Sam De Santa opens the show up. She brings up that everybody has questions for her, such as what qualifications she has to be the General Manager, and where is Trent Mathews? She discusses the latter elephant, stating that she doesn't know nor care where Trent Mathews is, and that she had nothing to do with his lackluster career, it was all his doing. She could only do so much, but she can't wrestle for him. Trent's a mediocre wrestler, but brought AXW to new heights when he was in charge, and she was able to pick up a thing or two being around him so much, and she plans to bring AXW to greater heights than any Mathews ever could.
She ends up getting interrupted by AXW Tag Team Champion Malcolm M. Mitchell. Malcolm has some questions of his own, such as why did he have to face his partner in this AXW Xperience Championship Tournament? Sure, they're not best friends, acquaintances at best, but feels that all their animosity is behind them and there's no real reason for them to be fighting, unless someone wants them to break up. More questions: where's the tag team division? Who are their opponents for Winterslam?
Sam seems to ignore the Tournament question, and states that the tag division is being reworked, and they will have opponents for Winterslam, but doesn't state who. SDS doesn't appreciate being interrupted, and thus Malcolm M. Mitchell just won himself a free match, right here, right now.
The epic sounds of To Valhalla! by Antti Martikainen kicks in, as the arena is bathed in a low purple hue, almost black it. The large frame of the mighty German Magnus Von Braun steps out from the back, head down, as he slowly raises his glare with a cold as death stare of contempt. He marches to the ring, picking up a little speed near the ring and leaping up onto the apron. Stepping into the ring, the man looks cold, calculating and ready to maim.

Unprepared to be competing at all tonight, Malcolm doesn't fare to well against the newcomer. Von Braun dominates with moves such as a High Angle Backsuplex, Roaring Elbow, Release Dragon Suplex, Running Leaping Senton, Fireman's carry double knee gutbuster, Running Turnbuckle Powerbomb, into rolling Regal Stretch Combination, and when Malcolm refuses to tap from that, Magnus transitions into a Teufel Sperren (Dragon Sleeper Chickenwing Clutch), which causes Malcolm to pass out.

Commentary notes that while throwing Malcolm into a match unprepared against a monstrous newcomer might be a bit harsh, they learn that Sam De Santa doesn't play around and isn't gonna let people walk over her.

Switching Mitchells, backstage Zoey Mathews-Mitchell is heartbroken about her title loss. She's not going to make excuses, Ambiance was the better competitor last week. Zoey, now resting a kendo stick on her shoulder, questions how Ambiance would fare in a rematch, implying a hardcore stipulation.

The opening sound of the theme "Tokyo Drift" blared throughout the P.A. System as Chae-won walked out onto the stage, before taking a full spin before shooting an X sign in front of her herself with her forearms.

With a sarcastic smile on her face, Chae-won puts her arms out wide, before strolling down the ramp with an arrogant smirk, eyeing the fans around her on her way.
Salvatore Pellegrino: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and is a First Round Match in the AXW Xperience Championship Tournament! Introducing first, wrestling out of Brooklyn, New York by way of Seoul, South Korea, weighing 107 pounds, "The Korean Joshi Princess" CHAE-WON LEE!
When she got to the ring, she climbed up on the apron, using it to wipe her shoes off before entering the ring. Finally, little Lee took a lap around the ring before taking a full spin and putting up the X with her forearms in front of her chest.
The Tron lights up with an old-school movie intro countdown "3...2...1... OH YEAH!" as “Hell Yeah” by Rev Theory kicks in. The lights are dim and the spotlights search the arena.
A man walks out to the center of the stage alone and stands there looking around with his hands on his hips. He brings his hands to his face, licks each of his thumbs two times, and then double thumb points to his chest three times. He then immediately goes into a slow double arm flex, but when he gets to the full flex, he snaps his hands up into a spin and forms his trademark hand gesture [similar to the Version 1.0]. He raises them slowly over his head and then brings them together, before snaping them down [Diamond Cutter Style] as the pyros begin popping off like rapid fire gun blasts from either side of the stage, before ending in one really loud final bang center stage behind him.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Her opponent, making his AXW Debut, wrestling out of Cameron, North Carolina, weighing 230 pounds, SIMON YORK!
York always smiles after this because he loves his intro. He begins to walk to the ring, up the stairs, and across the apron, spinning around on it, leaning back into the ropes, both arms wrapped over the top ropes as he lightly bounces, rocking on them. He continues after a moment, climbing the outside turnbuckle, stepping one foot up to the top ropes, cupping his right hand over his eyes, looking out over the fans, before hand-springing off the top ropes, landing on his feet in the ring, stretching out on the top ropes, waiting for the match to start.

