Miami, Florida
Episode XXII
Halfway through the opening video, it turns to static.
After the static, a voice is heard, talking over clips from the original AXW.
"Two years ago, a promising company came to be. However, it struggled. After six television shows and a pay-per-view, the company ceased operations. A year passed, and the company came back, joining forces with a powerhouse."
The EWS logo flashes across the screen, the voice over now talking over clips from AXW in EWS.
"The company showed the promise it originally intended, consistently putting out two television shows bi-weekly for a year, with little to no problems. However, the powerhouse started to crumble, and the company decided it was time to move on. To ensure that the company would continue to have a stable future, it was sold to another rising powerhouse."
The BWF logo now flashes across the screen. The faces of various AXW stars now flash across the screen, as the voice talks over it.
"Wrestlers from the original AXW, as well as those who came along from the EWS AXW brand, and even newcomers to AXW, all look to keep bringing AXW to bigger and better heights..."
The camera cuts to a live action shot of the entire AXW roster, with AXW CEO Luke Mathews stood in front of them.
Luke Mathews: Welcome everyone, from the old hardcore fans, to the newest of fans, to the people who may be watching for the first time just out of curiosity. We here at AXW would just like to remind everyone of one simple fact that separates us from the rest, and that is that...
AXW Roster: WE ARE AXW!
After the new video package plays, pyro explodes form the stage and ramp. Cameras pan across the crowd to see the thousands of fans and their signs, as we are welcomed by the familiar voice of Mike Vincent.
Mike Vincent: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to AXW! All is right in AXW as Luke Mathews is back in charge, and for the first time in two years, AXW is emanating from its true home in Miami!
Cole Haywood: Home is where your heart is, and my heart is with TRENT in New York City.
Mike Vincent: And on the topic of Luke Mathews, we're kicking the show off with our CEO!
The cameras pan from the crowd to the stage, as out walks Luke Mathews.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the CEO of AXW, Luke Mathews!
Luke enters the ring and is handed Salvatore's microphone.
Luke Mathews: Ladies and gentlemen, this is Alternative Xperience Wrestling! It feels great to be back home in Florida. It feels even better having reconciled with my son, TRENT. However, there are some wrongs that I have to right, which is why I'm out here. First off, when Justin Wyndham lost the AXW Championship, he was denied a rematch from TRENT. So, I'm publicly announcing that Justin Wyndham can have his AXW Championship rematch whenever he wants it. Second, Janet Hurricane was also not granted her rightful one-on-one rematch for the AXW Women's Championship, so she also gets a one-on-one Women's Championship whenever she wants it.
Out walks Justin Wyndham, happy to hear this news. He enters the ring and receives a microphone.
Justin Wyndham: I've got some unfinished business with a certain so called "brother", however I also have some unfinished business with Crash Jackson. His ego got in the way of our match at RISE, tagging himself in while I was dealing with personal business. So my AXW Championship rematch? I want it tonight!
Luke Mathews: You got it. In tonight's Main Event, Crash Jackson defends the AXW Championship against Justin Wyndham! And to ensure a fair battle, should Fredrick Wyndham interfere in that match, then he will be suspended indefinitely.
Luke and Justin exit the ring as we move on with our first match.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Miami, Florida! Are you ready for some action?
The crowd cheers.
Salvatore Pellegino: This opening Tag Team Contest is scheduled for one fall, and is Non-Title.
The lights dim as a laser light show begins, “Dance Pants” by The Push hits, Jimmy and Timmy emerging to a nice pop from the crowd. Timmy has a boombox over his shoulder, Jimmy dancing around and bringing the crowd to their feet. They dance towards one another and then turn straight ahead towards the ring, Jimmy slapping hands with fans and blowing kisses to the ladies as they sing along with the song.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Introducing first, from Scranton, Pennsylvania, at a combined weight of 395 pounds, the team of "Jumpin'" Jimmy Reynolds and "Thunderlips" Timmy McDermott, THE PUSH!
Timmy places the boombox on the outside as they turn to the crowd, waving their arms and getting the crowd behind them. Scaling turnbuckles, The Push looks fired up before leaping off and giving each other a double high five. “Dance Pants” fades out as they look ready for battle.
