Episode LXII
The opening video package plays and after which, "Welcome Home" continues to blare throughout the arena with pyro blasting from the stage and Alternatron.
Mike Vincent: Welcome to AXW, I'm Mike Vincent joined by Cole Haywood, and Cole, we're gonna start the night off with a medical update.
Cole Haywood: If you missed AXW last week, then you missed the glorious scene that was Quentin Rage absolutely destroying Ricky Diamond.
Mike Vincent: We are unsure as to how long Ricky Diamond will be out of action, but it's looking like it will be later rather than sooner.
"Dammit" plays and out walk Sam De Santa and Trent Mathews. Sam stops on the stage and places her hand on her hip. Trent steps in front of her and drops to his knees, extending his arms out as pyro rains down behind them. Once the pyro stops, Trent stands up and the two make their way down the ramp.
Salvatore Pellegrino: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, accompanied by Sam De Santa, wrestling out of Owasco, New York, weighing 217 pounds, TRENT MATHEWS!
Trent slides into the ring while Sam walks up the steps. Trent steps onto the middle turnbuckle, looking around at the fans. Sam stands in the ring, extending her arms towards Trent, as if telling the fans to bask in the glory that is Trent Mathews. Trent steps down and holds his arms back, allowing Sam to remove his leather jacket. Sam steps out to the apron, hangs the jacket from the ring post, and walks down the steps, while Trent readies himself for the match.
Riot strikes up and blue and white strobe lights start flashing on the entrance ramp. Chopper walks out to a chorus of boos from the crowd. Chopper is carrying a think metal chain which he wraps around his fist and threatens to hit a fan who is shouting at him.
Salvatore Pellegrino: His opponent, wrestling out of Liverpool, England, weighing 280 pounds, CHOPPER!
He ignores the rest of the booing and heads down to the ring where the referee struggles, but eventually succeeds in removing the chain from the ring.
vs.
Trent tries to strike away at Chopper, but they do little damage if any at all. Chopper takes control with a Whip to corner followed by a strong Clothesline, Body shots to cornered opponent, Gutwrench Powerbomb, Reverse Chokeslam, and a Senton. Trent is able to stun Chopper with a Step-up Enzuigiri, and takes the big man down with a Zigzag. Trent tries for Etrentity (Phoenix Splash), but Chopper moves out of the way, with Trent able to land on his feet and roll through. Trent takes an oncoming Chopper down with a drop toe hold, and looks to put him away with a Trentsetter (Shining Wizard to the Back of the head), but Chopper is qucik to get to his feet and knock out the oncoming Trent with Break Yo Face (High Impact Elbow Smash) for a decisive victory.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, CHOPPER!
Mike Vincent: Chopper is successful in his AXW singles debut, but would this have been a different story had Ricky Diamond been present?
Cole Haywood: No, it would be the exact same story except Ricky would be laid out too, that's how destructive S.O.B. are.
Brian Sullivan goes to raise the arm of Chopper, but Chopper scares him off. Chopper looks toward the entrance way and signals for someone to come out. Of course, it's Quentin Rage who makes his way down to the ring, carrying a table with him. Rage slides the table into the ring and sets it up, and at this time Sam De Santa has entered the ring and rolls Trent out of the ring to get him out of harm's way. Sam turns around and sees the two large men staring her down. She goes to exit the ring but Chopper grabs her by the hair, and sends her to Rage. Rage wraps his hands around her neck, throws her straight up into the air, and on her way down, Rage catches her with a powerbomb through the table!
Mike Vincent: Oh my God! This is too far! Sam De Santa didn't deserve this, she's not even a trained competitor!
Cole Haywood: No one is safe, Mike.
EMTs rush down to the ring, with which we head backstage.

Renee Peltier is at the interview set with Sean Black.
Renee Peltier: Ladies and gentlemen, I'm joined by "The Anarchist" Sean Black. Sean, can you elaborate why you refused to wrestle The Notch last week?
Sean Black: Like I said last week, I'm not gonna wrestle him when it's convenient for him, I'm gonna wrestle him when it's convenient for me.
Voice: And when would that be?
The Notch approaches the scene.
