Episode XLIII
Pyro blasts from the stage and Alternatron, before the cameras pan across the crowd.
Mike Vincent: Ladies and gentlemen, we are coming off the heels of AXW vs. BWF: Domination, Rise, and the AXW Hall of Fame. I'm Mike Vincent joined by my broadcast colleague, Cole Haywood.
Cole Haywood: This is essentially the new season for AXW. We have new themes for the shows, as well as some new champions.
Mike Vincent: The Xperience Championship changed hands twice in one week, and will be defended in tonight's Main Event.
Cole Haywood: On the subject of championships, we're gonna start the show with one of our champions.
The arena lights dim as the opening beats of Anja’s “Dance All Nite” are accompanied by a dance club vibe of flashing, pulsing lights, the silhouette of Hailey Harris emerging on the ramp with a model’s poise. A sleeveless denim jacket with a hoodie covers a mid drift fishnet corset and a short hot pink skirt, fishnets and black boots completing the ensemble as the champion spins with her new pink G.A.W. shades over her eyes as the crowd boos her every move to the ring.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Please welcome the AXW Women's Champion, "The Baltimore Bombshell" HAILEY HARRIS!
Cole Haywood: Have I mentioned how much I love this new Hailey Harris?
Mike Vincent: Only about every few minutes, Cole.
Cole Haywood: That Slamsley, what a lucky son of a bitch.
In the ring, Hailey holds the title up, storming to every side of the ring, defiant as he arena lights return to normal and the music fades. Hailey calls for a mic as the fans still give Hailey hell for her recent turn.
Mike Vincent: And the champ has some words for us.
Cole Haywood: Speak to us, New Hot Hailey.
Hailey Harris: I hope all the doubters, all those people who fail to accept this, the evolution of Hailey Harris, took notes at Rise a few weeks ago because THAT is how you cement your legacy as THE FORCE in women’s wrestling. You go out there, in an unprecedented match in the history of your company, your back against the wall, and defend your championship, the championship you made famous. I did all of that, and I danced all night!
Hailey smirks as she does a quick choreograph vogue pose, the crowd booing.
Hailey Harris: From this night forth, the old Hailey Harris is dead. That damsel in distress, happy go lucky, Little Engine That Could has evolved into the queen, the epitome of women’s wrestling, period. But one thing hasn’t changed, and that would be my belief that to be the very best you have to take on all challengers, and that’s just what I’m going to do! I will challenge anyone in defense of this championship!
The crowd roars as Harris suddenly holds up an index finger.
Hailey Harris: Of course, there’s one condition. You see, when I said anyone, I meant anyone NOT in that Ladder Match at Rise.
The crowd is all over Harris for this, who just shakes her head and shrugs.
Cole Haywood: She has a point there, Mike. She’s already beaten them all.
Hailey Harris: Don’t you dare boo me! What point would it be for me, a fighting champion, to face anyone I’ve already beaten. Go down that list of failures, and you have women who were flashes in the pan, has beens, even a never was who thought a t-shirt made her the best, and then realized she couldn’t hack in in my mighty shadow and tucked tail, took her ball and her Cracker Jack interviewer skills and went home. Hiya, Caitlin.
Harris actually snaps her fingers 3 times in the air and shakes her head.
Hailey Harris: Wow, I guess if I’m facing anyone not in that match, and that match featured the ENTIRE Women’s Division, I guess that leaves no one. What a shame.
Harris begins dancing again, holding the championship up as the crowd gives her more heat.
Suddenly, all the lights in the arena turn to a deep red, the fans in anticipation as the weeks of buildup is about to pay off. The following appears on the Alternatron:
A voice is heard, saying:
"Kitsune... kitsune... Watashi wa megitsune..."
A few seconds go by and, "Megitsune" by BABYMETAL takes over the sound system.
As soon as the song plays, the red lights pulse to the beat of the drums with a figure standing in smoke, wearing a robe and a kitsune mask. At the seven second mark of the song, the figure begins to slowly make their way down the ramp. At the fourteen second mark of the song, the figure disrobes and removes their kitsune mask, now walking to the ring at a quicker pace.