The lights dim and start flashing from blue to red to white as "Battle Flag" by Lo Fidelity Allstars begins to play as "The Manchester Masochist" Michael Blythe leads Ian McTavish and Connor Riordan towards ringside as none of them are focusing on anything but the task at hand.
Salvatore Pellegrino: And their opponents, accompanied to the ring by "The Manchester Masochist" Michael Blythe, from the United Kingdom, at a combined weight of 407 pounds, they are the AXW Tag Team Champions, "The Celtic Crippling Machine" Connor Riordan and "The Aerial Argyle" Ian McTavish, THE KINGDOM CRIPPLERS!
Michael Blythe calmly gives his team instructions before nodding at them as they both dart into the ring, sliding in on their stomachs before popping up and heading to adjacent turnbuckles, arms pointed skyward with fists clenched as they smirk at the fans, indifferent to their reaction as Michael Blythe stands on the apron as Connor Riordan and Ian McTavish bump fists before Connor stands on the apron talking strategy with Ian stretching in the corner awaiting his opponent.
vs.
Tag Team Match
Non-Title
Timmy McDermott locks up with Connor Riordan, taking him down with a side headlock takedown. Timmy connects with a suplex, backbreaker, and a DDT, before tagging in Jimmy Reynolds. Jimmy hits Connor with some forearm smashes, then runs off the ropes only to get taken down with a discus lariat from Connor. Connor connects with Celtic Fury (Rolling Butterfly Suplexes followed by a Snap Double Underhook DDT), then tags in Ian McTavish. Connor and Ian connect with a Superkick/German Suplex Combo to Jimmy. Ian hits a Hangman's Neckbreaker, Fireman's Carry Takedown, and a Release German Suplex. Jimmy uses the corner to help himself up as Ian comes in with a body splash. Ian hits a scoop slam to Jimmy then quickly climbs up to the top rope, looking to hit a Air Argyle (Shooting Star Senton), but Jimmy gets his knees up. Jimmy tags in Timmy, who sprints across the ring and knocks Connor off the apron, Connor falling onto Michael Blythe as well. Timmy lifts Ian onto his shoulders as Timmy comes off the top rope with When Push Comes To Shove (Doomsday Device), securing a victory for The Push.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here are your winners, THE PUSH!
Mike Vincent: A quick no nonsense win for The Push.
The Push ghost belt before leaving the ring as we cut to an undisclosed location.
-----
Someone is standing in front of the camera, head down, with a hoodie on, face unseen.
Person: The Stutterfly Revolution continues to rise.
She removes her hood as she looks at the camera.
Starla Gardevoir: And so I ask, are you ready? Will you join me in the revolution? If so, I will you see you in one week. Saturday, August 15, on The Alternative. Save the date. Game on.
With that, we head to commercial.
The crowd erupts in cheers, as they expect to see the reunion of the popular tag team Chicks & America. Out walks former Chicks & America member TRENT, donning the classic Chicks & America t-shirt. TRENT makes his way down to the ring and grabs a microphone.
TRENT: MIAMI!
The crowd cheers.
TRENT: You're a bunch of sheep!
The crowd boos.
TRENT: The days of Chicks & America are dead and gone.
TRENT rips the Chicks & America shirt off, revealing his "ALL CAPS" shirt underneath.
TRENT: Let me ask you this. What's Hoffman LeGrand doing these days? What's Ricky Diamond doing these days? Not a damn thing. What's TRENT doing these days? For the past 6 months, TRENT made this company actually entertaining. But that's the past, and I have a lot of future ahead of me. I--
"Code Red" by Nonpoint blares as a red light shines down on the ramp, flashing and flickering as Bruiser Lazzou emerges to a chorus of boos. Lazzou enters the ring with a microphone.
Bruiser Lazzou: You know what's in your future? An ass kicking courtesy of Bruiser Lazzou.
TRENT: Excuse me? You know who you're talking to right? Without me, you would be nothing. There would be no Bruiser Lazzou without me. You never would have won the AXW Championship without me. You are nothing without me!
