San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, Mexico
Episode XLVIII
A solid matchup between the two light heavyweights. From Ryan we saw Swinging neckbreaker, Tornado DDT, Double knee backbreaker, Double jump moonsault, Sunset flip powerbomb. Cloud's offense included pele kick, Sitout Facebuster, Lighting Strikes Twice (Pepsi Twist), Cloud 9 (Diving Moonsault to standing opponent), and Springboard Flash Kick. The match concludes when Austin Graves intervenes and lays each man out with a Cradle 2 Grave (Package Piledriver). Austin's attack is of course more focused on Ryan, before security comes down to keep Austin away.
Winner: No Contest

Rivals Velvet Valentine and Olya Oglovska are backstage discussing that they need to put differences aside as they have a new common enemy in Rochelle. They appear to be on the same page for once and agree Rochelle needs to be taken out of the equation.

These two put on a hard hitting contest, from Royal we see Tilt-a-Whirl Backbreaker, German Suplex, Flying Knee, Spinning Heel Kick, and Half Boston Crab. Jesus's offense includes Palm Strikes, Rope Assisted Swinging Neckbreaker, Praise Jesus (Hand on Forehead + Snap STO), and a Powerbomb. The conclusion of the match comes when Jesus tries locking in #PRAISED (Scorpion Crosslock), but Royal managed to crawl to the ropes before it was locked in. Royal would hit Jesus with a back elbow before planting him with Royal Mutilation (Shelton Benjamin’s “Pay Dirt”).
Winner: Anthony Royal
We return from the ad break where Ben Eatr is being interviewed by Renee Peltier. He talks about his Light Heavyweight Championship Match later tonight and how he's not gonna let the fact that there's two champions get to him, and that he is capable of defeating either Hall or Stone, and is prepared to face either one (or both).
-----
Another competitive match that sees a German Suplex + Dragon Suplex + Tiger Suplex, Leapfrog evasion into Sunset Flip, Dough Toss (Release Gutwrench Suplex on turnbuckle), and Vertical Suplex feint into a Neckbreaker from Bobo. From Billy we see moves such as Lifting Reverse DDT, Belly to back side slam, Argentine Neckbreaker, and Beefbuster (Spinning Double-Handed Chokebuster). Bobo ends up drop toe holding Billy and locks in The Sweetner (STF with Cobra Clutch) for the victory.
Winner: Bobo Sweetcakes

Katsuko Nakamoto is backstage preparing for her upcoming match. Lizzy Knoxxx approaches her, and says that Katsuko has created a lot of buzz since she debuted. Lizzy understands Katsuko is already booked for tonight, but Lizzy would love to face her in a match next week. Lizzy extends her hand, and Katsuko shakes it, accepting her challenge.
The two youngest members of the AXW roster, still technically teenagers as the 19 year old Katsuko faces the one day away from 19 year old Rochelle. Another back and forth match with both women wanting to elevate themselves within the division. Maneuvers from Katsuko include Butterfly Suplex, Tiger Suplex, Various Kicks, Hātosutoppā (Kairi Hojo-style Diving Elbow Drop), Tiger Bomb, and Megitsune Kick (Bakatare Sliding Kick. Will double rope bounce to pick up speed.). Rochelle's offense includes Swinging Neckbreaker, Lotus Lock, Diving Crossbody, I.P.A (I'm Prettier Anyway) [Sitout Facebuster], Corner Slingshot Splash, Best Assault Ever [Jumping Hip Attack, to an oncoming opponent]. While Rochelle is in control, she gets distracted by Olya Oglovska and Velvet Valentine who make their way down to ringside. This allows Katsuko to roll Rochelle up for a three count. Katsuko leaves the ring, leaving Rochelle behind furious. Velvet tries to enter the ring but Olya stops her, then tries to enter the ring herself, before Velvet stops her. Both want to get some revenge on Rochelle but are no longer on the same page they were earlier, allowing Rochelle to dive out onto them with a crossbody. Rochelle throws Velvet into the stairs and Olya into the barricade, before backing up the ramp, mouthing the words to the chorus of her theme song "Boss Bitch".
Winner: Katsuko Nakamoto

Danny Hall is backstage, title on each shoulder, doing something on his phone when Craig Brooks approaches him. Craig says that he would have accepted the open challenge but ended up being held up at the Twinkie Convention, and is perhaps no longer eligible due to the vast amount of Twinkies he ate. In the actual interview portion, Danny says that the only relevance Acer Stone will ever have is being paired with The Great Danny Hall. Danny says Acer will fall back into irrelevancy soon enough while Danny Hall continues to be the best thing going in all of professional wrestling.

Bray Coleman and Gabe Shelley lock it up, with Shelley able to get behind Bray and lock him in a waist lock, but Bray fights out of it with elbows to Shelley’s head. Bray runs the ropes and tries for a crossbody, but Shelley catches him and scoop slams him instead! Then, Shelley drops a knee on Bray’s face, followed with a headlock. He pulls Bray to his feet, drags him to Slayton, and makes the tag. Shelley chicken wings Bray while Slayton tees off on him with three or four punches, then Shelley lets go and exits. Slayton continues his assault with a takedown and mounted punches! He is forced to stop by the referee, so Slayton promptly takes in Shelley, who springboards in for I’m a Bird, Mother Fucker! (Springboard Leg Drop From Apron), then goes for the pin, only to get a short two count. Shelley tags in Slayton, who enters and hits a jumping elbow drop, then tries another pin, but again Bray kicks out! A quick tag to Shelley, followed by Slayton knocking Veaga off the apron, and suddenly, Shelley is looking for The reVolt (cradle shock)! Bray battles out of it, delivering a knee to the head and then slipping off his shoulders. Shelley whips around and Bray delivers a quick belly-to-belly!
Both men are down and Veaga is getting back to the apron. Bray crawls his way to Veaga and makes the tag as Shelley gets to his feet. Veaga takes Shelley down with a big boot. Slayton enters the ring and gets shoulder blocked to the mat. He’s back to his feet and again he’s knocked down, then Veaga delivers the elbow drop to his chest. He pulls Slayton to his feet again and launches him over the top rope, but the distraction of Slayton was enough to let Shelley back to his feet. Veaga turns around and Shelley delivers a cannon ball (similar to codebreaker, but knees to the opponent’s chest) to him! As Shelley gets back up, however, it’s Bray Coleman flying in from the top rope with a Karnival Kross (diving crossbody)! Shelley rolls out of the ring, while Slayton slides in, and gives Bray a kick to the gut and an impaler DDT! Bray rolls out as well, but again – the time allowed Veaga to his feet. He surprises Slayton with a Strongman Spinebuster! Veaga then sets Slayton up for the Death Breaker (Gory Special reverse STO) and connects! The pin comes in, but the ref doesn’t count and Veaga gets up and into the ref’s face, not realizing Slayton isn't the legal man! Suddenly, Veaga is yanked down, as Shelley schoolboys him! 1, 2, 3! Shelley picks up the win for his team!
Winner: Tru Revolution