Salvatore Pellegrino: This contest is scheduled for one fall, and is for the AXW Women's Championship! Introducing the challenger, making her AXW Debut, from Hiroshima, Japan, weighing 112 pounds, "Megitsune" KATSUKO NAKAMOTO!
Katsuko makes her way up the steps and hops onto the middle turnbuckle, raising both hands into the air, doing the kitsune hand sign. She steps onto the top rope and front flips into the ring. She walks to her corner and throws strikes at the turnbuckles before her music fades out.
Mike Vincent: Allow me to educate you on who this woman is, this is Katsuko Nakamoto, a recent graduate of the Mathews Family Training Facility. She was specifically co-trained by AXW alumni and current Rising Sun Pro Wrestling stars Benji Mathews and Jushin Kimura. Her nickname "Megitsune" translates to Vixen. She turned 19 just a few days ago, and this is her first ever professional wrestling match, which is for the AXW Women's Championship no less.
Cole Haywood: From what I understand, despite this being her first match ever, once that bell rings you'll swear she's been doing this for years. However, I'll believe that when I actually see it, I don't think she's walking out with a W on her first night here, especially against the Women's Champ Hailey Harris.
Hailey, who wasn't actually expecting anyone to come out, reluctantly hands her title off to Gus Ramos, who raises it into the air, before getting the match underway.
Hailey and Katsuko lock up, with Hailey backing Katsuko to the corner. Hailey throws a punch which Katsuko ducks, Katsuko now having Hailey cornered. Katsuko delivers some hard knee strikes to the gut of Hailey, before backing off at the count of four. Hailey comes out of the corner taking Katsuko down with a clothesline. Hailey follows up with a spinning heel kick and a hurricanrana for two. Hailey runs off the ropes where she gets taken down by an STO. Katsuko delivers more knee strikes to the gut of Hailey, before taking her down with a Snap Fisherman Neckbreaker. Katsuko gets a two count. Katsuko hits Hailey with a Spinning Back Kick, followed by a Spinning Back Fist. Katsuko lifts Hailey up, before dropping her with a Brainbuster. Katsuko heads to the top rope, where she leaps off with Hātosutoppā [Heartstopper] (Kairi Hojo-style Diving Elbow Drop) for a close two count. Katsuko lifts Hailey back to her feet, where Hailey fights back with a jawbreaker. Hailey nails Katsuko with a crescent kick. Hailey grabs Katsuko's head and runs up the turnbuckles for Sliced Bread #2. Hailey follows up with a standing moonsault, hooking both legs for two. Hailey quickly heads up top herself, diving off with a top rope back elbow. Hailey hooks Katsuko before planting her head to the canvas with a Baltimore Bombshell (Double Underhook snap DDT). Hailey climbs back to the top rope, and dives off with Hailey’s Comet (450 Splash)! She connects with Katsuko's knees however. Hailey is kneeling in the center of the ring, holding her gut. Katsuko runs the ropes twice before nailing Hailey with a Bakatare Sliding Kick - a move made popular by her trainer Jushin Kimura as the Kamikaze Kick, which she is referring to as the Megitsune Kick. Katsuko sends Hailey to the corner, gets the crowd hyped up, before running in with Crescent Moon (Running Curved Yakuza Kick). Katsuko hoists Hailey onto the top turnbuckle, where Katsuko sets up Ue Kara Shi [Death From Above] (Superplex, flowed into a sit-out Falcon Arrow)! Katsuko immediately follows up Kitsune Ni Kama [Bitten by a Fox] (Kimura Lock)! Hailey's eyes are wide as she knows she's in jeopardy, until Janet Hurricane slides into the ring and stomps Katsuko, breaking the hold and ending the match in disqualification.
Salvatore Pellegrino: The winner of the match by disqualification, Katsuko Nakamoto! However, still the AXW Women's Champion, Hailey Harris!
Mike Vincent: Katsuko Nakamoto looked really impressive in her debut, on the verge of winning the Women's Title in the process, until Janet Hurricane gets involved for some reason.
Cole Haywood: Hailey Harris wasn't even expecting anyone to come out, how was she supposed to know there's a new girl on the roster?
Janet throws Katsuko out of the ring and goes to attack Hailey, who just gets out of the ring and grabs her title, backing up the ramp. Janet receives a microphone to address Hailey.
