Houston, Texas
Episode XLVIII
Pyro blasts from the stage and Alternatron, before the cameras swoop across the crowd, showing the fans, their signs, and their merch.
Mike Vincent: This is the last stop before Anarchy, AXW comes to you live from Houston, Texas! I'm Mike Vincent joined by Cole Haywood.
Cole Haywood: Anarchy's gonna be great, but before then, we got some great action for you here, and we're gonna get right to it.
The opening chords of "The Right Direction" by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus rolls throughout the arena. There’s a fountain of pyro at the three second mark as the song hits. Three spotlights shine and revolve around as if searching for someone, and the fans are on their feet, cheering in anticipation for the hero they know is coming. At the seven second mark, the hooded figure steps from behind the curtain and through the pyro looking down. The song builds to the fourteen second mark as he throws his hood back and arms out, fired up, as there’s a loud pop of orange and white pyro from the stage. Gabe Shelley responds to the cheers of the fans by pounding his chest and pointing out to them. The fans are positively crazy about Gabe. He begins to make his way to the ring and is sure to tap hands of fans on the ramp.
Salvatore Pellegrino: This tag team contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, representing Tru Revolution, from Columbus, Ohio, weighing in at 220 pounds, here is "the reVolution" GABE SHELLEY!
I will never understand the path you chose
Chemical parasitic waste inside your bowels
So wrap it up while you still can
While you got the offer in
I just can't believe
That you'd throw it all away
Now you falsely return today
As you're falling on your face
Shelley makes his way up the steel steps and jumps to the second turnbuckle and looks around the arena with a smile on his face. He jumps into the ring as his hood comes back up, landing on his feet. He goes to the middle of the ropes ropes facing camera side and jumps to the second one. He flips the hood back once again and makes finger guns at the camera and fires with a wink.
"Remedy" by Seether plays of the P.A. system as the camera pans over the arena stopping at the entrance way as Danny Hall, sporting a fur vest, strolls down to the ring stopping sometimes to yell at children,
Salvatore Pellegrino: His partner, from Camden, Tennessee, weighing in at 220 pounds, he is the AXW Light Heavyweight Champion, BWF Chaos Theory Champion, and "Mr. Most Hated" DANNY HALL!
then when he gets to the ring he rolls under the bottom rope to sit in the corner then he stands up.....in the corner.
"Too Drunk to Fuck" by the Dead Kennedys kicks in as a smirking Jack Adams comes jogging out from the back. He looks at the crowd, laughing to himself as he walks to the ring, all the while Adams is goading the fans and prevoking them, daring them to punch him, before feigning punching them himself. Generally, just being a bully.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Their opponents are representing the Steve Corman Guys, introducing first, from Fort Payne, Alabama, weighing in at 230 pounds, he is "The Last Real Man" JACK ADAMS!
Adams slides into the ring and being the dick he is, just yells to the hard camera "LAST REAL MAN ALIVE!"
The lights all go out and "Miseria Cantare" by AFI starts as a single spotlight shines on the entrance as Damien Steele is standing in the entrance hair in front of his face as at the 45 second mark of the song. Damien flips his hair back and starts to walk down to the ring, as the words of the song start.
LOVE... YOUR HATE...
Salvatore Pellegrino: From Chicago, Illinois, weighing 221 pounds, he is "The Vicious One" DAMIEN STEELE!
Damien Steele makes no connection to any fans that might be throwing insults his way, almost as if he is only focused on the ring, and more specifically his opponent.
YOUR... FAITH LOST...
Steele reaches the ring as he walks around to the steps.
YOU... ARE NOW...
Damien waits at the bottom of the steps keeping his eyes on his opponent.
ONE... OF US...
A wicked smile comes across his face as the words of the song repeat again just a little bit faster this time.
LOVE... YOUR HATE... YOUR... FAITH LOST... YOU... ARE NOW... ONE... OF US...
Steele takes one step up the steps, still keeping his eyes locked on his opponent till he reaches the top step and wipes his feet before entering the ring never taking his eyes off his opponent.