The Notch: Tell me, when exactly will it be convenient for you? Every time I go to that ring I'm ready to blow the roof off, I don't run and hide and use petty excuses like you seem to do. You know what, I'll make it easier for you...
The Notch pulls out a planner, and starts flipping through the pages.
The Notch: Well would you look at that, I'm free whenever. So whenever is convenient for you also so happens to be convenient for me. So you can drop your excuses, name the time and place, and I'll be there.
The Notch tosses the planner at Sean and walks off. This leaves Sean seething as we head back to ringside.

The opening riffs of 'Pour Some Sugar on me' hits, and the arena goes dark with a single pink spotlight near the entrance. As the drums hit, Bobo comes out, flashing a bright smile, wearing a black pinstriped Chef's apron over his pink and black tights. He holds a tray in his hands which naturally contains samples of his cakes, that he baked to perfection.
Salvatore Pellegrino: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, wrestling out of Skaneateles, New York, weighing 238 pounds, "The Master Pâtissier" BOBO SWEETCAKES!
He proceeds to feed the samples to the fans at ringside before sliding the tray underneath the ring. He climbs into the ring and throws his apron to the crowd.
"Everywhere I Go" starts with flashing while lights.
"Everywhere I go
Bitches always know
That Charlie Scene got a weenie that he loves to show (bitch)
Everywhere I go
Bitches always know"
Chaz Anix comes out with a gym tee cut to show his mustles slowly with his arms outstretched and his eyes closed
"Wake up!"
Chaz opens his eyes quickly and rips off his shirt and makes his way down to the ring
Salvatore Pellegrino: His opponent, accompanied to the ring by "Mr. Lust" Chester Andrews, wrestling out of Miami, Florida, weighing 234 pounds, "Dr. Big Freaking Deal" CHAZ ANIX!
"Grab beer
Grab rear
Shave beard
Put on some scene gear
Gotta get drunk before my mom wakes up
Break up, with my girlfriend so I can bang sluts
I'm undead
Unfed
Been sleeping on, bunk beds, since ten
So if I don't booze it
I'm gonna lose it
Everybody get to it
Do it
Get ruined."
Chaz stops at the end of the ramp and flexes then he slides into the ring.
vs.
The two put on a back and forth match. Bobo is able to deliver a Running charging headbutt and a Vertical Suplex feint into a Neckbreaker. Bobo then finds himself getting Speared out of nowhere, Anix taking control with a Jumping DDT and a Standing Moonsault. Anix would go on to look for a running maneuver which Bobo would respond with a Leapfrog evasion into Sunset Flip. Bobo goes on to deliver his German Suplex + Dragon Suplex + Tiger Suplex combo and a Dough Toss (Release Gutwrench Suplex on turnbuckle). Anix fights out of a Dolce Morte (Fisherman Suplex Piledriver) attempt and is able to deliver more offense such as a Sexy Kick (Enziguri) and a Too Sexy for This (Flat Liner). Bobo shoves Anix away when he tries for an Anix Cutter(Running Cutter). Chester Andrews has stepped onto the apron near a corner and receives an IDT (It's Dessert Time) (Jumping Spinning Hook Kick). Bobo is then struck with a BOOM!(Helluva Kick) that sees victory for Anix.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, CHAZ ANIX!
Mike Vincent: This one's over thanks to the quick assist from Chester Andrews.
Cole Haywood: I didn't see nothin', other than Chaz Anix winning fair and square like he always does.
Anix celebrates his win in the ring, mostly by flexing, then exits the ring and helps his father to the back.
Backstage, the AXW Tag Team Champions Lethal Weapons are present.
Justin Wyndham: Did you watch their match last week?
TO'A: Yeah.
Justin Wyndham: That is supposed to be a threat to us?
TO'A: Fat chance.
Justin Wyndham: Aries and Mitchell... are a mess. I mean, yeah, they won, but against who? I don't mean to be disrespectful, but I couldn't tell you what their names were. There is a huge difference between that team and us.
TO'A: We will destroy you. We have held these titles longer than anyone. We sit here at 238 days, which is the longest reign of any title in AXW. And you think we're gonna lose them to two jokes who hate each other?