Janet Hurricane: I'm not gonna sit back and watch some newbie get a title shot before me. Technically, yes, you did beat me, Hailey, but you did not pin me or make me tap out, and that's because you can't. I'm not gonna play any games, I want you one on one for the title, no excuses, no bullshit.
Hailey continues to back up the ramp, shaking her head no as we cut backstage.

We're in the office of Luke Mathews, where Austin Graves walks up to the desk, firmly planting both fists on it.
Austin Graves: I want a rematch for the AXW Tag Team Championships.
Luke Mathews: Well, you dumped your partner on his head, I don't think he's going to want to tag with you anymore.
Austin Graves: Who cares about Ryan Starr? I don't need him.
Luke Mathews: Well, you'll need someone.
Austin Graves: I don't think you heard me, so let me reiterate. I want a rematch for the AXW Tag Team Championships.
Luke Mathews: So... you alone versus Lethal Weapons?
Austin Graves: Yes.
Luke Mathews: Are you sure about that?
Austin Graves: I am the War Machine. I am designed to fight anyone and everyone. I'm not afraid to step into the ring against two other men, because they're the ones who will be at a disadvantage.
Luke Mathews: Well, I certainly am intrigued by the idea. If you're really sure about this, then next week Lethal Weapons will defend the AXW Tag Team Championship against you, Austin Graves.
Austin backs out, nodding his head in approval, as we now head back to ringside.
-----
"Dammit" plays and out walk Sam De Santa and Trent Mathews. Sam stops on the stage and places her hand on her hip. Trent steps in front of her and drops to his knees, extending his arms out as pyro rains down behind them. Once the pyro stops, Trent stands up and the two make their way down the ramp.
Salvatore Pellegrino: This next contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, accompanied by Sam De Santa, from Owasco, New York, weighing 217 pounds, TRENT MATHEWS!
Trent slides into the ring while Sam walks up the steps. Trent steps onto the middle turnbuckle, looking around at the fans. Sam stands in the ring, extending her arms towards Trent, as if telling the fans to bas in the glory that is Trent Mathews. Trent steps down and holds his arms back, allowing Sam to remove his leather jacket. Sam steps out to the apron, hangs the jacket from the ring post, and walks down the steps, while Trent readies himself for the match.
The lights all go out and "Miseria Cantare" by AFI starts as a single spotlight shines on the entrance as Damien Steele is standing in the entrance hair in front of his face as at the 45 second mark of the song. Damien flips his hair back and starts to walk down to the ring, as the words of the song start.
LOVE... YOUR HATE...
Salvatore Pellegrino: His opponent, from Chicago, Illinois, weighing 221 pounds, "The Vicious One" DAMIEN STEELE!
Damien Steele makes no connection to any fans that might be throwing insults his way, almost as if he is only focused on the ring, and more specifically his opponent.
YOUR... FAITH LOST...
Steele reaches the ring as he walks around to the steps.
YOU... ARE NOW...
Damien waits at the bottom of the steps keeping his eyes on his opponent.
ONE... OF US...
A wicked smile comes across his face as the words of the song repeat again just a little bit faster this time.
LOVE... YOUR HATE... YOUR... FAITH LOST... YOU... ARE NOW... ONE... OF US...
Steele takes one step up the steps, still keeping his eyes locked on his opponent till he reaches the top step and wipes his feet before entering the ring never taking his eyes off his opponent.
Steele and Trent lock up. Trent gets Steele in a side headlock. Steele backs Trent back to the ropes, where Trent is forced to break. Steele throws punches at Trent, fully utilizing the five count. Steele sends Trent off to the opposite ropes where Trent bounces back with a Leg Lariat. Steele gets right back up to be take right back down with a Jumping Calf Kick. Trent sends Steele to the corner and stays behind him the whole way to hit the Swinging Corner Clothesline. Steele slumps to a seated position an Trent swings his legs back to the ring and runs the ropes to hit Steele with a Running Face Wash. Trent brings Steele out of the corner with a T-Bone Suplex for a two count. Trent heads to the top rope, but Steele pulls him off and plants him to the mat with an F-5. Trent rolls out to the apron and Steele follows him, lifting him up for a Falling Paroxysm on the apron! Steele re-enters the ring and runs the ropes for momentum. He's about to dive out of the ring when Trent pulls Sam in front of him, which causes Steele to stop. Steele then decides screw it and tries again, diving out with a No Hands Space Flying Tigersault, with Trent pushing Sam out of the way and him taking all the impact. Steele rolls Trent back in and slides in after. Sam climbs onto the apron, distracting Steele. Trent rolls Steele up, but Steele rolls all the way through back to his feet, swiftly jumping up, driving Trent's skull to the mat with the Loony Stomp. Damien stares a hole through Sam as he pins Trent.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, DAMIEN STEELE!