Jack Adams and Gabe Shelley begin the match. The two circle the ring completely and Jack tags in Steele. Shelley shrugs his shoulders in dismay, while Jack has a sly smile across his face. Shelley and Steele tie up, with Steele getting a headlock, then Shelley shoving him off into the ropes. Steele tries a clothesline, but Shelley sidesteps and dropkicks Steele instead. Both men back to their feet, Steele charges and Shelley catches him for a belly to back suplex! Again, both men back to their feet, though Steele is slow to get up and Shelley lifts him up for a scoop slam, then tags in Danny Hall! Hall delivers a running knee to Steele as he’s getting up, then goes for the pin: 2 count. Hall pulls Steele back to his feet and Steele thumbs him in the eye, but the ref misses it, and Steele quickly capitalizes with a Falcon Arrow! Steele drops an elbow to Hall’s chest, then drags him to Adams and makes the tag. Adams drops down and delivers punches, then wrenches Hall’s head with a headlock on the mat. Hall is able to fight back to his feet, but Adams delivers a knee to the gut and a delayed suplex. Then, Adams begins to pull his knee pad down, but when he goes for the knee trembler, Hall ducks it and dives to tag in Shelley! Shelley comes in and clotheslines Adams, knocks Steele off the apron, another clothesline to Adams, and he shows the fans that he’s feeling it with a primal yell! He goes for the Jersey Cutter (Twist of Fate), but Adams shoves him off, directly into the ref. Shelley is able to catcht he ref and keep from hurting him, but it was all the advantage Adams and Steele needed. A tag is made behind Shelley’s back, and the ref sees it. Adams goes for a clothesline, but Shelley ducks it, only for Steele to hit him with a springboard knee strike to the back of the head! Planted face-first on the ground, Steele sees his opportunity, and hits Shelley with the Loony Stomp (Blackout), followed by the three count on the pin while Adams keeps Hall from breaking the count.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here are your winners, THE STEVE CORMAN GUYS!
Mike Vincent: Steele and Adams pick up the momentum as they head into Anarchy.
Cole Haywood: Did you expect anything different? Steele and Adams have teamed before, they ride with each other, and of course have the tutelage of Steve Corman. On the other hand, Danny Hall doesn't even know how to spell Gabe Shelley's name.
[/center]
Damien Steele and Jack Adams have their hands raised. They exit the ring with Damien backing up the ramp, ghost belting, with Jack pointing at him saying "Next Light Heavyweight champ!"

Renee Peltier is backstage with Ryan Starr, who is leaning against a wall, constanly being aware of his surroundings.
Renee Peltier: Ryan, I want to go back to Rise when you and Austin lost the AXW Tag Team Championships. What was going through your mind when Austin picked you up and delivered a C2G?
Ryan Starr: You know I think deep down, there was a part of me that was expecting it. When Austin and I started teaming, he wasn't the same Austin Graves you saw in ASW or PWR. Then as time passes, I see him going back to those roots. At the end of the day, I'm not surprised one bit that he did it. But I'm not gonna sit back and be just another victim of Austin Graves, I'm gonna take action and try to give him a taste of his own medicine.
Renee Peltier: How are you feeling after the backstage attack a couple weeks ago?
Ryan Starr: Oh, I feel great. That was just further motive for me to really stick it to him.
Renee Peltier: Thank you for the time.
Renee walks away. A door next to Ryan flies open, Austin Graves emerging as he looks to finish what he started, but Ryan saw it coming and came prepared, as he cracks Austin upside the head with a chair! Ryan unloads on Austin with the chair until officials intervene and back Ryan off.

The opening riffs of 'Pour Some Sugar on me' hits, and the arena goes dark with a single pink spotlight near the entrance. As the drums hit, Bobo comes out, flashing a bright smile, wearing a black pinstriped Chef's apron over his pink and black tights. He holds a tray in his hands which naturally contains samples of his cakes, that he baked to perfection.
Salvatore Pellegrino: This next contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, from Skaneateles, New York weighing 238 pounds, "The Master Pâtissier" BOBO SWEETCAKES!