Bruiser Lazzou: Oh, I'm something. I'm Bruiser Lazzou. You're the one who's nothing. Look at you, you're just a small, spineless, piece of shit. My dog takes shits bigger than you. Now, I'm done talking, now I'm gonna kick some ass.
Bruiser slams the microphone on TRENT's head, before throwing some punches, as referee John Hendon slides into the ring, and makes this an official match.
vs.
Bruiser continues to pummel TRENT after the bell rings. Bruiser gets TRENT in the corner and hits a big overhand chop as TRENT falls to his knees. Bruiser gets TRENT up and sends him flying across the ring with a fall away slam. Bruiser gets TRENT into position before connecting with Deadliest Catch (Double Powerbomb), and keeps it hooked lifting him up for a third powerbomb, this one into the turnbuckles. Bruiser sets TRENT on the top rope, looking to set up for Bruised and Battered(Top Rope Samoan Drop), but TRENT kicks him in the face as Lazzou staggers backwards. TRENT flies off the top rope with a crossbody, but Bruiser catches him with the greatest of ease. Bruiser lifts him into the gorilla press position but TRENT gets free and lands on his feet. TRENT catches Bruiser with a step-up enzuigiri that dazes him, then runs off the ropes and hits a chop block, causing Lazzou to fall to a knee. TRENT runs the ropes again as Bruiser is in position for a Trentsetter (Shining Wizard to the back of the head), but Lazzou gets up and nails TRENT with a hard clothesline. Lazzou gets TRENT cornered again and comes in with a big body splash. TRENT stumbles out towards the center of the ring before falling to the mat, as Lazzou now hits him with Bruising Bodies (Big Splash). Before Lazzou can do any more damage, he gets nailed in the back with a chair by Cletus Mathews.
Mike Vincent: What's Cletus doing out here?
Cole Haywood: Unlike Bruiser Lazzou, Cletus is still loyal to TRENT. As am I.
Cletus looks to hit Bruiser again, but Bruiser manages to swat the chair out of his hands. Bruiser grabs Cletus by the throat, and forces him over the top rope as he falls to the floor. Bruiser then gets hit in the back of the head with the chair by TRENT, before TRENT finally connects with a Trentsetter. TRENT rolls out of the ring as he recollects Cletus and the two head to the back.
Salvatore Pellegrino: The winner of this match as a result of a disqualification, Bruiser Lazzou!
Bruiser starts to pull himself up, his face red as he is infuriated.

"Snake Charmer" hits as a strobe light show begins. A little bit of smoke pours over the stage. A little after 30 seconds, when the snare roll comes in, is when Caitlin Shay pops out from the back, a big smile on her face as she raises up the AXW Women's Championship.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the NEW AXW Women's Champion, CAITLIN SHAY!
Caitlin rests the title on her shoulder as she enters the ring, snatching the mic from Salvatore.
Caitlin Shay: Miami, Florida... a place I actually like!
The crowd cheers.
Caitlin Shay: But the people here sure do suck.
The crowd boos.
Caitlin Shay: Speaking of people that suck, let's talk about Hailey Harris. Where do I begin?
Caitlin gets interrupted by:
Hailey Harris makes her way down to the ring, no nonsense from the Baltimore Bombshell.
Hailey Harris: I'll tell you where you can begin, you can begin with the fact that I get a rematch and I want it next week.
Caitlin Shay: Is that so? Well, here's what I have to say to that...
Caitlin again gets interrupted:
Janet Hurricane now makes her way down to the ring.
Janet Hurricane: Screw what you have to say, I have been waiting for a one-on-one rematch for the AXW Women's Championship since before either of you were even champion. I have been waiting too damn long, so if anyone is facing Caitlin Shay next week, it's me.
Janet and Hailey start to get a little confrontational.
Caitlin Shay: Ladies, I use that term loosely, please. How about instead of fighting me, next week you two face each other? Winner gets to face me in a one-on-one match first, then the loser gets a match second? You know what? Let's forget about the entire thing, you'll both just lose anyway. Let's just save ourselves some time, shall we?
Caitlin attempts to leave the ring but is stopped by Janet who hits her with Wrath of the Hurricane (Maryse’s Heel Kick). Janet brings Caitlin back to her feet and sends her to Hailey, who hits her with a Check This Out! (Mic Check).