Mike Vincent: Things haven't been good for Trent Mathews lately, losing the Light Heavyweight Championship at Rise, then he couldn't even use Sam De Santa to his advantage tonight.
Cole Haywood: Damien Steele was the first pioneer of the Light Heavyweight Division, and went on to beat the monster Deimos at Rise. As much as I like both these guys, Damien Steele is on a whole other level than Trent Mathews.
Damien Steele exits the ring, backing up the ramp as he looks at the fallen Trent and Sam De Santa who's looking on at him in disgust. Sam checks on Trent as we head to commercial.

We return backstage to Brad Adams.
Brad Adams: Brad Adams here, and I'm joined by the man who currently holds a few accolades to his name, the BWF Chaos Theory Champion and AXW Light Heavyweight Champion, Danny Hall!
Danny steps into frame, his titles on each shoulder.
Brad Adams: First off, congratulations.
Danny Hall: Thank you.
Brad Adams: You made history twice in the same week, becoming the first three time BWF Chaos Theory Champion and the first two-time AXW Light Heavyweight Champion. How're you feeling after all that?
Danny Hall: Pretty freakin' good, Brad. Not many people would sign on to a Full Metal Mayhem match five days before competing at a company's biggest event, but I am no ordinary person. I'm Danny F'N Hall.
Brad Adams: It turned out well in your favor as well.
Danny Hall: Damn right. There was no way I wasn't gonna give it my all to get my titles back. ...Oh, well look what the cat dragged in.
Danny notices someone approaching, that person being Sam De Santa.
Sam De Santa: Enjoy it while it lasts Danny. You know you and Trent will be having a rematch and lightning will not be striking twice.
Danny Hall: I'm sorry, who? Oh, you mean the guy I beat at Rise? You mean the guy who just lost to Damien Steele and thus became that much more irrelevant? Fact of the matter is I beat both Trent and Damien Steele in the same week, therefore, both are beneath me.
Person: Did I hear my name?
Damien Steele now approaches the scene.
Damien Steele: You beat me? All you did was get lucky. Anything could've happened in that match. You seem to forget that this...
He taps the AXW Light Heavyweight Championship.
Damien Steele: ...this would mean nothing had it not been for me. I beat five other men to win that title. Imagine where'd that title be now if someone like Pyrostar was the one to win that Battle Royal. Probably some landfill in Puerto Rico just like him. But you know what, Danny? I hope you go on to beat Trent Mathews in your rematch. Because I'm next and you will find out first hand that Danny Hall is nowhere near the level of Damien Steele.
Sam De Santa: That's not going to happen, because Trent Mathews is going to win the title back, and when all the chips are in, Trent will beat you.
Damien bursts out laughing as he simply walks away.
-----
“Say Hello” blares over the PA system as Anthony Royal slowly emerges through the curtain. He smirks and throws his arms above his head before strutting down the ramp. He mostly ignores the crowd, only occasionally taking the time to mock and berate them.
Salvatore Pellegrino: This next contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, weighing 227 pounds, ANTHONY ROYAL!
As he approaches the ring, he hops onto the ring apron, looking back at the crowd, smirking and shaking his head in disgust before entering the ring. He then climbs to the nearest turnbuckle and stares out into the crowd before hopping down and receiving the microphone from Salvatore.
Anthony Royal: I shouldn't have to say this, but I am a multi-time world champion. How many times do I have to beat a guy like Malcolm M. Mitchell until he realizes that he is simply not better than me? I've been demanding good competition since I've got here, and frankly, I've received none. So, Luke Mathews, whoever you send out here better give me a good challenge, because at this rate, I'm just getting bored.
Anthony tosses the microphone back to Salvatore.