He proceeds to feed the samples to the fans at ringside before sliding the tray underneath the ring. He climbs into the ring and throws his apron to the crowd.
“Say Hello” blares over the PA system as Anthony Royal slowly emerges through the curtain. He smirks and throws his arms above his head before strutting down the ramp. He mostly ignores the crowd, only occasionally taking the time to mock and berate them.
Salvatore Pellegrino: His opponent, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, weighing 227 pounds, ANTHONY ROYAL!
As he approaches the ring, he hops onto the ring apron, looking back at the crowd, smirking and shaking his head in disgust before entering the ring. He then climbs to the nearest turnbuckle and stares out into the crowd before hopping down and waiting for the match to begin.
Before the bell can be called, Royal jumps Bobo. Royal is pummeling Bobo, before throwing him out of the ring. Royal grabs Bobo and drives him into the ring steps. He grabs him again and throws him into the barricade. He picks him back up and slams him into the ring post. Several officials come down to keep Royal away. Royal grabs a microphone.
Anthony Royal: This is just a "taste" of things to come. Bobo, you'll get more at Anarchy.
Royal chucks his microphone in the direction of Bobo, where several people are checking on him. We head to commercial.

thebwf.proboards.com/board/57/alternative-xperience-wrestling
We return to Brad Adams standing with Destiny Maverick. Destiny takes the microphone from Brad.
Destiny Maverick: Thank you, but I got this. I'll keep this short and sweet. Android, if it's your mission to rid AXW of all us BWF-grown stars, you're not doing a good job. Like, at all. I beat you once, and I'm willing to bet I can beat you again. So at Anarchy, you can try to send me packing again, but I'm not going anywhere.

Failure by Breaking Benjamin fades into play in the arena. The lights dim as a spotlight centers up on the stage. 17 seconds into the song, pyros go off on either side of the stage and Clifford Bradley bursts onto the stage.
Bradley walks down the ramp, a smirk on his faces, completely ignoring the fans to either side of him. He uses the stairs to climb to the apron, demanding the ref to come and open up the ropes for him when entering the ring, and then goes directly to his corner to await the beginning of the match.
"Code Red" by Nonpoint blares as a red light shines down on the ramp, flashing and flickering as Bruiser Lazzou emerges to a chorus of boos in a black singlet with a red hazard symbol on it, cracking his knuckles and then slapping his face, roaring and then pounding his chest before heading to the ring, yelling "OPEN FOR BUSINESS!" to fans, some of the younger ones still so traumatized by this once beloved hero. He enters the ring and runs the ropes, stomping his feet like a bull and roaring once again with his arms extended and his head tilted back, roaring once more as his music fades out.
Salvatore Pellegrino: This next contest is scheduled for one fall, and is for the AXW Xperience Championship! Introducing first, the challenger, accompanied to the ring by Alyssa Liles, from Miami, Florida, weighing 218 pounds, CLIFFORD BRADLEY!
Clifford raises his arms, soaking in the crowd's reaction.
Salvatore Pellegrino: His opponent, from Augusta, Maine, weighing in at 325 pounds, he is the defending AXW Xperience Champion, BRUISER LAZZOU!
Bruiser raises his championship high.
