Episode XVII
After the opening video package, a pyrotechnics display goes off.
Mike Vincent: Welcome to episode number seventeen of Alternative Xperience Wrestling! I am Mike Vincent along side my broadcast partner, Cole Haywood!
Cole Haywood: AXW's landscape continues to change, as we have a NEW AXW Cha--
Cole Haywood: How rude of him to interrupt me.
Justin Wyndham does not go through with his typical entrance, rather he makes a b-line for the ring, microphone in hand.
Justin Wyndham: So let me get this straight, Bruiser Lazzou loses his Number One Contender's Match, but he still gets a title shot regardless? Not only does he get a title match, but it's immediately after I had already defended the title in a grueling match? I had nothing against TRENT, but now he's crossed a line. I want my rematch, and I want it now. I sent Magnum Wolf packing, I'll send you packing too, Lazzou! Get your ass out here!
Out walks AXW Owner TRENT, and behind him the new AXW Champion Bruiser Lazzou. The two enter the ring, TRENT with a microphone.
TRENT: Last I checked, I'm the one that makes the matches around here, not you. Bruiser Lazzou was unfairly screwed out of his Number One Contendership Opportunity by a crooked referee, so I thought it was only fair that I give him a title match.
Justin Wyndham: So, you think it's fair to give him a match against a weakened opponent?
TRENT: I'm just gonna cut right to the chase here, Justin. You will not be receiving your rematch for the AXW Championship. Ever.
Justin Wyndham is livid.
Justin Wyndham: You're just digging yourself a bigger hole, TRENT.
TRENT: That's no way to talk to your boss.
Justin Wyndham: Well why the hell am I not getting my rematch?
TRENT: It's simple, if you take a look at the AXW Championship (Lazzou holds the title up, TRENT points towards the top of the title) it clearly says the word "HEAVYWEIGHT". Justin, you weigh 210 pounds, which may be considered a Heavyweight in other promotions and sports, but in AXW the minimum weight for a Heavyweight is 225 pounds. Therefore, you are not eligible to compete for the AXW Heavyweight Championship.
Justin looks like he's about murder TRENT.
TRENT: However, if you still want to try to send Lazzou packing, then in tonight's main event, in a Non-Title No Disqualification Match, AXW Champion Bruiser Lazzou will take on Justin Wyndham.
Bruiser makes a cut throat sign.
TRENT: And you know what, Justin? I'm a fair man. Tomorrow night in the main event of the Alternative, you will be competing for the AXW Light Heavyweight Championship, against whoever wins between Damien Steele and Ryan Starr. That match will take place right now, so Justin, please leave the ring.
Justin reluctantly leaves the ring.
AXW Light Heavyweight Championship
Damien Steele (c) vs. Ryan Starr
Ryan immediately goes after Damien, Damien backs away and ducks through the ropes. Referee Zack Fields keeps Ryan at bay, when Ryan tries to go back at him, Damien ducks back between the ropes. Ryan maneuvers his way around the referee only to get a boot to the face from Damien. Damien looks for a back suplex but Ryan flips out of it, landing on his feet. Ryan executes an O'Connor roll, getting a quick two count. Ryan then does a wheelbarrow victory roll, another two count. Damien rolls out of the ring, to create some early separation. Ryan charges the ropes and looks for a suicide dive, but Damien side steps it. Damien suplexes Ryan onto the apron, before pushing him into the ring. Damien climbs onto the apron, waiting for Ryan to get up, and when he does, executes a slingshot stunner. Getting a two count, Damien goes right back on the attack. Damien hits a falcon arrow, before going off the ropes with a springboard moonsault, but Ryan gets his knees up. Ryan hits an enzuigiri, and looks for a Starr to Remember, but Damien kicks him away. Ryan runs at Damien, and baseball slides right between his legs, before hitting a double knee backbreaker. Ryan then hits a swinging neckbreaker, before going to the top rope. Ryan awaits for Damien to get up so he can hit Burning Flames. Damien gets up, and immediately dives to hit the top rope, causing Ryan to lose his balance. Ryan gets hung up on the top rope, and Damien hits Steele Dragon, holding onto his title for at least one more night.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, and STILL the AXW Light Heavyweight Champion, DAMIEN STEELE!