The opening riffs of 'Pour Some Sugar on me' hits, and the arena goes dark with a single pink spotlight near the entrance. As the drums hit, a familiar looking man comes out, flashing a bright smile, wearing a black pinstriped Chef's apron over his pink and black tights. He holds a tray in his hands which naturally contains samples of his cakes, that he baked to perfection.
Salvatore Pellegrino: His opponent, from Skaneateles, New York, weighing 238 pounds, he is "The Master Pâtissier", welcome back BOBO SWEETCAKES!
Mike Vincent: Bobo Sweetcakes is back! We have not seen him since AXW Supershow V, which was over a year ago. He may not be a multi-time world champion, but he was the longest reigning Adrenaline Champion before the title was retired one year ago today.
Cole Haywood: You're kidding me right? The Bobo Sweetcakes that was aligned with Olya Oglovska, he'd have a shot at beating Anthony Royal. But without her, there's no way.
He proceeds to feed the samples to the fans at ringside before sliding the tray underneath the ring. He climbs into the ring and throws his apron to the crowd.
Anthony Royal doesn't seem to know what to make of Bobo Sweetcakes. Bobo wants to lock up and Anthony obliges. Bobo sweeps the leg of Royal, slamming him back first to the mat. Royal gets back up and is greeted with a deep arm drag, Bobo keeping an armbar locked in after. Royal manages to get his foot on the rope. It's at this point where Royal realizes that Bobo is not only a masterful baker, but is also a great wrestler as well. Bobo approaches Royal but is met with a back elbow. Royal springs off the middle rope where he drives Bobo to the mat with a Tornado DDT. Royal sends Bobo to the ropes and executes a Tilt-a-Whirl Backbreaker for two. Royal lifts Bobo up for a Vertical Suplex, and follows up by going to the top turnbuckle for a Moonsault. Royal runs off the ropes for momentum, where Bobo jumps up for a leapfrog evasion and turns it into a sunset flip on Royal! Bobo gets two and as both get up, Bobo delivers the Sugar Rush (Multiple series of Punches to opponent, ending with a Palm heel uppercut). Bobo lifts Royal up for the German Suplex + Dragon Suplex + Tiger Suplex combo. Bobo heads up top where he dives off with the 220 Creme Brulee (Moonsault, but with only 220 degrees rotation instead of the usual 270, making it a high-angle Headbutt), only securing two. Bobo hooks Royal for Dolce Morte (Fisherman Suplex Piledriver), but Royal counters with a small package, getting two. The two get back up and Royal drops Bobo to the canvas with a Flapjack. Bobo gets up holding his stomach, where he is then hit with a European Uppercut followed by a Spinning Heel Kick. Royal lifts Bobo up for Lights Out (Brainbuster), but Bobo lands on his feet behind Royal. Upon Royal turning around, Bobo nails him with IDT [It's Dessert Time] (Jumping Spinning Hook Kick, with theatrics)! Bobo covers...
One!
Two!
Three!
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, BOBO SWEETCAKES!
Mike Vincent: Bobo Sweetcakes gives Anthony Royal his first singles loss in AXW!
Cole Haywood: This can't be real! Tell me I'm dreaming!
Referee Jessie McCormick raises the hand of Bobo Sweetcakes. Bobo even hugs Jessie out of pure excitement before exiting the ring, high fiving the fans as he makes his way to the back. Anthony Royal comes to, and is in a mix of shock and fury. He grabs Jessie and tries to convince her it was two, but Jessie insists it was three. Royal exits the ring, sees a fan who had not eaten their cake sample, grabs it, and throws it to the floor.

We return backstage where Craig Brooks is standing with Steve Corman. Before Craig can even begin the interview, he is forcefully pulled off frame as Duncan Aries steps in.
Steve Corman: You an interviewer now? Man, you've really hit hard times, huh?
Duncan Aries: No, I'm not an interviewer. In fact, I'm an AXW Hall of Famer. On top of that, I'm a man seeking revenge.
Steve Corman: Good luck with that. If you'll excuse me, if I'm not being interviewed, then I'm gonna head out.
Duncan Aries: Nah, you're not going anywhere. You know damn well who I want revenge against.
Steve Corman: Can't say that I do.
Duncan Aries: Quit playing dumb, asshat. You know damn well it was you and your cronies who attacked me a few months ago.