Much like he did against previous opponents, Bruiser allows his opponent to get in some free shots. Clifford hits Bruiser with some Elbow and forearm strikes to the face. Clifford hits a Dropkick that causes Bruiser to stagger back to the ropes. Clifford runs at Lazzou who sends Clifford over the top rope. Clifford stays on the apron and slingshots back in and hits Lazzou with a Spinning Wheel Kick that takes Lazzou off his feet. Clifford goes for a cover and doesn't even get one. Clifford tries for a DDT, but Bruiser lifts him up and tosses him off, letting him free fall to the mat. Bruiser wraps his hands around Clifford's neck and throws him across the ring with a choke toss. Clifford gets up in the corner and is suddenly crushed by the weight of Lazzou. Lazzou slams Bradley down with a powerbomb, earning a two count. Lazzou lifts Bradley up for a running powerslam, but Bradley slips through. Clifford manages to lift Lazzou up for a German Suplex! Lazzou is getting back up but Bradley keeps him down with a Running bulldog. Bradley tries to hook the big arms of Lazzou for Cash Out (The Miz’s Skull Crushing Finale), but he can't get the arms locked and Lazzou fights out of it. Lazzou lifts Bradley up for a sidewalk slam. Lazzou runs the ropes and delivers a Bruising Bodies (Big Splash). Clifford manages to get a shoulder up at two. Lazzou goes back off the ropes and clobbers Bradley with a strong style lariat(Clothesline From Hell). Lazzou lifts Bradley onto his shoulders and heads to the corner as he's looking for Bruised and Battered(Top Rope Samoan Drop). Before he can start the climb up the turnbuckles Bradley slips free and takes Lazzou down with a Bruised and Battered(Top Rope Samoan Drop). Bradley sees Chaz Anix has come down to ringside and is talking to Alyssa Liles, who seems disinterested and wants him to leave her alone. Clifford is distracted by this which allows Lazzou to attack him from behind. Lazzou lifts Bradley up and slams him with a running powerslam. Lazzou climbs the ropes and jumps off with a Bruiser Bomb (Vader Splash), Clifford doesn't kick out.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, and STILL the AXW Xperience Champion, BRUISER LAZZOU!
Mike Vincent: The distraction from Chaz Anix costs Clifford Bradley the chance to be Xperience Champion.
Cole Haywood: Which was a dumb move on behalf of Chaz Anix. He knows he's facing Clifford Bradley at Anarchy, and in the slim chance Bradley did beat Lazzou, then Anix vs. Bradley surely would have been for the title.
Lazzou takes his title and leaves, as he does. Anix starts to leave, shrugging and saying, "Tough luck, man."

We cut backstage where Trent Mathews is talking to Sam De Santa.
Trent Mathews: First, I lose to Lazzou. That, I can accept. It wasn't my first time in the ring with him, I know he's a monster that's tough to beat. But now I lose to Ben Eatr? The guy's done jack shit. He's named after an autonomous robot that they cancelled development on. I didn't bring you on just so I could lose, in fact, I shouldn't have even lost the Light Heavyweight Championship.
Sam De Santa: I'm fully aware of this Trent. You think I don't know that you losing means I'm out of a job?
Trent Mathews: If things keep going this way, then yes, you'll be gone.
Sam De Santa: Yeah, and then what, Trent? You'll just be losing on your own while I'll just bring someone else to greatness. This is a small speed bump that in the long run, you won't need to worry about.
Trent Mathews: It better be.
UPCOMING MAJOR BWF NETWORK EVENTS
THIS MONDAY
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 10
The opening beat of "ultranumb" by Blue Stahli as the crowd goes in a frenzy, hyped to see the arrival of "The World Warrior" The cameras focused on the countdown clock shown in the titantron while we hear a voice say, "Ultranumb"
"THREE. THREe, THRee, THree,Three
"TWO, TWO., two two
ONE"
"YOU WANT IT ALL RIGHT NOW"
The lights starts to flicker before coming back to normal as Justin Wyndham comes out with a smile on his face. He bends down on both knees and looks at his imaginary "watch" before getting up and does a cut throat sign.
Salvatore Pellegrino: This next contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, representing Lethal Weapons, from Cloverleaf, Texas, weighing 210 pounds, he is one-half of the AXW Tag Team Champions, "The World Warrior" JUSTIN WYNDHAM!
He then gets up before running down to the ring in full speed. Once he enters the ring, he bangs his head to the nearest turnbuckle, hyping himself up before looking back at the crowd with a sick smile. He then climbs at the turnbuckle and does the cuthroat sign before getting off and waiting for his match to start
Through flashing reds and blues, Mac emerges, thrusting his arms up and down doing “The Mario” as “Save The Dinosaurs” by Daniel Tidwell blares.
Salvatore Pellegrino: His opponent, representing the Nintendudes, from Redmond, Washington, weighing 240 pounds, "Player One" MAC ICARUS!
