triple H, but he will mostly use it to nail people in the back instead.). Mayhem sets Marky up for a suplex but Marky counters with his own suplex. Mayhem gets hit with a Picture Perfect Dropkick. Mayhem is brought to the canvas with a Sidewinder Suplex from Marky. Marky sets Mayhem up for the Wyld Stallyns DDT(Future Shock DDT), but Mayhem spins free and kicks Marky in the gut, quickly lifting him for Worst Nightmare (Sheer Drop Brain Buster). Mayhem doesn't go for the pin, rather he locks in the Maniac Vice (Tazzmission). Referee Shane Gates renders Marky unconscious and calls for the bell.
Jen Brunelli: Here is your winner as a result of a submission, MAYHEM!
Lily Luna: Mayhem isn't letting go of the Maniac Vice!
Chris Pierce: It is smart strategy on his end though, if he takes out Marky he knows Max won't come to save him, and it will be easier for him to win at Rise.
Mayhem is eventually forced to break the hold by several referees. He has a sick smile on his face as he's escorted out of the arena. Marky is helped out of the ring, and the locker room starts spilling out into the ring.
Lily Luna: That's all for The Alternative, the ring is starting to fill up with the AXW roster as AXW kicks off with a 20 Man Battle Royal to determine the Number One Contender for the BWF World Championship, head on over to ION Television to catch it!