Steve Corman: There's no footage of us actually attacking you, therefore there's no evidence, therefore it wasn't us. I'm done here.
Steve Corman turns around and receives a pipe to the gut by Jonathan Fhenix. Aries, Fhenix, and Android 18 all attack and stomp away at Corman, and quickly leave the area before the rest of the Corman Guys can get to them.
Saturday, September 10, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Only on BWF Network.
“S-P-I-R-I-T
Spirit!! Let’s hear it!!
S-P-I-R-I-T
Spirit!! Let’s hear it!!”
Blue strobe lights roams around the arena like a trance as the opening tune of "Happy Song” by Bring Me The Horizon blares out of the PA system.
“LET’S GO!”
Out comes Janet Hurricane, her hoodie veil blinding her face. As the tempo gets faster and faster, we see her jumping up and down, still cannot see her face. Once we hear the lyrics, Janet reveals her face to the crowd and starts shadowing punching and kicking, feeling the energy of her theme song. She then starts walking her way to the ring, bopping her head to the music and in her own zone, not giving a damn about the fans’ reaction.
Salvatore Pellegrino: This next contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, from Charlotte, North Carolina, weighing in at 120 pounds, "The Queen of the Ravenous Generation" JANET HURRICANE!
Once she enters the ring, she takes off her hoodie and does a couple of shadow boxing, again feeling the energy of the music before it fades.
As the tune of 'No One's Gonna Find Her In The Dark', a mashup between Panic! At The Disco and Fall Out Boy, starts to play, the lights go dim. The colors of pink and purple with green lazers start to shine through the area as Velvet comes out from behind the curtain. She points out to the fans while the music continues playing. Velvet walks down the ramp giving the 'rocker' sign and gives high-fives to the fans.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Her opponent, from Las Vegas, Nevada, weighing 125 pounds, VELVET VALENTINE!
She walks up the steps and heads to the ropes. She blows a little kiss and straddles the ropes. Velvet glances into the camera and wiggles while pointing to the camera. As she gets into the ring, the chorus of her music begins to play. As the chorus is playing, Velvet is finally in the ring. She hops up onto the top turnbuckle and gives the 'rocker' sign once again, then yells at the fans to get them psyched up. She then jumps down from the turnbuckle and does a few arm stretches before the match starts.
Janet comes right out of the gate looking for a clothesline, which Velvet ducks, lifting Janet up for a German Suplex. Janet gets rocked by a Spinning Heel Kick, followed by a bridging Northern Lights Suplex for barely two. Velvet brings Janet back to the mat with a Snapmare followed by a neck snap followed by a sliding clothesline. Velvet gets a one count. Velvet sends Janet to the corner and looks for a Handspring back elbow, but Janet moves out of the way. Janet brings Velvet down with a Sitout Facebuster. Janet heads to the ropes where she nails Velvet with a Beautiful Disaster. Janet takes Velvet down with a Snap Suplex, then ascends the turnbuckles. Janet leaps off the top rope with Last Breath of Air (Diving elbow drop) and connects with the canvas as Velvet rolls out of the way. Velvet quickly heads to the top where she comes off with a Diving crossbody for a two count. Velvet brings Janet to the ropes and executes a Rope choke proceeded by a Springboard knee to the opponent's back. Velvet plants Janet to the mat with a Spinning powerbomb, earning a close two count. Velvet starts to set up the Kiss 'N Tell (Sitout double underhook facebuster), but Janet gets free and swiftly takes Velvet down with a Tropical Storm (Forward Russian Legsweep). Janet brings Velvet to the ropes where she drives Velvet to the mat with the Cry of Terror(Rope-hung DDT). Janet stalks her prey and when Velvet gets to her feet, Janet traps her in a Full Nelson, before connecting with 15 seconds of Fame (Masterlock turned into backcracker).
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, JANET HURRICANE!
Mike Vincent: Janet Hurricane picking up a hard fought victory tonight, certainly backing up that she should be in line for an AXW Women's Championship Match.
Cole Haywood: The result will be the same as Rise, Hailey Harris will come out on top, whether she's facing Janet Hurricane, Katsuko Nakamoto, or anyone else.