Justin Wyndham: That number 238 means that we're the best tag team to ever step foot in AXW. Some might argue that Duncan Aries is the best singles wrestler here, though we would disagree, but he's not a tag team specialist. And is there really anything to say about Malcolm M. Mitchell?
TO'A: Nope.
Justin Wyndham: Have fun with your match tonight guys, cause if you manage to pick up another win, it will be your last as a team, because at Collide, our reign continues.
-----
"Cut the Cord" starts as Micheal walks out and drops down to one knee and holds up his arms then Bray walks out in his hat and coat and puts his hands on Mike's shoulders and slaps them, then Micheal stands and they both walk down
Salvatore Pellegrino: The following tag team contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, wrestling out of Hoboken, New Jersey, at a combined weight of 471 pounds, Michael Veaga and Bray Coleman, BEAUTY AND THE JEKYLL!
then Bray crouches down to remove his hat then his coat and he runs into the ring and lays on the mat staring at his opponent(s) while Micheal climbs up to the apron and climbs to the second rope and does a warrior shout while pounding his chest, then he jumps down to the ring.
"Hear Me Now" plays throughout the arena and Malcolm M. Mitchell makes his way to the stage. He takes a moment to taunt, throwing shadow punches, then runs his hands through his hair and flicks the water off his hands, keeping his arms spread with his head up, soaking in the reaction from the crowd.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Their opponents, first, wrestling out of Riviera Beach, Florida, weighing 214 pounds, MALCOLM M. MITCHELL!
He walks down to the ring with confidence in every step. Malcolm enters the ring, climbs to the second turnbuckle, and does the same taunt he did on the stage.
The arena lights descend to darkness, as the tron displays an old black and white vision of an apocalyptic scene, as within a broken building we hear the crackle and zap of electricity, pulses of computers, as there, standing before the rubble is a figure in a denim jacket and tattered denim jeans. The figure turns slowly, and forms a smirk from under a pair of black Aviator shades.
"Not even God can save you.."
The crowd roars to "Not Even God" by Digital Summer, as some are booing, some cheering, an ice blue hue filling the ramp and entrance, a thin mist that under a spotlight has an eerie glow for one Duncan Aries! Aries has his back to us, looking down, before spinning around, arms crossed and head cocked in a smirk.
Salvatore Pellegrino: His partner, wrestling out of San Diego, California, weighing 238 pounds, AXW Hall of Famer, "The Wild Card" DUNCAN ARIES!
Aries strides to the ring, paying no mind before tossing his shades into the crowd and leaping onto the apron. Entering the ring, Aries spins around, basking in the glow of the reaction, positive or negative, tossing off his jacket, yelling out "Because I'm Duncan Aries, motherfuckers!" as "Not Even God" fades out.
vs.
Aries and Mitchell still can't get along. Most of the match sees the 7'3" Michael Veaga manhandle Malcolm M. Mitchell, while Aries seems to not really care, nor does he make an effort to try to enter the match. After several minutes Aries sneaks into the ring and chop blocks Veaga, and knocks Coleman off the apron. He drags Mitchell by his hair to their corner and tags himself in. Aries plants Veaga with The Culmination (Front slam pickup swung into a Rock Bottom), earning another victory for the unlikely duo.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here are your winners, MALCOLM M. MITCHELL and DUNCAN ARIES!
Mike Vincent: They're winning, but not really as a team. If they could get along, this could be a lot easier for them.
Cole Haywood: Duncan Aries is continuing to win these matches with essentially no partner. He could easily beat Lethal Weapons on his own, but that damn Luke Mathews wants to hold him down!
Aries takes a bow for his minimal effort. He leaves the arena, leaving behind a continuously frustrated "tag team partner".

Max Kilburne: Ladies and gentlemen, my guest at this time is Cloud. Cloud, in your last match you defeated former AXW Light Heavyweight Champion Acer Stone. How do you feel about?
Cloud: I feel great, Mark!
Max Kilburne: My name is Max.
Cloud: Oh, it is? Man, I'm really sorry about that. (Muttering) I got his name wrong on national television...
Max Kilburne: It's okay, it happens.