Round 1
York starts the match in control, executing some of his maneuvers such as Flurry of Palm strikes, giant ear clap, spinning backfist + Exploder combo, Double Underhook Rocker dropper, Corner Miz Clothesline, apron leaping enziguiri, FrogSplash BodyAttack combo, and a Blockbuster. Lee is able to fight back with Rapid Alternating Forearm Smash and Knife-Edge Chops, Discus Forearm Smash, Leg-Feed Enzuigiri, Tilt-a-whirl Headscissors Takedown, Springboard ArmDrag, and attempts her Double Jump Springboard Crossbody, but York catches her and slams her down. York executes a Triple Jump Moonsault, before finalizing the match with a Simonizer (Styles Clash).

Commentary brings up York's decorated history, as well as his time as his time in EWS as a non-wrestler. York seems to be another of many favorites in this tournament.
Returning from commercials, Malcolm M. Mitchell has since come to and approaches Duncan Aries, wondering where he was. Aries has a look on his face like "Really? Are you fucking kidding me?" Aries says he doesn't give a shit about Mitchell's personal problems, and that Aries has his own problems to focus on. Mitchell getting in a scuffle with Magnus Von Braun does not affect Aries directly, Mitchell will be fine come Winterslam, therefore, Aries doesn't care if Mitchell gets choked out like the punk he is. Unless a tag team comes along soon, then Mitchell's problems are not Aries' problems.

The lights dim and a purple haze fills the arena and staging area. White strobe lights start flashing at the entrance area while Throne by Bring Me The Horizon kicks in. Alexander Pope strolls out from the back wearing a crown with a smug look on his face. He saunters down to the ring completely ignoring the fans in attendance.
Salvatore Pellegrino: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and is a First Round Match in the AXW Xperience Championship Tournament! Introducing first, making his AXW Debut, wrestling out of East London, England, weighing 205 pounds, ALEXANDER POPE!
Once he is at the ring he wipes his boots on the apron and then requests for the referee to come over and lower the middle rope to aid his entry. He then orders the referee to bow before him and once he has he allows the referee to remove his crown before he heads to his corner to ready for the match.
The dance and pop-esque opening sound of "Boss Bitch" by the Millionaires begins to play throughout the arena while Lavender and Magenta lazers begin flashing. Just then would the Dominator In Distress herself walks out from behind the curtains, sashaying her way to the top of the ramp with her hand on her hip, the spotlight following her every move.
"I'm the type of girl that your momma never wanna meet
Centerfold in your daddy's hidden magazine
I'm kinda sweet and fake like Splenda
Topless on the beach, you can call me Kendra"
In between this stanza does Rochelle run her hand through her hair and winks while smiling towards the ring.
"But I'm not like the girl next door
Inbetween a cheerleader and a whore
Ra-ra-raw like sushi
Always keep it clean, no douching"
The chorus for the song starts as Rochelle begins to strut down the ramp, swaying her hips as she looks at the capacity crowd.
Salvatore Pellegrino: His opponent, wrestling out of The Hamptons, weighing 117 pounds, "The Dominator in Distress" ROCHELLE!
When she reaches ringside, she walks up the steel steps before walking along the ring apron, looking back at the crowd and blows a seductive and alluring kiss. Rochelle steps the bottom and middle ropes to get into the ring, walking to the center and taking a full spin before fluffing her hair up and blowing another kiss.

Round 1
Pope takes control of the match in the beginning, delivering moves such as a Spinning Back Fist, Cut Throat DDT, Cobra Clutch Backbreaker, and Discus Forearm. Pope would irish whip Rochelle to the ropes and duck down for a back body drop, Rochelle able to counter with I.P.A (I'm Prettier Anyway) [Sitout Facebuster]. Rochelle takes control and is able to deliver a Corner Handspring Back Elbow Smash, Running One-handed Bulldog, Diving Crossbody, and a Scoop Slam. Rochelle climbs to the top rope, perhaps to set up Slay You Dead [Blockbuster], but Pope hits the top rope and causes Rochelle to lose her balance and fall into the ring. Pope quickly takes advantage and delivers the Royal Flush (Regal Cutter) for a three count.

Commentary, specifically Cole Haywood, has high praise for Alexander Pope, Cole bringing up how Pope is 22nd in line to the British throne and how we finally have some real royalty in AXW.