"Too Drunk to Fuck" by the Dead Kennedys kicks in as a smirking Jack Adams comes jogging out from the back. He looks at the crowd, laughing to himself as he walks to the ring, all the while Adams is goading the fans and prevoking them, daring them to punch him, before feigning punching them himself. Generally, just being a bully.
Salvatore Pellegrino: This next contest is a $10,000 Manliness Challenge set for one fall. Should Jack Adams' opponent defeat him, they will win $10,000! Introducing first, making his AXW Debut, from Fort Payne, Alabama, weighing in at 230 pounds, he is "The Last Real Man", JACK ADAMS!
Adams slides into the ring and being the dick he is, just yells to the hard camera "LAST REAL MAN ALIVE!" Adams snatches the microphone from Salvatore.
Jack Adams: Alright, I ain't got all day, so let's get this show on the road. Hurry up and get out here so I can beat you and go back to my hotel room where I have some cheap who--
Jack's challenge gets accepted as he throws the mic back at Sal as:
As the music starts Mateusz walks in quickly. He rises his fists and screams "yeah" to the audience. After this, he jumps one time and he walks to the ring.
Salvatore Pellegrino: And his opponent, from Warsaw, Poland, weighing in at 245 pounds, "The Polish Hammer" MATEUSZ BARTKOWIAK!
Mateusz rolls into the ring and walks on the corner. After that, he pounds his chest with his right hand and once more he rises his fists and screams. After another scream he stays on a ring.
vs.
$10,000 Manliness Challenge
MB looks to lock up with Jack Adams, but Jack stomps on the foot of MB before trying to get a quick win with a small package. Jack hits MB with some knife edge chops before whipping MB to the ropes, except MB reverses it and sends Adams to the ropes instead, and on the rebound MB lifts Adams into the air with a flapjack, Adams falling face-first from about 7 feet in the air. MB stays in control hitting a Samoan drop, a German suplex, and a chokeslam. MB locks in the Pain Enlargement (Elevated Boston crab), Jack struggles for a bit but manages to get to the rope. Jack starts to fight back, catching MB with a lariat, then picks him back up to his feet and drives him into the corner with a Running Corner Powerbomb which sets up the Meat Hook Lariat. Jack lifts MB to his feet and connects with the Guillotine Neckbreaker, then looks to end it as he starts to set up for the Gotch-Style Piledriver, which MB counters into a back body drop. Adams looks to quickly get back on the attack but gets a big boot to the mush. MB hoists Adams up into the air and holds him there, before planting him with the Flagpole Crash (Delayed Vertical Suplex). MB heads to the top rope, and jumps off for the Polish Hammer (Diving Double Axe Handle), but Adams knocks him out of the air with a Swinging Back Heel Kick, then drives him head first into the mat with the Gotch-Style Piledriver for the victory.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner, JACK ADAMS!
Mike Vincent: Jack Adams successful in his AXW Debut against the former Adrenaline Champion Mateusz Bartkowiak... what was it that Adams said he had waiting for him in his hotel room?
Cole Haywood: Cheap who...lesome women, of course.
Adams dusts his hands off before heading to the back as we fade to commercial.
The show returns from commercial break, and the crowd is hot, booing the man pacing in the ring wearing his ring attire. The man himself looks hot. Red faced and clearly angry. He stops his pacing and stares hard at the crowd before blurting;
"SHUT UP!"
The crowd taking none to kindly to the barking of one Jean-Pierre Frontenac. He pulls his hands through his hair manically and moves to the ropes and hard camera.
Jean-Pierre Frontenac: SLAYTON! You filth! You impostor! You are no champion! You are but a common thief! You know, one on one I would avenge my loss to you! I always avenge my losses. A Frontenac ALWAYS repays his debts! This is merely a small battle you have won. I WILL win the war! And I don't care for your lobbying to change the name of the title to avoid giving me my lawful rematch, because tonight I challenge your very MANHOOD! Come out here now and face me! Face. Me...... FACE ME NOW!
The screaming of Frontenac is cut off by the playing of a theme song, but it does not belong to David Slayton...