Cloud: Well anyway, I've defeated a former Light Heavyweight Champion, which means maybe soon I'll get a Light Heavyweight Title Match! Then again... the Light Heavyweight Champion I beat is the one who's never held the title on his own. He was always the other guy while Danny Hall got all the attention. Could I even beat Danny Hall? He was 2016's Male Wrestler of the Year, that's a huge accomplishment. Sigh...
Max Kilburne: Thanks for the time Cloud, that's all we have. Best of luck in your future endeavors.
Cloud: Am I getting fired?!
Max Kilburne: What? No, I'm just wishing you some good luck.
Cloud: Oh... well thanks for the interview, it was a plea--
We cut to commercial.
The lights in the arena all turn to red, with the fans in anticipation for whats about to come. After a few seconds of this, "Megitsune" by BABYMETAL takes over the sound system.
As soon as the song plays, the red lights pulse to the beat of the drums with a figure standing in smoke, wearing a robe and a kitsune mask. At the seven second mark of the song, the figure begins to slowly make their way down the ramp. At the fourteen second mark of the song, the figure disrobes and removes their kitsune mask, now walking to the ring at a quicker pace.
Salvatore Pellegrino: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first, wrestling out of Hiroshima, Japan, weighing 112 pounds, "Megitsune" KATSUKO NAKAMOTO!
Katsuko makes her way up the steps and hops onto the middle turnbuckle, raising both hands into the air, doing the kitsune hand sign. She steps onto the top rope and front flips into the ring. She walks to her corner and throws strikes at the turnbuckles before her music fades out.
“Like A Prayer” by Madonna plays through the speakers providing a peppy ambiance. The entire arena goes dark momentarily as “Sister Inferior” Olya Latanya Oglovska enters from the ramp with a pair of opera binoculars in her right hand. Three spotlights highlight various audience members who have striking physical attributes. As Olya walks down to the ramp she fans herself with a bidder paddle.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Her opponent, accompanied to the ring by Android 18, wrestling out of Saratov, Russia, weighing 115 pounds, "Sister Inferior" OLYA OGLOVSKA!
Upon reaching the arena floor and within clear eye line of her opponent, Katsuko flies out of the ring and takes out both Olya and A18! Katsuko mounts and attacks Olya, and is pried off by A18, who chucks Katsuko into the barricade. A18 stomps away at Katsuko and Olya soon joins her. They send Katsuko as hard as they can into the ring steps. A18 brings Katsuko to a ring post, holds Katsuko's head against it, allowing Olya to hit a Soviet Sickle [Shades of Lance Storm's Superkick], crushing Katsuko's head between her boot and the ring post. Referees rush down and even April Maeda comes out to check on Katsuko.
Mike Vincent: Another vulgar act that has gone too far, I hope Katsuko is okay.
Cole Haywood: She's the one saying she has the Fox God on her side, well, where is he?
The It Couple leave a fallen Katsuko Nakamoto behind as we cut backstage.

Brad Adams is standing by with the Xperience Champion.
Brad Adams: Joining me now is AXW Xperience Champion, Crest Silver. Crest, you have a lot on your plate as Chaz Anix and Bobo Sweetcakes are looking to take that title from you, what are your thoughts on the matter?
Crest Silver: That's what you're gonna open with? No "Welcome back, Crest!" or even "How does it feel to be back, Crest?" In fact, you weren't even in the company last time I was here, so allow me to introduce myself. My name is Crest Silver. I helped build AXW to be what it is today. People look back and talk about the rivalry between Justin Wyndham and Magnum Wolf for the AXW Championship, but don't forget, I was right there with them. The reason I didn't have the same success that they did was because I was being held down by a buffoon named Crash Jackson who wanted to hog the spotlight for himself. If I were part of that Loser Leaves AXW Match at AXW Supershow III, Justin Wyndham would be out of this company with Magnum Wolf while I reigned supreme as AXW Champion. That wasn't the case because aforementioned buffoon assaulted me in an act of cowardice and put me on the shelf for a long, long time. He's lucky he's not in this company anymore, because if he were, I'd ensure that his career would come to an end. I'd been waiting for the perfect moment to come back and take the AXW Championship, which I should have won nearly three years ago, to the Church of Crest Silver. When Chad Anus or whatever his name is hosted that open challenge, I knew it was time. And if I have to hold this title for a little while, then so be it. I've been waiting for nearly three years, what's another ninety days?