Mike Vincent: A clean win tonight for Damien Steele, which means tomorrow night he will be the one defending the AXW Light Heavyweight Championship against Justin Wyndham.
Cole Haywood: Damien Steele is the future of AXW, it's only a matter of time before he's the AXW Champion.
Mike Vincent: According to TRENT's logic, he's not qualified.
Cole Haywood: I'm sure TRENT can make a special exception.
-----
Once the ring clears from the last match, it's now Janet Hurricane who storms to the ring.
Janet Hurricane: I have had it up to HERE with TRENT's games. I have yet to receive a one-on-one rematch for the AXW Women's Championship. I didn't make it this far to get screwed out of my rightful rematch. I--
Janet is cut off by "Lycanthrope", as TRENT walks out onto the stage.
TRENT: I'm gonna stop you right there, Janet. I gave you your rematch as part of the Fatal Four Way. That was your one chance.
Janet Hurricane: I am entitled to a one-on-one rematch, not a rematch in a Fatal Four Way.
TRENT: You are entitled to nothing. If you recall, it was you who got pinned in that match, therefore you are the furthest away from getting a Women's title match. You are in the very back of the line at this point.
Janet Hurricane: I'm not gonna stand by as you keep screwing me over. I'm not leaving this ring until I finally get my one-on-one rematch.
TRENT: Not leaving the ring huh? That's fine by me. Have fun with that.
TRENT walks through the curtain. Seconds later, Janet is attacked from behind.
Mike Vincent: Kiss Me Deadly! Where does it end with TRENT?
The three beat down on Janet, but not for long, as all three members of KMD lift Janet into the air, and toss her over the top rope and to the floor, before fading to commercial.
Singles Match
Mateusz Bartkowiak vs. John Wyatt
This is not the longest of affairs, with the Polish Hammer controlling the entire match. His first match back on AXW TV in months, he reminds the fans exactly what he is capable of, hitting moves such a powerslam, gutwrench powerbomb, pumphandle slam, and chokeslam, and tops all of those off with the Flagpole Crash for the victory.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, MATEUSZ BARTKOWIAK!
After the match, Mateusz receives a microphone.
Mateusz Bartkowiak: It feels good to be back. JPF has been demanding some competition, well here I am. You may have beat me at Reckless Endangerment, but I'll admit, I was a bit rusty. How about tomorrow night on the Alternative, we go at it again for the Adrenaline Championship? I'll be awaiting your answer.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Mateusz wants a rematch for the Adrenaline title, how will JPF respond?
Cole Haywood: I guess Bartkowiak wants to get embarrassed again. Quite frankly, I think he belongs in the back of the line with Janet Hurricane.
-----
We cut backstage, where we see Luke Mathews getting some food at catering, when Janet Hurricane walks up to him.
Janet Hurricane: You need to do something about your son.
Luke Mathews: There's nothing I can do. When the time comes, he'll return the power to me, in the meantime we just have to ride it out.
Janet Hurricane: So, he can goat you into a match where you put your company on the line, but you can't do the same to him?
Luke Mathews: He's not gonna agree to it. He got what he wanted, now all he wants is to make me miserable.
Janet Hurricane: And by proxy, make me miserable since we're dating. You need to do something about this, Luke. What happened to the old Luke Mathews? The one that did whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted. Like in CCW, when you attacked Madden O'Reilly's parents just because you could.
Luke Mathews: This is a different situation, Janet. This is family. Look... I'll try to think of something, but it's probably gonna take some time. Just relax, you'll get your rematch, I'll get my son and company back, I'll think of something.
Janet Hurricane: You'd better.
The two share a quick kiss before Janet walks away.