Brian Sullivan raises the arm of Janet Hurricane. She steps up onto a couple turnbuckles, raising her arms into the air. Suddenly, "Happy Song" turns into "Megitsune".
Katsuko Nakamoto makes her way back down to the ring, wielding a microphone. She steps into the ring and confronts Janet.
Katsuko Nakamoto: Anata wa ōkina misu o okashimashita. Anata wa sore o kōkai shimasu.
[Translation: You've made a big mistake. You will regret it.]
Janet, who probably doesn't understand Japanese and doesn't get the luxury of subtitles, disregards whatever was said and pushes Katsuko to the side to exit the ring. Katsuko grabs Janet and pull her down to the mat, locking her in Kitsune Ni Kama (Kimura Lock)! Several officials come down to force Katsuko to break the hold before we fade backstage.

David Slayton and Gabe Shelley are talking to each other.
David Slayton: You'll get your revenge.
Gabe Shelley: Yeah, I know I will. I'm gonna show Jack Adams he isn't as tough as he thinks he is. What about you?
David Slayton: You know what? I lost fair and square. I can admit that. I just gotta work my way back up.
They both look off frame.
David Slayton: Well look who it is.
Bobo Sweetcakes walks into frame.
Bobo Sweetcakes: Look, I'm not here to fight you. I've realized the error of ways, and I'm here to apologize.
David Slayton: Say no more. Water under the bridge. It's good to see you.
Gabe Shelley: Apologize for what?
David Slayton: Oh, Gabe, this is Bobo Sweetcakes. Bobo, this is Gabe Shelley. He's apologizing because, well, I'll try to keep this as short as I can. It all started at AXW Supershow II when I beat him for the Adrenaline Championship. He then aligns himself with this Russian chick, you know, Olya Oglovska, and he pretty much stabs me in the back, causing me to lose the title to this French-Canadian guy. We had this big feud that lasted until AXW Supershow V, where me and Jay beat him and Olya. After that, he left AXW.
Bobo Sweetcakes: That reminds me, I got you this cake.
Bobo pulls out a full cake, seemingly from out of nowhere, and hands it to Dave.
David Slayton: "Sorry For Stabbing You in the Back for a Russian Chick." Aw, Bobo, you shouldn't have.
Gabe Shelley: ..where did that cake even come from?
Bobo Sweetcakes: You're the guy with the pregnant wife right? Hey, congratulations. I got you a cake too.
He brings another cake into frame, handing it to Gabe.
Gabe Shelley: ..."Congratulations on Knocking Up Your Wife"...
Bobo Sweetcakes: Hey, if you guys need a pâtissier for the baby shower, just give me a call, I'm your man.
Gabe Shelley: Yeah, I'll pass that info on to Katie, thanks.
In the background, we see Olya Oglovska walking towards the scene, but when she realizes what's in front of her, she decides to quickly go a different direction. We go back to ringside.

As Daniel Licht’s “Hide Your Tears” opens with a sweet Spanish guitar lick, the lights dim into a golden hue, as elegant script spelling out “The Tragic Hero” flashes over the video wall. Fhenix emerges, his back to us, clad in a golden wrestling robe. He turns as the song gets a bit darker and heavier in tone, golden pyros raining down behind him as he poses, arms outstretched with a smirk. He walks to the ring with smooth confidence, entering the ring and scaling a turnbuckle, actually cupping an ear and egging on the crowd for more hatred before leaping off with a sinister smirk, which slowly turns into an eerily focused, stern glance, a mastermind considering strategy before his match begins, his music fading out.
"Code Red" by Nonpoint blares as a red light shines down on the ramp, flashing and flickering as Bruiser Lazzou emerges to a chorus of boos in a black singlet with a red hazard symbol on it, cracking his knuckles and then slapping his face, roaring and then pounding his chest before heading to the ring, yelling "OPEN FOR BUSINESS!" to fans, some of the younger ones still so traumatized by this once beloved hero. He enters the ring and runs the ropes, stomping his feet like a bull and roaring once again with his arms extended and his head tilted back, roaring once more as his music fades out.
Salvatore Pellegrino: This is your Main Event scheduled for one fall, and it is for the AXW Xperience Championship!