A good majority of the crowd pops huge recognizing who "War Machine" belongs to, and the rest join in as Austin Graves steps onto the ramp.
Mike Vincent: Oh my! That's; that's the indie wrestling God Austin Graves!
Cole Haywood: Whats he doing here?! No one cleared this with me!
Graves looks around On the ramp, and then angry marches to the ring. Stomping up the steps, and ducking into the ring. He marches up to JPF.
Jean-Pierre Frontenac: YOU?! I call out Slayton and he sends out this fat tub of lard instead?! Is this some kind of joke?
Graves doesn't move through the entire verbiage.
Jean-Pierre Frontenac: WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE? This is MY TIME!
No response.
Jean-Pierre Frontenac: ANSWER ME!
JPF shoves the microphone into Graves chest. He looks down at the mic, then out to the crowd. With a quick shrug of his shoulders, he hoofs JPF in the gut, doubling him over, while hooking in the under hooks and leg hooks. He hoists Frontenac up into the air, holding him a moment in package piledriver position, before looking at the crowd again, and then JUMPING Package Piledrives Frontenac as the crowd "Ohhh's". The ruckus crowd breaks into "Thank you Graves! Thank you Graves! Thank you Graves!" Chants as Graves stands over Frontenac and looks down at him with a hard stare and finally a smirk as he yells at JPF to "SHUT. THE. FUCK. UP!" Which the crowd chants along, causing the television censors to jump all over it. Graves is out of the ring, as fast as he arrived, angry marching back up the ramp as the cameras catch JPF laying motionlessly as we fade backstage.
-----
Brad Adams: Ladies and gentlemen, my guest at this time, AXW Champion, Crash Jackson. Crash, do you care to comment about why you tagged yourself in at RISE, and the aftermath?
Crash Jackson: No.
Crash leaves before Brad can continue.
-----
Salvatore Pellegrino: This next contest is scheduled for one fall, and is for the AXW Xperience Championship! Introducing first, from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, weighing in at 245 pounds, he is the AXW Xperience Champion, "The New Hotness" DAVID SLAYTON!
PUT ON YOUR WAR PAINT!
The lights in the arena all cut to black and the Tron comes to life, pulsating with a green light as a quiet beat gets louder with every flash. It gets faster and faster, and louder with each pulse, until the pulsating light explodes into the words "Blazenwing Rises" and “The Phoenix” by Fall Out Boy blares across the arena sound system.
You are a brick tied to me that's dragging me down
Strike a match and I'll burn you to the ground
We are the jack-o-lanterns in July
Setting fire to the sky
He-here comes this rising tide
So come on
PUT ON YOUR WAR PAINT!
The stage fills with smoke and the crowd rises to their feet, cheering loudly, as the smoke clears on the stage and a man in a dark green trenchcoat stands, head down, facing the Tron. He raises his hands and snaps his fingers, causing four loud bursts of pyro to ignite, two on each side of him, before spinning around Y2J style to reveal David Slayton!
Cross walks and crossed hearts and hope-to-dies
Silver clouds with grey linings
So we can take the world back from the heart-attacked
One maniac at a time we will take it back
You know time crawls on when you're waiting for the song to start
So dance alone to the beat of your heart
His sunglasses shining with the glare from the arena lights, David looks to the left, then to the right, nodding towards the crowd before walking down the ramp. After stopping to slap hands with a few fans, David moves towards the ring steps and hops up and down a few times in front of them before quickly racing up the steps to the apron side facing the stage. He stops and pulls his sunglasses off, then tosses them behind his head into the crowd before leaning down and stepping through the ropes to enter the ring.
Hey young blood
Doesn't it feel like our time is running out?
I'm gonna change you like a remix
Then I'll raise you like a phoenix
You're wearing our vintage misery
No, I think it looked a little better on me
I'm gonna change you like a remix
Then I'll raise you like a phoenix
David walks across the ring and leaps up onto the second rope in the corner nearest the timekeeper, then pulls off his green trenchcoat and tosses it towards the timekeeper. David smirks and points to the fans, then slaps his chest a few times and points up towards the sky, closing his eyes and saying a short prayer. David leaps down from the corner and receives a microphone.
