The 1988 Death Rock remix of Voltaire’s “The Night” plays. As soon as we hear those guitars, Out walks the Self-Supremacy of AXW, Everett Andrews-Knight. He puts his right hand over his heart and his left behind his back and looks out at the crowd with a look that says “I’m powerful and I know it.” The fans boo him, causing a sinister smirk to cross his face. He continues down to the ring, disregarding the booing. He climbs the ring steps and goes to the apron. He steps through the ropes and does his pose for the fans, who shower him with booing and ire. He sneers and turns his back to them to get into his corner.
Post-Match Celebration:
Upon pinning his opponent, Everett rolls out of the ring, smiling an evil smile at the whole scene. He slowly walks backwards up the ramp. Eventually he turns around and walks normally to the back
Biography:
Everett Andrews grew up in Long Island, New York, with his two younger brothers and one older sister. Everett grew up watching wrestling, but had an almost dark fascination with it’s more monstrous characters, such as Kane, The Undertaker, Viscera, Brock Lesnar, Umaga, Kevin Thorn and so many others. When he turned 15, him and a couple of his friends were watching wrestling, when they realized “Hey! I can do this too” (They couldn’t). Thus, their Backyard Wrestling escapade began. This would be the first recorded time that Everett would dawn the on-air persona that would later in his career be known as Everett Andrews-Knight. He did Backyard Wrestling through all of his teen years, but moved on when he began training under WrestlePro and Pat Buck. When he graduated from WrestlePro, he began working under GWS under the name Kalvin Knight, where he won quite a few championships. Eventually, he dropped the name Kalvin and went with Everett Knight. Eventually, he brought his real full name into the fold and became Everett Andrews-Knight. He comes to AXW in hopes of maybe helping people hear the Midnight Calling.