Singles Match
Livvy Doll vs. Stella Quinn
Stella Quinn, who has not been having the best of luck with KMD, comes to the ring second. KMD awaits for her to enter the ring, but she doesn't. Instead, Morgan Page comes down to ringside. Morgan and Stella look at each other, before sliding into the ring. The two look to bring KMD down a notch, but the numbers game is still too much as KMD continue their wrath on Stella and Morgan, until there's a pop from the crowd as Janet Hurricane now slides into the ring with a chair, slamming into the back of Livvy Doll. She swings at Jenna, who ducks to the mat before rolling out of the ring, as does Envy. Envy and Jenna back up the ramp as Janet chucks her chair at them.
Cole Haywood: Someone needs to do something about Janet Hurricane! She's running rough shot over the entire show!
Mike Vincent: Quite frankly, I think she's justified, did you not see what KMD did to her earlier?
Cole Haywood: I didn't see nothin'.
Mike Vincent: I walked right into it...
Janet helps Morgan and Stella to their feet as we fade to commercial.
We return backstage where Michael Blythe approaches the Young Gunnz. Michael Blythe waves his hand in front of Nick's face.
Michael Blythe: How is your vision? Are you still blinded by that black mist?
Nick Gunnz: My vision is fine.
Michael Blythe: That's good. I won't feel bad for what's about to happen to you then.
Suddenly, the Young Gunnz are attacked from behind by the Kingdom Cripplers. The Cripplers start stomping on them, only for Blythe to stop them.
Michael Blythe: That's enough. Let's go.
The Kingdom Cripplers leave, as the cameras pan down to see the Young Gunnz laying on the floor.

AXW Women's Championship
Hailey Harris (c) vs. Sierra Starr
The new Women's Champion has her hands full tonight, facing off against the former two time champion. The two lock up with Sierra immediately slamming Hailey down to the mat. Sierra hits Hailey with a snapmare followed by a sliding clothesline. Sierra starts stomping on Hailey, before bringing her up and hitting a swinging neckbreaker. Sierra hits a powerslam, and a delayed vertical suplex. After a two count, Sierra brings Hailey back to her feet. Hailey catches Sierra off guard with a crescent kick from out of nowhere. Hailey connects with a hurricanrana, and clotheslines Sierra out of the ring. Hailey bounces off the ropes and connects with a rope flip. Hailey brings Sierra to her feet, only for Sierra to ram Hailey into the apron. Sierra tries to throw Hailey into the stairs, but Hailey counters it and Sierra is thrown into the steps. Hailey brings Sierra to her feet, Sierra shoves her away and looks for Broken Dreams, but Hailey reverses it into a Check This Out onto the floor. Hailey quickly slides into the ring, avoiding the countout.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner as a result of a countout, and STILL the AXW Women's Champion, HAILEY HARRIS!
Mike Vincent: Hailey Harris is successful in her first title defense.
Cole Haywood: Anyone can win by countout, I'm still not impressed. What matters is that she still has yet to pin Sierra Starr.
Sierra manages to get back to her feet, and slides into the ring, looking to ruin Hailey's celebration, but Hailey gets out of dodge before she can.

We cut backstage to the Blazenwings.
Jay Blazenwing: I'm facing Bobo tomorrow night. We need a plan for Olya though.
David Slayton: Don't worry about that, I got it covered. I know her darkest fear.
David holds up a neck tie.
Jay Blazenwing: She's afraid of suits?
David Slayton: No, we're gonna use it as a blindfold. According to her biography on AXW.com, her greatest fear is being blindfolded.
Jay Blazenwing: It seems like she'd be into that kind of thing, though.
David Slayton: Apparently not.
Jay Blazenwing: Well I guess it's a worth a shot.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Ladies and gentlemen, this is your Main Event! This contest is set for one fall, with No Disqualifications!