David Slayton: Looks like I'm a little late, sorry about that JPF. Couldn't have happened to a better guy... well, since it won't be that smelly French Canadian, let's find out who my opponent is.
The opening drum beat of "Mene (We don't feel anything)" by Brand New plays as Fredrick Wyndham appears to the chorus of boos from the fans.
Salvatore Pellegrino: And his opponent, from Cloverleaf, Texas, weighing in at 265 pounds, "The Most Known Unknown" FREDRICK WYNDHAM!
The music cuts out as Fredrick begins to speak.
Fredrick Wyndham: Now, for whatever reason, I am banned from ringside for the main event. Why? Why would I get involved? The only involvement I would have is to help Justin win. I want Justin to win. I want Justin to hold onto the title for 90 days, because in 90 days I am going to redeem the Xperience Championship to take away the AXW Championship from Justin.
vs.
AXW Xperience Championship
The two lock up with David Slayton taking control with a series of German suplexes. Slayton gets Wyndham in the corner and comes in with a forearm smash, then brings him out for a vertical suplex, then hits a jumping elbow drop. Slayton lifts Wyndham onto his shoulders but Wyndham slips free and plants Slayton with an inverted DDT. Slayton is quick to get up and swings at Wyndham, Wyndham catches his arm and sets him up for a Ain’t No Rest for the Wicked (Devil-lock DDT). Slayton uses the ropes to help himself up and gets clotheslined out of the ring by Wyndham, who then dives out of the ring onto Slayton with No Limit (Shooting star Plancha). Wyndham sends Slayton into the stairs before getting him back into the ring. Wyndham enters the ring via Springboard 450 splash onto Slayton, upset that he only gets a two count but stays in control, with a Zero Remorse (Backdrop suplex turned into cutter), getting more upset that this doesn't win him the match. Wyndham gets Slayton back to his feet only for Slayton to take Wyndham down with a series of short arm clotheslines that culminate with a sit-out facebuster. Slayton lifts Wyndham up and delivers a Death Valley Driver, and waits for Wyndham to get to his feet. When he does, Slayton looks for The Full Effect (Sweet Chin Music), but Wyndham catches the foot, before quickly bringing Slayton down to the mat with Slayton's own move, the Firehawk Lock (Crippler Crossface). Slayton is locked in for a little bit, but he knows the move too well and manages to escape it, before locking in a Firehawk Lock onto Wyndham, deep in the middle fo the ring, which forces Wyndham to faintly tap out.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner as a result of a submission, and STILL the AXW Xperience Champion, DAVID SLAYTON!
Mike Vincent: A game Fredrick Wyndham came to play, but David Slayton was a step ahead.
Cole Haywood: In the end, it's not about Slayton for Wyndham, it's about that other Wyndham.
David celebrates with his title before we cut to commercial.
The opening beat of "ultranumb" by Blue Stahli as the crowd goes in a frenzy, hyped to see the arrival of "The World Warrior" The cameras focused on the countdown clock shown in the titantron while we hear a voice say, "Ultranumb"
"THREE. THREe, THRee, THree,Three
"TWO, TWO., two two
ONE"
"YOU WANT IT ALL RIGHT NOW"
The lights starts to flicker before coming back to normal as Justin Wyndham comes out with a smile on his face. He bends down on both knees and looks at his imaginary "watch" before getting up and does a cut throat sign. He then gets up before running down to the ring in full speed. Once he enters the ring, he bangs his head to the nearest turnbuckle, hyping himself up before looking back at the crowd with a sick smile. He then climbs at the turnbuckle and does the cuthroat sign before getting off and waiting for his match to start.
The hometown crowd cheers loudly as "Remedy" by Seether blasts out throughout the arena as ‘The Titan’ Crash Jackson walks out to the top of the ramp. He bounces from foot to foot psyching himself up for his match. He tenses his body up and then throws his arms out to either side and lets out a mighty roar while a small pyrotechnics display goes on right behind him. He starts making his way down to the ring slapping hands with some of the fans on his way. Crash slides in under the bottom ropes to enter the ring. He goes over to a turnbuckle and climbs to the second rope. He beats on his chest with a clenched fist and then throws the same fist up into the air, oozing with pure intensity as he yells out to the crowd. Crash jumps down from there and readies himself in his corner to start the match.
