Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Episode LVIII
After the opening video package and pyro display, we hear the voice of Lily Luna.
Lily Luna: This is The Alternative! We're live in Montreal, I'm Lily Luna joined by Chris Pierce.
Chris Pierce: Five great matches in store for you tonight, so let's get started.
The dance and pop-esque opening sound of "Boss Bitch" by the Millionaires begins to play throughout the arena while Lavender and Magenta lazers begin flashing. Just then would the Dominator In Distress herself walks out from behind the curtains, sashaying her way to the top of the ramp with her hand on her hip, the spotlight following her every move.
"I'm the type of girl that your momma never wanna meet
Centerfold in your daddy's hidden magazine
I'm kinda sweet and fake like Splenda
Topless on the beach, you can call me Kendra"
In between this stanza does Rochelle run her hand through her hair and winks while smiling towards the ring.
"But I'm not like the girl next door
Inbetween a cheerleader and a whore
Ra-ra-raw like sushi
Always keep it clean, no douching"
The chorus for the song starts as Rochelle begins to strut down the ramp, swaying her hips as she looks at the capacity crowd.
Jen Brunelli: This opening contest is set for one fall! Introducing first, wrestling out of the Hamptons in Long Island, New York, weighing 117 pounds, "The Dominator in Distress" ROCHELLE!
When she reaches ringside, she walks up the steel steps before walking along the ring apron, looking back at the crowd and blows a seductive and alluring kiss. Rochelle steps the bottom and middle ropes to get into the ring, walking to the center and taking a full spin before fluffing her hair up and blowing another kiss.
"Confident" by Demi Lovato plays throughout the arena. Purple lights consume the stage area, where Kaylee Violet emerges. She holds her arms up into the air before strutting her way down the ramp.
Jen Brunelli: Her opponent, wrestling out of Jupiter, Florida, weighing 122 pounds, KAYLEE VIOLET!
Kaylee walks up the ring steps and steps between the ropes. She climbs the turnbuckles and raises her arms once more, before stepping down with her music fading out.
vs.

Rochelle finishes the match with Slay You Dead [Blockbuster].
Jen Brunelli: Here is your winner, ROCHELLE!
Lily Luna: The Number One Contender to the AXW Women's Championship gains some momentum on her way to Collide.
Chris Pierce: Quite frankly she's gonna need all the momentum in the world come Collide.
Rochelle demands that Brian Sullivan raise her hand in victory. After he does so, she snatches her arm away and celebrates on her own.

Danny Hall is backstage.
Danny Hall: I may not have been in this company during the inception of the Light Heavyweight Championship and its division, but when you think about this division and that title, one name is synonymous with it. Danny Hall. I've held that title longer than anyone. I've held the title for 266 days, but in reality, it should be 455 days as of today. 455 days ago is the date that I first won the title, and the only reason I don't have it to this day is because of Acer Stone. Now that he's no longer in the picture, I am reclaiming my spot on top of the mountain. So Ben Eatr, keep it warm for me.
Danny walks off screen and we head to ringside.