Mac enters the ring, doing a jump right out of Super Mario Bros, fist in the air before stomping back over to his corner, the music fading out.
The two lock up with the larger Mac getting Justin in a side headlock. Justin tries pushing him off but MAc doesn't break his grip. Mac takes Justin down with the side headlock takedown, then a snapmare followed by dropkick to the back. Mac lifts Justin up for a big full nelson slam and gets a two count. Mac whips Justin to the corner and follows after, but Justin gets his foot up and kicks the oncoming Mac. Justin pulls himself up to the top rope and leaps off with Bound for Glory(360° corkscrew back elbow smash). Justin hooks the arms of Mac before connecting with a Tiger Suplex. Mac kicks out of the bridged pin at two. Mac tries to get back on offense with a clothesline, Justin ducks it and promptly takes Mac down with a Ranhei, another two count. Justin has Mac hooked for a suplex, but Mac counters with The Triforce Of Suplex (Three Amigos Suplex). Mac runs to the ropes for a running leg drop. Mac lifts Justin up and drops him on the top turnbuckle with Snake Eyes followed by high belly to belly suplex. Justin is able to get to his feet and stumbles into a spinning spinebuster, kicking out at two. Justin is nailed with a Blaster Master (Ghetto Blaster). Mac looks to set up the Warp Zone (Cross Rhodes), but Justin twists out of it. Justin catches Mac off guard with a Palm thrust to the throat and plants him with a DDT. Mac gets back to a vertical base only to be hit with a Kenka Kick, which Justin follows up with the World's Most Wanted(Steve Vick' like Superkick)! Mac drops to the mat and Justin hooks a leg.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, JUSTIN WYNDHAM!
Mike Vincent: Despite the loss, Mac Icarus looked great in there against Justin Wyndham. Say what you will about The Nintendudes, but they very well could be the future of the tag team division.
Cole Haywood: As long as Lethal Weapons are around, they won't be. Justin may not be my favorite but he has proved his worth here as a former two-time AXW Champion and now AXW Tag Team Champion. Add TO'A to the mix, and you have perhaps the greatest tag team to embrace an AXW ring.
Justin is handed his AXW Tag Team Championship and raises it high, climbing a turnbuckle as well. He climbs down and Mac Icarus is back to his feet. Mac offers his hand for a handshake. Justin takes a moment, but accepts it. Mac exits the ring, leaving it to the victor.

Max Kilburne is backstage with David Slayton.
Max Kilburne: As you can see I'm joined by Tru Revolution member, David Slayton. David, as it stands right now, you are not scheduled for a match at Anarchy. How do you feel about that?
David Slayton: When it comes to pay-per-view, every competitor wants to be on that card, and I'm no exception. On the flip side, I have spent a lot of time in the sun here in AXW. I've been here a little over two years now, and in that time I've won a total of five championships. No one else here has that same feat. With that said, I feel I should be on the card somewhere. You might notice that there's a title with no contender at the moment. So right here, right now, I'm going to challenge Bruiser Lazzou to a match at Anarchy, and look to capture my sixth championship here.
Max Kilburne: Do you have a strategy for Bruiser Lazzou?
David Slayton: Fatigue. See, he's defended his championship every single week. No other champion has done that. Even when I was Xperience Champion, there were weeks where I didn't defend the title, and the same applies to the other holders of the title. Surely that's got to catch up to him, and hopefully that's at Anarchy.

"Hear Me Now" plays throughout the arena, and out walks Malcolm M. Mitchell, not going through with his usual entrance, he makes a b-line right to the ring.
Salvatore Pellegrino: This is your Main Event scheduled for one fall, introducing first, from Riviera Beach, Florida, weighing 214 pounds, MALCOLM M. MITCHELL!
Malcolm slides into the ring and paces back and forth.
The arena lights descend to darkness, as the tron displays an old black and white vision of an apocalyptic scene, as within a broken building we hear the crackle and zap of electricity, pulses of computers, as there, standing before the rubble is a figure in a denim jacket and tattered denim jeans. The figure turns slowly, and forms a smirk from under a pair of black Aviator shades.