The opening beat of "ultranumb" by Blue Stahli as the crowd goes in a frenzy, hyped to see the arrival of "The World Warrior" The cameras focused on the countdown clock shown in the titantron while we hear a voice say, "Ultranumb"
"THREE. THREe, THRee, THree,Three
"TWO, TWO., two two
ONE"
"YOU WANT IT ALL RIGHT NOW"
The lights starts to flicker before coming back to normal as Justin Wyndham comes out with a smile on his face. He bends down on both knees and looks at his imaginary "watch" before getting up and does a cut throat sign.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Introducing first, from Cloverleaf, Texas, weighing in at 210 pounds, "The World Warrior" JUSTIN WYNDHAM!
He then gets up before running down to the ring in full speed. Once he enters the ring, he bangs his head to the nearest turnbuckle, hyping himself up before looking back at the crowd with a sick smile. He then climbs at the turnbuckle and does the cuthroat sign before getting off and waiting for his match to start
"Code Red" by Nonpoint blares as a red light shines down on the ramp, flashing and flickering as Bruiser Lazzou emerges to a chorus of boos in a black singlet with a red hazard symbol on it, cracking his knuckles and then slapping his face, roaring and then pounding his chest before heading to the ring, yelling "YOU ALL DID THIS TO ME!" to fans, some of the younger ones still so traumatized by the sudden turn of this once beloved hero.
Salvatore Pellegrino: And his opponent, from Augusta, Maine, weighing in at 325 pounds, he is the AXW Champion, BRUISER LAZZOU!
He enters the ring and runs the ropes, stomping his feet like a bull and roaring once again with his arms extended and his head tilted back, roaring once more as his music fades out.
MAIN EVENT
Non-Title; No-Disqualifications
Bruiser Lazzou vs. Justin Wyndham
Wyndham immediately attacks Lazzou, Lazzou shoves Wyndham off into the ropes, when Wyndham rebounds he gets turned inside out by a strong style lariat. Lazzou sends Wyndham off the ropes again and hip tosses him over the top rope and to the floor. Lazzou comes off the apron with a diving double axe handle. Lazzou throws Wyndham into the turnbuckle post. Lazzou walks over to the announcers area and grabs a steel chair, and throws it into the ring. However, Wyndham comes darting through the ropes with a suicide dive! But Lazzou catches him and throws him over his head with a fallaway slam, Wyndham landing on the commentary table. Lazzou grabs Wyndham and brings him back into the ring. Lazzou grabs the chair and strikes Wyndham in the gut, before slamming the chair across his back. Lazzou picks Wyndham up and powerbombs him onto the chair, getting a two count. Lazzou brings Wyndham to his feet, Wyndham starts throwing strikes, to try and create some separation. Wyndham goes off the ropes and hits a Suicide Blonde, goes off the opposite ropes and hits another one. Wyndham hits a DDT, then goes off the top rope with an Olympic Splash, getting himself a two count. Wyndham runs the ropes and gets caught by Lazzou who spinebusts him back down onto the chair. Lazzou traps Wyndham's arms in the top and middle ropes, and grabs a kendo stick from under the ring, and starts unloading on the trapped Wyndham. He eventually untraps Wyndham, and sets him in the corner, how unloading on him with his fists. Lazzou gets Wyndham on his shoulder, as if going for a powerslam, when suddenly Lazzou gets hit by a Blind Rage from Crash Jackson! Jackson, who seems to have come from out of nowhere, mounts Lazzou and starts punching him, until Lazzou pushes him off. The two get up and Crash hits Lazzou with Smash Mouthed. Lazzou sells it by turning around, when he is immediately met by World's Most Wanted from Wyndham, who gets the three count.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, JUSTIN WYNDHAM!
Cole Haywood: This is an outrage! Crash Jackson had no reason to interfere!
Mike Vincent: Well, it was No Disqualification, but the bigger question is why did Jackson interfere?
Wyndham and Jackson lock eyes, Jackson simply leaves the ring, leaving Wyndham confused.
Cole Haywood: TRENT's not gonna be happy about this.
Mike Vincent: Well, tune in tomorrow night where Damien Steele will defend the Light Heavyweight title against Justin Wyndham, and now confirmed Jean-Pierre Frontenac will defend the Adrenaline title against Mateusz Bartkowiak!