Backstage, AXW Women's Champion Ambiance responds to Zoey's earlier message. Ambiance has no sympathy for Zoey. She doesn't care what match type, what set of rules, what day of the week, Zoey Mathews-Mitchell will never be better than Ambiance. Bring all the kendo sticks in the world, they're no match for Ambiance's pure skill.
"Harder to Breathe" starts up as Judas Carter walks out in his white coat with "Project Son" on the back, he walks slowly to the ring not slapping hands but just letting the fans touch him

he gets to the ring and walks up the steps, wipes his feet on the apron and gets into the ring and puts his arms out
the opening sirens of “Ready for this” by All Good Things blares over the sound system. The lights dim for a second and come up to reveal the back of Mighty Jo Young on the stage. She takes a few backward steps down the ramp before turning around and affecting an Olympian pose with a stern face. There's a beat before she breaks into a smile and continues preening her way down the ramp, shaking hands with fans.
Salvatore Pellegrino: His opponent, wrestling out of Phoenix, Arizona, weighing 180 pounds, MIGHTY JO YOUNG!
Mighty Jo beasts her fists against her chest and pulls herself up to the ring apron with one hefty yank. She grins at the crowd and raises her arms, punching the sky! Jo takes a moment to hop from foot to foot before ducking under the ring ropes and striding confidently to the middle of the ring where she poses one more time for the fans, who give her a huge pop!

Round 1
Mighty Jo Young has most of the control this match, her notable moves including a German Suplex, Spinning Heel Kick, Lariat Takedown, Wheelbarrow Driver, Young Gun (AA Spine Buster), Sidemount Neck Crank, Queen Kong (Scoop Slam), and Gogoplata. Carter was able to get some offense of his own in, but not as much, able to execute a Running Knee Strike, Slingshot Spear, and Glitz and Glamour (Spinning Side Slam). The end of the match sees Young hoist Carter on her shoulder in an Oklahoma position, but Carter is able to pull back and counter into a Project Brooklyn (Rolling Cutter) for a victory.

Commentary discusses how impressive Mighty Jo Young looked, nearly overcoming a multi-time world champion ten year veteran. Judas Carter was able to strike when it mattered, and will take on the winner of tonight's main event in Round 2.

We cut backstage to a reported fight in progress. It seems that former champion Damien Steele and current champion Danny Hall crossed paths, and are not holding back. They are relentless with their punches, slamming one another into walls and whatever happens to be surrounding them. It takes a plethora of officials to separate the two bloodied men. They continue to shout obscenities at one another as they are separated and we head back to ringside.

The lights go dim, with the spotlight focused on him. He walks slowly until he reaches the top of the ramp. At the 32 second mark, the lights go out

The lights quickly come back to full brightness, revealing him with his arms outstretched by his sides. He begins walking down the ramp.
Salvatore Pellegrino: This is your Main Event scheduled for one fall, and is a First Round Match in the AXW Xperience Championship Tournament! Introducing first, wrestling out of Las Vegas, weighing 235 pounds, "The Anti-Hero" DAVID X!
He reaches the steel steps, David climbs them and stands on the apron. He looks to his right, then to his left. David then turns to his opponent and gets in the ring. He stands by his corner and waits for the bell to ring.

Spirit!! Let’s hear it!!

Spirit!! Let’s hear it!!”
Blue strobe lights roams around the arena like a trance as the opening tune of "Happy Song” by Bring Me The Horizon blares out of the PA system.
“LET’S GO!”
Out comes Janet Hurricane, her hoodie veil blinding her face. As the tempo gets faster and faster, we see her jumping up and down, still cannot see her face. Once we hear the lyrics, Janet reveals her face to the crowd and screams out to the fans. She then starts making her way down to the ring, bopping her head to the music and in her own zone, not giving a damn about the fans’ reaction.
Salvatore Pellegrino: His opponent, wrestling out of Charlotte, North Carolina, weighing 120 pounds, "The Rated R Rebel" JANET HURRICANE!
Once she enters the ring, she takes off her hoodie and once again screams out to the crowd, saying, “I’M RATED R, BITCH!"

Round 1
A highly competitive matchup, from X we see maneuvers such as Forearm smash, Bridging Northern Lights suplex, Cross armbreaker, Overhead belly to belly suplex, Shoulderbreaker, Springboard clothesline, Suicide dive, and Superplex. Hurricane's offense included Enziguri, Beautiful Disaster, STF, Missile dropkick, Sitout Facebuster, Running Knee lift, Reverse DDT, and Last Breath of Air (Diving elbow drop). The conclusion of the match sees X deliver his Triple X (Three Consecutive German Suplexes), before going to a corner and stomping his foot. Janet is able to duck the X-Kick (Sweet Chin Music) and catch X with the Wrath of the Hurricane (Maryse’s Heel Kick).

Commentary praises the two for their great match, and discuss how Janet Hurricane, despite losing the Women's Championship, is still on a roll and is one of the best wrestlers here regardless of gender, able to hang with and defeat the guys. Janet Hurricane could very well one day be AXW Champion.