Brad Adams: Well, welcome back to AXW, Crest. Do you have an answer to my original question?
Crest Silver: I don't even remember what the question was, but my answer is you're a terrible interviewer. Where's Caitlin Shay? She was a great interviewer. Anyway, this interview is over, chump. Be more respectful next time you interview the awesome Crest Silver.
Crest walks away and we get ready for the Main Event.

The opening chords of "The Right Direction" by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus rolls throughout the arena. There’s a fountain of pyro at the three second mark as the song hits. Three spotlights shine and revolve around as if searching for someone, and the fans are on their feet, cheering in anticipation for the hero they know is coming. At the seven second mark, the hooded figure steps from behind the curtain and through the pyro looking down. The song builds to the fourteen second mark as he throws his hood back and arms out, fired up, as there’s a loud pop of orange and white pyro from the stage. Gabe Shelley responds to the cheers of the fans by pounding his chest and pointing out to them. The fans are positively crazy about Gabe. He begins to make his way to the ring and is sure to tap hands of fans on the ramp.
I will never understand the path you chose
Chemical parasitic waste inside your bowels
So wrap it up while you still can
While you got the offer in
I just can't believe
That you'd throw it all away
Now you falsely return today
As you're falling on your face
Salvatore Pellegrino: This is your Main Event scheduled for one fall, and will be contested under No Disqualifications! Introducing first, wrestling out of Columbus, Ohio, weighing two hundred--
Shelley is clocked in the back of the head by Damien Steele with the AXW Championship. Steele rams Gabe back first into the edge of the apron, then pulls him back and delivers a Northern Lights Suplex on the steel ramp. Steele mounts Gabe and delivers some punches. Steele rolls Shelley into the ring and slides in after, and Gabe surprised Steele with a Pop Up Flapjack/Shining Wizard Combo, at which point the match officially begins.
vs.
Non-Title
No Disqualifications
Gabe has control and delivers a Belly to Back Suplex, STO Backbreaker into Neckbreaker, and a Cannon Ball (Similar to the Codebreaker, but Gabe's knees are in his opponents chest). Gabe brings a chair into the match and hammers away at Steele with it. Gabe rests the chair on Steele and heads to the apron for I'm a Bird, Mother F**ker! (Springboard Leg Drop From Apron), but Steele tosses the chair up at him and rolls out of the way. Steele takes control with a Pele Kick, Avada Kedavra, and a Falcon Arrow onto the chair. Gabe rolls out to the apron where Damien delivers a Falling Paroxysm off the apron and onto the floor. It took quite a bit out of Steele as well. Steele grabs the championship off the floor and swings it at Shelley, Shelley ducking and nailing Steele with a superkick, Steele loses grip of the title in the process and it flies into the ring. Shelley gets Steele back into the ring and continues his offense with moves like Fallout (Double Underhook Front Lungblower into Pin), and a Junkyard Jam (Pedigree) onto the chair, and is shocked when Steele kicks out. Shelley lifts Steele onto his shoulders to set up The reVolt (Cradle Shock), but Steele slips behind him, and hits him with a low blow. Steele makes sure the title is in position, before executing a Loony Stomp, driving Gabe face first into the championship. Steele hooks a leg and it's over.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, DAMIEN STEELE!
Mike Vincent: The AXW Champion able to pick up a win, and certainly used the No DQ Rules to his advanta--
Mike is cut off by some loud thumps, which is Damien tapping a microphone to make sure it's on.
Damien Steele: The so called man of the household is laying motionless on the mat. If I can beat Gabe Shelley time after time with the greatest of ease, what makes Starla Gardevoir think she can beat me? Next week is the last stop before Collide, and next week I will be standing in the middle of the ring to sign the contract for our match. Maybe Starla Gardevoir will have more balls than her husband and show up too.
Mike Vincent: you heard it ladies and gentlemen, Damien Steele is going to sign the AXW Championship Match contract next week, the big question is if Starla Gardevoir will be there too. Find out next week, good night!