Jonathan prevents Salvatore from continuing the introduction, we hear him ask "Before any other shit goes down, you're sure this is one-on-one?" To which Sal simply nods his head.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Introducing first, the challenger, representing the Alliance of Truth, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, weighing in at 240 pounds, "The Tragic Hero" JONATHAN FHENIX!
Jonathan is simply focused on getting his championship back.
Salvatore Pellegrino: His opponent, from Augusta, Maine, weighing in at 325 pounds, he is the defending AXW Xperience Champion, BRUISER LAZZOU!
Bruiser raises his championship high.
Fhenix throws punches at Lazzou, then runs to the ropes where Lazzou foils his plans by taking him down with a big boot. Fhenix gets back up and is taken back down with a DDT. Lazzou runs to the ropes where Fhenix catches him with a drop toe hold. Fhenix keeps Lazzou grounded with some elbows to the head. Fhenix runs the ropes before delivering a jumping knee drop. Fhenix runs the ropes once more, this time to deliver a Shining wizard, which gets him barely two. Fhenix hits a dropkick to Lazzou, sending him staggering back towards the ropes. Fhenix hits Lazzou with some knife edge chops. Lazzou looks to fight back with a clothesline, which Fhenix ducks, and Fhenix manages to lift the big man up for a Release German suplex. Fhenix gets a two count off of it, and then locks Lazzou in a Triangle choke. Lazzou isn't in the hold for too long, as he's able to get to his feet and turn it into Deadliest Catch (Double Powerbomb). Lazzou runs the ropes and jumps into the air, falling onto Fhenix with Bruising Bodies (Big Splash) for a two count. Lazzou picks Fhenix up for a scoop slam, then heads up to the high rent district. Lazzou comes off the top with the Maine Moonsault (Top Rope Vader Style Moonsault). Fhenix manages to kick out once again. Lazzou waits for Fhenix to get to his feet before bouncing off the ropes. Fhenix looks to catch him with a clothesline, Lazzou ducks and keeps running, on the rebound he nearly takes Fhenix out of his boots with a strong style lariat. Lazzou decides it's time to finish it, he hoists Fhenix onto his shoulders and then climbs the turnbuckles. Before Lazzou can jump off for Bruised and Battered(Top Rope Samoan Drop), Fhenix elbows himself free and shoves Lazzou back down into the ring. Fhenix dives off and Lazzou catches him, slamming him hard to the canvas with a spinebuster. Lazzou climbs to the second rope where he squishes Fhenix with the Bruiser Bomb (Vader Bomb)! Matt Baker is there to count the three.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, and STILL the AXW Xperience Champion, BRUISER LAZZOU!
Mike Vincent: Bruiser Lazzou looking to prove he can still hang around, and he did so in this match.
Cole Haywood: Bruiser Lazzou is lucky to even be champion, Jonathan Fhenix never should have defended the Xperience Championship in a triple threat to begin with.
Mike Vincent: This win means Bruiser Lazzou will defend the Xperience Championship next week against Destiny Maverick, formerly Destiny Figgins, who has agreed to face the winner of this match as her rematch for the title.
Cole Haywood: We learned that earlier today on Twitter, and all I gotta say is Destiny must want to spend the rest of her life in a wheelchair if she agrees to step in the ring with Lazzou one-on-one.
Lazzou snatches the title from Baker, and heads out of the ring. He'll do his celebrating once his 90 days are up. Jonathan Fhenix is starting to get up, only to be taken right back down to the mat with a Faceplant (Fame Asser)!
Mike Vincent: Malcolm M. Mitchell from out of nowhere! The Alliance of Truth certainly don't have a shortage in enemies, that's for sure.
Cole Haywood: Blatant cheap attack.
Duncan and A18 have run down to the ring, but at this point Malcolm has jumped the barricade and is long gone. However, Jack Adams and Damien Steele rush the ring to get revenge on AoT from earlier. They brought chairs with them, and do not hold back on wailing Aries, A18, and even the already downed Fhenix with them. The AoT members are removed from the ring as Steele and Adams stand tall.
Mike Vincent: Just pure chaos everywhere! That's all we have, tune back next week where Lethal Weapons defend the AXW Tag Team Championships against Austin Graves, Bruiser Lazzou defends the AXW Xperience Championship against Destiny Maverick, and more! Good night!
