We have exclusive footage from after last week's AXW went off the air. Jonathan Fhenix is carrying his luggage down a hallway, about to exit the arena. Gina Furlow catches up with him and tries to ask questions, such as why did he leave Duncan Aries, but Jonathan keeps going down his path, not acknowledging her. He enters the parking lot and puts his bags in the trunk of a car. A voice from inside the car says "I've been waiting for ten minutes." Jonathan finally addresses Gina and simply says "We're done here." Jonathan enters the passenger seat of the car, and we see the other person in the car was Jack Adams. The two man gang drive off, leaving AXW behind.

Clifford decides to talk some last minute strategy with Alyssa as the bell rings, but Chaz quickly swoops in for a Schoolboy Roll Up for a 2 count. Chaz pops up and locks in a Headlock with flexing. Clifford backs Chaz into the ropes before shooting him off, but only receives a Shoulder Block. Chaz runs the ropes as Clifford turns around to duck down, but Mr. Big Freaking Deal stops himself for Clifford to rise up to hit him with a Dropkick with a Kip-up. Chaz taunts the crowd and turns back around into a Dropkick from Bradley. Clifford picks him back up and takes Chaz over with a Suplex, rolls himself and Chaz and hits a Belly-to-Belly Suplex for a 1 and a half count. The two rise back up and Clifford peppers him with alternating Elbow and Forearm Shots to the chest before whipping Chaz, but the latter reverses, No! Clifford ducks under and flips Chaz over with a T-Bone Suplex! The Xpreience Champion tries to go for a cover, but Mr. Anix rolls out of the ring for a breather where Mr. Lust tends to him. He dives out of the way when Clifford dives onto Chaz with a Slingshot Crossbody Plancha!
"AXW! AXW! AXW!" The crowd shouts as Clifford begins to get back up and recover before rolling back into the ring. Clifford climbs the apron, but Chester grabs his leg as Chaz distracts the referee. Clifford kicks him away, but the distraction pays off as Chaz hits the Sexy Kick [Enzuigiri]! Clifford falls on the apron before Chaz rolls him in the ring and hits the Standing Moonsault. Anix shoots the half for a 2 count before picking him up and throwing him into the corner for a Lawn Dart, followed by a Wheel Kick. Hitting the mat in frustration, Chaz locks in a Full Nelson, but Clifford fights back and reverses with a Wheelbarrow Victory Roll for a 2 count. Chaz gets up and throws a Clothesline, but Clifford ducks and hits the ropes, coming back with a Spinning Wheel Kick. Clifford pops up and drops Chaz with a Samoan Drop for a 2 count.
Bradley grabs the arm and goes for a whip to the corner, but Chaz reverses and Clifford goes sailing, scaling the turnbuckle for a Double Jump Springboard Crossbody, but nothing's home as Clifford hits the mat hard. He picks himself up, holding his chest and Chaz capitalizes with Too Sexy for This [Flatliner]. Chaz with the cover, but Clifford gets the shoulder up at 2 and a half. Chaz lifts Clifford up, who surprises him with a Double A Spinebuster. Clifford covers Chaz, but the ref's attention is directed on Chester who is on the apron, shouting. Clifford gets off of Chaz to see what's going on as Alyssa races around the outside to Chester, hitting him with a Low Blow from behind. However, Chaz takes advantage and rolls him up, grabbing the tights for extra leverage. He only gets a two count before the ref catches him, stopping his count. This pisses Chaz off who argues with the ref for a moment before turning back with a kick to Clifford's gut, then fires himself into the ropes to bounce back with an Axe Kick! Chaz flexes, prompting boos from the crowd before picking Clifford up and whips him into the corner. He runs in, going for the BOOM! [Helluva Kick], but Clifford moves out of the way, setting up Chaz to hit the top rope groin-first! Bradley capitalizes with a Schoolboy Roll Up, putting his feet on the ropes unbeknownst to the referee, and gets the 3 count!
Winner: Clifford Bradley, still AXW Xperience Champion
Malcolm M. Mitchell is being interviewed by Max Kilburne. Mitchell says that his mission seems to be working, as Jonathan Fhenix has left The Alliance of Truth. Malcolm is hellbent on defeating Duncan Aries, which is when Duncan Aries enters himself into the interview. Aries says The Alliance of Truth is in fact no more, not because of Malcolm, but because Duncan Aries came to the realization that he's better off on his own. Aries says that he's been kicking Mitchell's ass since EWS and it's no different here, and dares Mitchell to even try to think about beating him at Breakdown. Aries even says that a pregnant Zoey Mathews-Mitchell probably has a better chance at beating Aries than Mitchell does. Mitchell has had enough and lunges at Aries, but Aries ends up winning the battle as he throws Mitchell head first into the monitor. Aries says that that just proved his point as he walks off, Max trying to get help for Mitchell.

The Main Event sees Bruiser Lazzou taking on AXW Champion Steve Corman and his last remaining guy, Damien Steele. Lazzou wants Corman but Corman keeps his distance and leaves the ring, where Steele tries some off his offense on Lazzou. A Pele Kick, Swinging Enzuigiri, and Springboard Knee Strike doesn't do much for Lazzou. Lazzou throws Steele across the ring with a choke toss. Lazzou continues his offense with a spinebuster, snap powerslam, and scoop slam. Lazzou climbs the turnbuckles where Corman finally gets involved and just shoves him back to the canvas. This allows Steele to get some offense in. Steele's Phoenix Splash only gets a one count. Steele hits Lazzou with an Avada Kedavra, a Slingshot Stunner, but Lazzou blocks the Asai DDT attempt. Lazzou locks Steele in a bearhug, to which Corman intervenes again, clubbing Lazzou in the back of the head. Steele keeps Matt Baker distracted while Corman quickly slams a chair into the back of Lazzou. Corman holds the chair behind his back so Baker doesn't see it, and Steele delivers the Loony (Curb) Stomp.
Steele is in shock. Corman is in shock. The entire arena is in shock. Bruiser Lazzou kicked out of the Loony Stomp at one. This is when Corman just says fuck it, and repeatedly slams the chair against the back of Lazzou. Lazzou is determined to not stay down, and somehow manages to bat the chair out of Corman's hands. Lazzou is to a vertical base and Corman and Steele decide to leave the ring to re-evaluate the situation.
Winner: Bruiser Lazzou