"Rocketman" starts with all of the lights out with some smoke and one spotlight
"She packed my bags last night pre flight
Zero hour nine a.m.
And I'm gonna be high, as a kite by then
I miss the earth so much, I miss my wife
It's lonely out in space
On such a timeless flight
And I think it's gonna be a long long time
Till touch down brings me round again to find
I'm not the man they think I am at home
Oh no, no, no, I'm a rocket man
Rocket man burning out his fuse up here alone"
Then a hooded figure shows up and waits at the spotlight.
"And I think it's gonna be a long long time
Till touch down brings me round again to find
I'm not the man they think I am at home
Oh no, no, no, I'm a rocket man
Rocket man burning out his fuse up here alone"
Ben raises his arms simultaneously taking off his cape and walks to the ring.
Jen Brunelli: This next contest is set for one fall! Introducing first, wrestling out of Mason City, Iowa, weighing 223 pounds, he is the AXW Light Heavyweight Champion, BEN "ROCKET MAN" EATR!
"Mars ain't the kind of place to raise your kids
In fact it's cold as Hell
And there's no one there to raise them if you didn't
And all this science, I don't understand
It's just my job, five days a week
A rocket man, a rocket man"
On beat with the song Ben climbs the apron and jumps on the turnbuckle.
"And I think it's gonna be a long long time
Till touch down brings me round again to find
I'm not the man they think I am at home
Oh no, no, no, I'm a rocket man
Rocket man burning out his fuse up here alone
And I think it's gonna be a long long time
Till touch down brings me round again to find
I'm not the man they think I am at home
Oh no, no, no, I'm a rocket man
Rocket man burning out his fuse up here alone"
Ben keeps his arms up then jumps into the ring.
"Now, I think it's gonna be a long long time
And I think it's gonna be a long long time
And I think it's gonna be a long long time
And I think it's gonna be a long long time"
"Brass Monkey" starts as Billy comes out in colorful shades and starts dancing and fist bumping fans while making his way to the ring,
Jen Brunelli: His opponent, wrestling out of The Party Bus, Florida, weighing 203 pounds, "The Florida Party Animal" BILLY HARRINGTON!
then he slides into the ring and does the "cabbage patch" dance into the corner.
vs.
Non-Title
It's not everyday you see a Light Heavyweight that stands 6'8", but the tall Harrington looks to make a name for himself against the champ with moves like a Belly to back side slam, Backbreaker, and Corkscrew neckbreaker. Eatr is able to fight back and delivers move such as a Running knee, Sling blade, and DDT. Eatr would attempt his Springboard 450 to a standing opp., but Harrington would side step. Jen Brunelli: Here is your winner, BEN EATR!
Lily Luna: Ben Eatr with a big win as he prepares for Danny Hall at Collide.
Chris Pierce: Danny Hall is a statement maker and made one before this match started, Ben Eatr has a lot on his plate as Danny Hall is looking to reclaim his throne.
Ben Eatr celebrates with his championship before we head to commercial.
Backstage, Duncan Aries is leaning over a loading crate. He's wearing a hoodie with the hood on. Malcolm M. Mitchell approaches him.
Malcolm M. Mitchell: There you are. Look, I don't like this situation any more than you do. But the shit you pulled last week can't keep happening. After all, I'm the tag team specialist in this partnership. I was the one at a deficit at Breakdown 2015 before overcoming the odds and winning the AXW Tag Team Championships for The Takeover. I've held the same titles we're going after now, so you need to get your ego in check and realize that even though I hate you just as much as you hate me, that I'm beneficial to you.
Aries has made no effort to acknowledge Mitchell.
Malcolm M. Mitchell: Hey! Are you even listening to me?!
Aries stands fully up and pulls his hood down, we see he's wearing headphones. He still doesn't acknowledge Malcolm's presence as he walks away.
Malcolm M. Mitchell: Ignorant son of a bitch.
A frustrated Mitchell leaves the scene.

Backstage Gina Furlow is with David Slayton.
Gina Furlow: Joining me is David Slayton. David, you have this friendly rivalry going on with Destiny Maverick, can we get some general thoughts on that?
David Slayton: Sure, Gina. Destiny really brought it to me a couple weeks ago. I'll admit that she caught me off guard. However, just because we're friends, doesn't mean I'm gonna be taking it easy on her at Collide.
Gina Furlow: At Collide the two of you will be competing in a Falls Count Anywhere Match, do you have any strategy heading into the match?
David Slayton: The obvious strategy is that I'm the veteran here. I've been through it all. I have a lot more experience that her, and, I'm a lot bigger than her. All that plays into my favor. I'm sure she's coming up with plans to fight all that, which is why I won't tell you anything not already obvious, because she will come up with ways to thwart me before we even get to Boston.
Gina Furlow: Thanks for your time, David. In ring action coming to you after the break.
After seven seconds from the beginning of the song, Viola steps forward on the stage. She blows kisses to the crowd. She then makes her way to the ring while slapping the fans' hands, hugging some of the kids on the way.

All the lights in the arena cut out as the opening beats of Pretty Girls by Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea kicks in. Blue flashing lights start strobing throughout the whole arena in time with the beat of the music. Deva appears on the staging and poses there for a few seconds before heading down the ramp with an arogant smile upon her face.

She then climbs onto the apron and shake her hips a little in time with the music before getting into the ring and preparing for her match.

Viola is able to fight back with a Flying cross armbar, Slingshot Atomic drop, and a Diving Hurricanrana. On a Suicide dive attempt, Viola gets caught by Deva and is driven back first into the ring apron. Deva does some damage to Viola by utilizing the barricade and ring steps, looking for a count out victory. Viola gets back into the ring at 19.9. Deva would whip Viola to the ropes where Viola responds with The Bombshell (Flying forearm smash). After successfully delivering SparkleSlam (Straight Jacket Neckbreaker Slam), this match is over.
Jen Brunelli: Here is your winner, VIOLA HILLS!
Lily Luna: Viola Hills may walk away with a win, but she's also walking away with a lot of pain she's sure to feel for the next week.
Chris Pierce: Deva was certainly Viola's most aggressive opponent yet, and this loss certainly won't sit well with her.
Viola briefly celebrates her victory in the ring before gingerly making her way backstage, high fiving fans as she goes.