"Not even God can save you.."
The crowd roars to "Not Even God" by Digital Summer, as some are booing, some cheering, an ice blue hue filling the ramp and entrance, a thin mist that under a spotlight has an eerie glow for one Duncan Aries! Aries has his back to us, looking down, before spinning around, arms crossed and head cocked in a smirk.
Salvatore Pellegrino: His opponent, representing The Alliance of Truth, from San Diego, California, weighing 238 pounds, AXW Hall of Famer, "The Wild Card" DUNCAN ARIES!
Aries strides to the ring, paying no mind before tossing his shades into the crowd and leaping onto the apron. Entering the ring, Aries spins around, basking in the glow of the reaction, positive or negative, tossing off his jacket, yelling out "Because I'm Duncan Aries, motherfuckers!" as "Not Even God" fades out.
Malcolm immediately attacks Aries, but Aries fights back with some of his left and right hooks. Aries nails Malcolm with a roundhouse kick. Aries lifts Malcolm up for a back suplex. Malcolm starts to get back up but Aries hits some stiff kicks to the sternum of his kneeled opponent. Aries lifts Malcolm up for a double powerbomb, getting a two count. Aries sends Malcolm to the ropes and looks for a back body drop, but Malcolm counters with a sunset flip, getting a two count of his own. Aries throws a punch which Malcolm ducks, Malcolm lifting Aries up for a Blue Thunder Bomb. Malcolm stays on the attack as he slams Aries to the mat with a T-Bone Suplex. Malcolm jumps up into the air for a Double Knee Drop to the chest. Malcolm locks Aries in a cravate, and brings Aries to his feet, before bringing him back down with a Cutter. Malcolm mounts Aries and starts to hammer away with punches, until Aries changes the momentum and does the same to Malcolm. After Matt Baker forces a break Aries hits Malcolm with a European uppercut. Aries hooks Malcolm's head and delivers an Orton style backbreaker. Aries drives Malcolm to the mat with a snap suplex. Aries climbs to the second rope and comes off with the Hart style elbow. After an unsuccessful pin attempt, Aries lifts Malcolm for a German suplex, but Malcolm flips out and lands on his feet. Malcolm takes Aries down with a Zigzag. Aries twists the arm of Aries before planting him with a Hammerlock DDT. Malcolm lifts Aries up and Aries kicks Malcolm in the gut. Aries runs off the ropes but Malcolm quickly scoops him up onto his shoulders, and drops him to the mat with the Firebomb (Fireman Carry Powerbomb)!
One!
Two!
Unfortunately, the finisher of Malcolm's wife was not enough to put Aries away. Malcolm immediately backs to a corner and pulls his knee pad down. Malcolm starts to run across the ring for Sleep Tight (Busaiku Knee Kick), but is suddenly lifted into The Tragic Hero (Hard irish whip spun into a tilt a whirl sideslam but flowed through into an RKO) from Jonathan Fhenix!
Salvatore Pellegrino: Your winner by disqualification, Malcolm M. Mitchell!
Mike Vincent: Jonathan Fhenix comes from out of nowhere and costs Malcolm the match, of course you can't expect a clean match when it comes to the Alliance of Truth.
Cole Haywood: Jonathan Fhenix is getting some revenge from last week when Zoey Mathews-Mitchell rudely attacked him with a kendo stick!
Mike Vincent: He entered their home without their permission, Cole.
Cole Haywood: Details.
Fhenix and Aries stomp away at Malcolm, before dumping him from the ring. The two, along with Android 18 who comes down to support the team, stand tall in the ring. That is until Malcolm re-enters the ring behind their backs, and wails on all of them with a kendo stick! AoT escape the ring. Jonathan says "Enjoy this moment, because you're done at Anarchy!"
Malcolm stands tall in the ring, with the fans on his side.
Mike Vincent: Thank you for tuning in to this last show before Anarchy, you can watch Anarchy live on Spetember 10 on the BWF Network! Goodnight!