Salvatore Pellegrino: Ladies and gentlemen, this is your Main Event! It is scheduled for one fall, and is for the AXW Championship! Introducing first, the challenger, from Cloverleaf, Texas, weighing in at 210 pounds, "The World Warrior" JUSTIN WYNDHAM!
Justin again does the cutthroat sign, before motioning that he will leave as champion.
Salvatore Pellegrino: And his opponent, from right here in Miami, Florida, weighing in at 256 pounds, he is the defending AXW Champion, "The Titan" CRASH JACKSON!
Crash raises the championship into the air to a loud ovation from his hometown crowd.
vs.
AXW Championship
Crash comes out of the gate hitting hard with punches, before slamming Justin to the mat with a hard scoop slam. Crash stays on offense by whipping Justin into the ropes and looking for a clothesline. Justin ducks and springboards off the ropes, only for Crash to catch him and send him flying with a fallaway slam. Justin gets up near the ropes and Crash runs at him, but Justin pulls the rope down and Crash goes over, but stays on the apron. Justin runs off the opposite ropes and hits a front dropkick, sending Jackson off the apron. Justin goes back off the ropes and dives out with a Leap of Faith (No-handed suicide dive). Justin tries to get Crash back into the ring, but Crash slams Justin face first onto the apron. Crash lifts Justin up for a powerbomb before throwing him into the barricade. Crash follows that up with a biel throw into the stairs, then gets back into the ring at Matt Baker's count of 8. Justin gets back in at the count of 15, breaking the 20 ring out count. Crash lifts Justin up for an Alabama Slam, but Justin rolls through with a sunset flip style roll-up, earning a two count. Crash looks to behead Justin with a clothesline but Justin ducks it and takes Crash to the mat with a Ranhei, getting another two count. Justin manages to connect with a dragon suplex to Crash, followed by a Dragon Screw leg whip which he transitions to a Texas Cloverleaf, locked in the center of the ring. Crash manages to crawl his way to the bottom rope. Justin breaks the hold and runs off the rope, and gets nearly decapitated as Crash lands a discus clothesline. Crash gets back in control by hitting two unreleased belly-to-belly suplexes and a third overhead belly-to-belly suplex, Justin landing near a corner. Crash comes in with a big corner splash, and plants Justin to the mat with a pumphandle slam. Crash gets Justin to his feet and connects with a Wrath Of The Titan (Cobra Clutch Backbreaker). Crash decides it's time to end it, he whips Justin to the ropes and then runs to the adjacent ropes, before colliding with The Pulverizer (The Pounce), Justin flies across the ring, and either from the impact or instinct rolls out of the ring. Crash doesn't get a chance to go after Justin as from out of nowhere, he gets planted to the mat with The Culmination (Front slam pickup swung into a Rock Bottom) from Duncan Aries!
Salvatore Pellegrino: Here is your winner as a result of a disqualification, and STILL the AXW Champion, Crash Jackson!
Mike Vincent: What right does Duncan Aries have being out here?
Cole Haywood: Looks like he's coming back for the AXW Championship.
Duncan Aries has left the ring and re-enters with a steel chair. He places Crash's ankle in the chair, then looks around as he soaks in the boos from Crash's hometown crowd, before jumping into the air and stomping on the chair, as Crash screams out in pain, clutching his ankle.
Mike Vincent: Crash Jackson could very well have a broken ankle, this isn't good.
Cole Haywood: You're right, it's great!
Duncan exits the ring and snatches the AXW Championship from Salvatore, takes a good look at it, and rests it on his shoulder, exiting the arena through the crowd.
Mike Vincent: Duncan Aries just left with the AXW Championship!
Justin Wyndham is coming to on the floor, not sure what just transpired, and is lucky to not have been in the path of Duncan Aries.
Mike Vincent: Well... tune in next week to the Alternative where Starla Gardevoir makes her anticipated AXW Debut, and hopefully we get an answer from Duncan Aries as to what just happened here....