We return backstage.
Brad Adams: Ladies and gentlemen, Brad Adams here, and I'm joined by Android 18 and Olya Oglovska. Ladies, you two have a thorn in your side in the form of Katsuko Nakamoto--
Android 18: And we're gonna yank that thorn out and grind it into dust.
Olya Oglovska: Not like the grindink we did last night though.
Brad Adams: Well Olya, you will be competing against Katsuko Nakamoto tonight in a rematch from a few weeks ago, do you care to comment?
Olya Oglovska: Result will be the same it was last time. Katsuko will pass out once again when steppink into the rink with Voluptuous Valeska. Let's go dahlink.
The It Couple walk away arm in arm as we fade back to ringside.
-----
Suddenly, the area would go completely dark, except for the Alternatron showing rapidly-spinning barbed wire.
"I'm not the one who's so far away
When I feel the snake bite enter my veins
Never did I wanna be here again
And I don't remember why I came"
The sound of "Voodoo" by Godsmack would play through the PA system as Lizzy Knoxxx walked out to the stage, looking around at the cheering crowd with a sadistic smile on her face, eyes almost bulging out of the sockets, before shooting up her arms to cross her wrists.
Jen Brunelli: This is your Alternative Main Event set for one fall! Introducing first, wrestling out of New Brunswick, New Jersey, weighing 121 pounds, "Crazy" LIZZY KNOXXX!
She would then walk down the ramp, whipping her hair from side to side with a sick grin on her face before sliding into the ring and rises up to walk to the nearest turnbuckle. She would climb to its second rung before slightly hunced over and whips her hair back, throws her hands up to make their cross at the wrist again before jumping off the turnbuckle to her feet.
“S-P-I-R-I-T
Spirit!! Let’s hear it!!
S-P-I-R-I-T
Spirit!! Let’s hear it!!”
Blue strobe lights roams around the arena like a trance as the opening tune of "Happy Song” by Bring Me The Horizon blares out of the PA system.
“LET’S GO!”
Out comes Janet Hurricane, her hoodie veil blinding her face. As the tempo gets faster and faster, we see her jumping up and down, still cannot see her face. Once we hear the lyrics, Janet reveals her face to the crowd and starts shadowing punching and kicking, feeling the energy of her theme song. She then starts walking her way to the ring, bopping her head to the music and in her own zone, not giving a damn about the fans’ reaction.
Jen Brunelli: Her opponent, wrestling out of Charlotte, North Carolina, weighing 120 pounds, she is the AXW Women's Champion, "The Queen of the Ravenous Generation" JANET HURRICANE!
Once she enters the ring, she takes off her hoodie and does a couple of shadow boxing, again feeling the energy of the music before it fades.
vs.
Non-Title
Janet starts the match on offense with moves like a Spinning back fist, Facebuster, Running Knee lift, and Missile dropkick. Lizzy is able to fight back with a number of Kick Variations, F.Y.L. (Fuck Your Life) [Hip Toss followed by a Cartwheel followed by a low-angle Front Dropkick], Russian Legsweep, and XXX Cutter [Rolling Cutter]. Lizzy would attempt Rounding Off to X [Tiger Feint Kick], but Janet catches Lizzy's legs and re-positions her for a Cry of Terror(Rope-hung DDT). Janet stays in control with a Spinning backbreaker, Tropical Storm (Forward Russian Legsweep), and an attempted Last Breath of Air (Diving elbow drop) which doesn't connect. Lizzy tries to upset the Women's Champion by setting her up for a Dizzy Lizzy [Corner Tornado DDT], but Janet pushes Lizzy off who falls out of the ring and to the floor. Janet is blindsided by Rochelle, thus ending the match in disqualification.
Jen Brunelli: The winner of this match by disqualification, Janet Hurricane!
Lily Luna: Rochelle out of nowhere attacking the Women's Champion!
Chris Pierce: Well, she wants to make a statement, and I guess the best way to do so is to disrupt the match to try to get into her head.
Rochelle climbs to the top rope where she connects with a Slay You Dead [Blockbuster] to the champ. Rochelle demands that a ringside technician hand her the title, which she receives. The show concludes with Rochelle standing tall over a fallen Janet Hurricane, holding the AXW Women's Championship.
Lily Luna: Ladies and gentlemen, stay tuned for AXW!
